The convenience is incredible! I mainly use message monitoring and set up alerts for restricted areas. If my child enters one, I get notified immediately.
Honestly, I think every parent should consider using software like this, especially as kids gain more independence. We use mSpy when I can't reach my daughter by phone.
This has saved me from unnecessary anxiety multiple times. If my daughter doesn't pick up her phone, I can quickly check her location instead of worrying.

We tried Family Link and then Qustodio, but our kids managed to disable them every time. Gave mSpy a shot, and have to say, I'm impressed. The app is totally hidden on their devices, and they can't figure out how to disable it. Even when they use VPNs, I see everything on the mSpy dashboard.
I have so far found the signing up process very misleading. Mspy doesn't give you access to their services until funds have cleared in their account. I spoke to customer service, they were unfriendly and unhelpful. I've been told to wait 24 hours until the merchant accepts payment.
Hoping the app is as good as it sounds and I can update my review tomorrow.
Location service was ok, then it has turned into terrible! Almost no updates for a few weeks, and i have access to the phone always! Its not about internet service,,, internet service is very good most of the time.
Seriously mspy has become awful,,, i don't know what happened to them?! (also changed target phone from android to iphone,, but still same problem!)

We kindly ask you to check the GPS settings on the iPhone (Location Services). Check the Location Update interval - it should be 5-10 minutes. Changing the media features (Photos and Videos) from "All connections" to "Wi Fi only" will also speed the process.

I have been double charged and they refuse to provide me a refund. They give excuses, provide offers, but a simple refund is too much to asked. Do not buy this from this company. They have shown me how unreliable they are. They are Chinese, it is prudent that they use your data for other purposes in the near future. Scammers and thieves, no other words for this company.
My daughter was talking to someone suspicious online. Thanks to mSpy, I intervened before anything serious happened.
