I downloaded the app but never used their services. Got a hefty $93 taken out of my account, since I didn't use the app I wrote mspys customer service for a refund. They responded to my email saying that they have received my request, but I haven't seen my refund it's been a month. I'm going to continue to message them concerning my refund everyday and leave appropriate reviews every day, until I get back my money
My child started riding the bus to school recently, and I was initially nervous. MSpy's location tracking feature helped alleviate my anxiety. I can see my daughter's location throughout the ride and receive alerts when she goes to strange places.
I've contacted them many times. Location accuracy is poor. This weekend the phone never left the house, but the app said it was over a half mile away so many times. Sometimes it doesn't update the location for 8 hours, despite the phone being outside and in an unobstructed area some of that time. It updates messages after 6 or more hours, even though the phone has full service 24 hours a day and it's set for 15 minutes. Same with phone calls. When you ask for help you get the same canned responses. Check for this, change this, uninstall and reinstall the app. If it were a free app I could understand but it's expensive, too expensive to not work even somewhat right. Attached picture shows how far away the app says the phone is, when it literally hasn't moved all day

I'm glad I found this app! The premium package let me know that my girlfriend cheated on me three times, and maybe more with my brother! It hurt, but now everything is fine. I have a new strong relationship and I am happy with my new girlfriend. By the way, after 3 months of relationship, mSpy is also on her phone. I don't want this to happen again!

I purchased what I thought was a system for 3 devices, not realizing it could only be used for one accoun (my honest mistake) To correct this I contacted the chat services, all I got was up selling. Original subscription was$150, he then wanted me to pay another $450 to get the cover that I thought I had purchased. The sales tactic was highly pressured. In the end he offered it for $350. I had to refuse. I then bought the Norton subscription and paid $120 for 5 devices, 5 different accounts. Set up was about 1 hour faster and easier. Navigating the app is easier the what is offered by mspy.
I have requested the refund, which has been refused on the grounds that it was not in their control. IMO that is not acting in good faith, many companies with give refunds on similar grounds.
IS it great app to control you employee`s activity at work? YES! MSpy is the perfect solution for this! It's easy to install and provides peace of mind, knowing that your employees are doing their work instead of wasting time at the office.
Mspy is partially functional, I am not able to receive messages from social media app's, only text messages, call logs, key logger and gps location works, I contacted customer service several times, but they were not able to resolve the issue. Everytime I contacted them, they asked me to do some settings, but it didn't resolve, one of the customer care agent told me that everything is okay with settings and I should wait 24 hours to start receiving the messages, but it didn't. Finally I gave up, I even cancelled the auto renewal of subscription

The app is good, I spoke to agent Thomas York, he was very helpful, he explained things in a simple way.
I was hesitant to use a monitoring app, but when I noticed my son's demeanor dip, I had to act. MSpy revealed that he was grappling with school stress more than we knew. It's led us to prioritize his mental health, consider tutoring, and reassess our family commitments.
This software is complete garbage as is there customer service. I have been trying to get it to work for 3 weeks on my daughters phone. Now they want to remote log into her phone but I have to schedule an appointment for that, which my options are 2 am or another 2 weeks out. Their response is to offer me a 30%refund and continued use of software that doesn't work! I was lied to by the sales person it does not work the way I was told. I don't care what your refund policy says if your product doesn't work you give a full refund its just good business.

False advertising! They will tell u don't need physical access to the phone if u know the Apple ID and password! That's a lie! Now they want me to go hooking up computers and cables etc to the target phone! I just paid for a whole year!
