This software is complete garbage as is there customer service. I have been trying to get it to work for 3 weeks on my daughters phone. Now they want to remote log into her phone but I have to schedule an appointment for that, which my options are 2 am or another 2 weeks out. Their response is to offer me a 30%refund and continued use of software that doesn't work! I was lied to by the sales person it does not work the way I was told. I don't care what your refund policy says if your product doesn't work you give a full refund its just good business.

DO NOT BUY THIS SOFTWARE you will be out your money.

False advertising! They will tell u don't need physical access to the phone if u know the Apple ID and password! That's a lie! Now they want me to go hooking up computers and cables etc to the target phone! I just paid for a whole year!

I made a purchase for the safety of my child only to have this company lie and cheat out their customers. It has been 7 months since I made my purchase and have never used their software. It cannot be used and they lie on their website claiming easy installation and so forth. You have everything needed for the installation, so they claim. Until its time to do the install and they change things on you saying much more technical things are needed like a PC or MAC. Oh but if you have a HP running off windows they may be able to install it but you need to install a whole other software not related to mSpy onto your computer first and if this can't be done the list goes on and on with excuses why they can't offer a refund and you won't be able to use their service you paid for. Real quick to take your money and MONTHS being given the run around by their support team. I've already reported to the BBB. Worst company ever do not trust them. I expect my full refund.

This app makes big claims but doesn't offer half as much as it claims. After several attempts to get things kicking, I demanded a refund, and now it's my twentieth day waiting. Still no response and I get a deaf ear to all the complaints. Pathetic!
