Utterly disappointed!

I was pretty much satisfied using Xnspy but this app looked more advanced with better features. Only once you pay them and start using the app, you get to know that most of the features have yet to make it to the final product. Getting my partial refund now.

Great app!

MSpy - the world's best application for a parent who is able to keep track of any online activity of the children's mobile phone, including all popular instant messengers. This program I recommended a friend who has a child. Excellent program, I often do not go home, constantly on business trips, and with the help of mSpy can I track where my child is, what he is doing on the Internet, that in the letter received by email. This company does not deliver as promised. Read terms and conditions prior to purchasing and made sure I had all necessary information. This program does not work, technical support has advised it is with their software and the iPhone. I have been told to turn off 2 factor authorization and start a new iCloud account. That defeats the whole purpose of the program and their program is supposed to work with 2 factor authorization. I wish I would have looked at Better Business Bureau before buying because so many people have had the same issue. They refuse to give a refund. Basically they steal your money and do not deliver a product.

Please be advised that Apple has recently re-enforced their security causing the problems with iCloud monitoring when the two-factor authentication is enabled on the target iOS device. Our Development Team has already developed a solution for the devices operating on iOS 9.0 – 11.0. They are finding the way to make the monitoring of iOS 11. 0. 1 – 12 with the two-factor authentication possible again. Meanwhile, you can either disable 2-factor authentication or re-create a new account without 2-factor.

You don't get all the messages. I know this 100% because first I can't see all parts of the conversation between the target and myself and second I have access to target's phone bill so I can see that the number of texts sent to particular numbers on the bill and on mspy log don't match. Really disappointed. Costume service are polite but they keep guaranteeing I receive whole logs which is not the case even after 24 hours. Lots of texts never appear on the log. In my case they are often the ones with important info.

Horrible Company

I bought a 1 year plan and wanted to install it on my child's iphone but they were not able to install it on the phone and then refuse to issue me a full refund. I even request a partial refund if they will not issue a full refund and no response at all. How do you take someone's money tell them you cannot install it on the target phone and also refuse to issue a refund? So basically I paid $139.00 for a product that I can't even use and all they can do is disable the automatic subscription or waive a month's subscription on a product that they can't even install on my phone. Never had this much headache with a company before and do not recommend to anyone!

Scammers

This company is just a front for scammers. Don't believe them because they will take your money and say that you still owe. And they give you a little of your data then cut it off. Customer service is also lacking. If I could give zeros for this review and company I would.

Unveiled Hidden Struggles

It was heart-wrenching to learn through mSpy that my son was being bullied. Reading those cruel texts broke my heart, but it gave us the evidence we needed to take to his school, and they immediately implemented anti-bullying measures to protect him and others.

M spy doesn't work as advised, we are not satisfied, we have requested the refund within 2 days of buying which is within their 7 days of trial, but they are denying refund. Beware about this website/app. Very shady and stealing money.

You are right. It is fake. It doesn't work, even though a top IT tech friend and I, both installed it correctly. Mspy told me my daughter would have updated her phone and that is why it is not working and I need to reload, but this is definitely not true. They won't refund either, even though it has only worked when I tried it first. It's fake. Don't bother. It needs they internet access to be on. Don't buy it.

Illegal charging
February 23, 2023

I used to use this service, but stopped a couple of months later because I wasn't impressed with certain things. I went to their site, entered into my profile and cancelled auto renew and the subscription. A couple of months went by without incident, and all of a sudden in January they take payment from my bank account for a service I cancelled months ago. Nobody is responding to my request for a refund that I sent around 5 days ago. Stay away from this company. Bad news.

Buyer beware
January 21, 2022

Before purchasing I spoke to an employee via live chat providing the make and model of my phone to asking I could monitor Snapchat. I was told it would only work if I purchased the family kit ($300 +). After purchasing I was told the software cannot monitor Snapchat and they refuse to provide a refund, despite me telling them numerous times before purchasing that the reason for my purchase was to monitor Snapchat

Worst Customer Service and absent of a valid return policy - expect that if you buy it and it doesn't work or you do not use the product they will not refund you your money. There is no trial period — you buy it you own it. Buyer beware!

Excellent app and customer support!

I was able to chat with Michael Bloomberg in customer support and within minutes my concerns were answered... I was a little worried about being able to use this app, but it so simple really and if you do need help, customer support is like texting with your friends. This is worth every penny!

Garbage don't get it
April 29, 2021

This was a total rip off. I paid 139.99 for this piece of crap. You have to literally have an Apple ID and Apple password of the device being monitored. Same is true for android. If I had the monitored device's Apple username and password, I would not need this app. I hope they give me a refund! Also did they DId not say anything about monitoring kids, but if you see the last pic, now they want to mention indirectly that it is to monitor kids by saying "enter kids Apple ID" on the Apple ID part. I will keep everyone posted to see if they give me a refund! If they don't, I will post more stuff about them!

I made a purchase and it was advertised at their website that for iPhone doesn't need physical access for the target phone and can be accessed through any browser, but that was not true at all. After I made the purchase, mspy didn't work and I have been told I need physical access to the phone and I can only access through PC after downloading a software.

I requested a refund which has been denied. This is what i been told ""No refund can be issued to a user in case the reasons for a refund are completely beyond mSpy control. They include, but are not limited to:...a user does not accept technical assistance"

So how can i accept technical assistance for a feature that does not exist?
