They refused my refund even if I am etitled to a refund by EU law. I haven't even used their app because it did not meet my requirments. They have misleading features on website and after you pay, you see that those features work only with both phones connected to the same wifi network. I also made written complain to authorities about this scammers. Do not buy anything from them.

This is a total waste of money. I bought this after chatting with a representative online and confirming that my daughter's phone was compatible with this software. They said the SnapChat access wouldn't be available for a few more months, but not to worry, go ahead and sign up and they'll notify me when it's live. Well, it's been 9 months and it's still not available.

Anytime you chat with tech support, it's like you're chatting with a 12 year old kid. Completely unprofessional and not very helpful.

They will tell you that you have a 14 day money back guarantee. You inform them of why and how you want to use mSpy, which was to be on Apple Watch and used a tracker for someone who suffers with dementia, Only to find out after purchasing that it doesn't fit your needs and is incompatible. You make a claim under the "money back guarantee" only to be told " "you should have read all the T/Cs" In my stupid believe I didn't, given the information by the agent. They did offer to freeze the account, that doesn't solve the issue. Lesson learned. MSpy in not an honest company to do business with. If you do decided to purchase from them, make sure you read everything twice before any payment is made and under no circumstances believe what you're told by online chat agent.

I get the app and follow the instructions for Installation after that never works I try to get help from the company but after many times trying I give up, they offer you to Install the product but they charge you another 59 dlls, so I thing everything is a trick for expend more money.

I don't like their support. They charged me twice and I never got my money back until I sent them a dozen emails over the course of 1 month. I am using Xnspy right now and it's so much better, especially because the support is so helpful. Xnspy's pricing is comparable to Xnspy but slightly better. So, I guess, I am sticking around for a while now.

MSpy never worked from day 1. I set it up over and over again, I reached out to support and all they ever did was tell me to uninstall and reinstall. I tried this at least 20 times. I followed every single instruction and nothing went wrong at any step. There is no reason why it isn't working and support literally keeps saying to uninstall AGAIN. I spent WAY too much money for a product that has never fully worked a single time. I will be pursuing a refund and warning anyone I can about this service. Save yourself the headaches and AVOID this company.
