Didn't give me the right IMEI number so could have connected to the phone. Told me the battery was on 9% and then wouldn't tell me anything else at all. I really Doubt it works at all just a scam. Try and look yourself on the phone if you suspect cheating. Look for ways to view old messages etc. Don't bother with this. Money down the drain.

The service does not work at all on iOS. They will only take your money and make you wait on a fix while suspending service. They will make you wait several days to hear from the sales department about a possible refund. I wish I would have read reviews about the service before I purchased. They say it's compatible with iOS and no jailbreak but this is not true at all. BUYER Beware!

I have had a horrible experience with this company. They are scam artists. I requested a refund WITHIN 1 HOUR of purchasing, and after many emails and phone calls they are downright refusing. The product doesn't work as advertised and the only way to monitor anything of significance is to ruin your phone in the process. Honestly, do NOT believe the reviews on the website. They are a scam.

Best for Samsung

I was looking for an app to track my daughter's social media, so I tried a bunch of them. Some did nothing, some offered only Facebook and Instagram. Then I rented mSpy for a month and realised that this was it. So many social networks and no routing for her Samsung.

Hardly any feature worked properly or consistently. Features they advertise didn't work at all and they wanted me to upgrade them others would tell me they didn't even have those features. Customer service is ridiculous! No phone support. Chat support sends you to email that you have to wait on. Then they refuse refunds. Just NO!

This is a big scam DO NOT PAY

I paid for service and never got to use it bc the page sent me to another company page but come to find out they can't do what they say then got a million reasons why they won't refund you after they say they can do this and that but can't do nothing but take your money do not waste your time or money

Worst company ever!

Worst company ever! Not only did their product not do what it was stated it would. They wouldn't honor their own refund policy and issue a refund. Called customer service and only received the run around; the minute I asked for a manager they would hang up on me. After posting reviews on other sites did a billing manager reach out and offered a FULL refund after I take down my review postings. This company isn't a company - they are a get themselves rich scheme. Don't purchase anything from them - you won't have a useful product or your money.

Billing and customer service
June 10, 2022

When signing up the salesman said that if I was not happy with the product or service of mspy within 14 days a full refund would be issued. I have used mspy for 4 days now and very unsatisfied with the product and the functions and the billing department is giving me the run around; offering 3 free months and customer care installation. I installed it fine it half way works but it is not doing what the representative told me it would do. He said the top package would do everything I needed and it does not. I just want me refund and get rid of this app. It has been a waste of my time to use. I did not request a reinstall I requested a full refund as I told I could get within 14 days. I am not happy with this product

Not as advertised

I tried out the premium version, for all the features obviously. It's said that you don't need the target phone but you do in order to download files and shut off certain settings. And the target phone has to be rooted in order for you to see any app activity. Basically without the target phone being rooted, you're only getting phone logs and basic sms texts. And when you lose connection to the target phone it says that you need to text ******* to it to reactivate it which doesn't work. Not worth the money.

My child started riding the bus to school recently, and I was initially nervous. MSpy's location tracking feature helped alleviate my anxiety. I can see my daughter's location throughout the ride and receive alerts when she goes to strange places.

The do not deliver what is advertised. Kimberly Parker from the customer service team is zero help. (And I'm using 'customer service' as a loosely termed phrase.)
It was difficult to install, with 'processing' wait times and when I contacted support it took DAYS (not hours) for them to respond. They DO NOT WORK. I wish I had read reviews before hand. Now I am out $200 with an unusable product. Kimberly Parker with the customer service team is who I've been dealing with, and when I told them nothing would work, they said sorry- we can freeze service for 2 months or you can switch your service to a desktop mode. What am I going to do with that? I need the service for a mobile device- not a desktop.

Has a few kinks

Mostly the customer service awful, with a few exceptions. Thomas York was consistently helpful and far more competent than others that I chatted with. The chat window frequently kicked me out requiring that I spent far more time waiting than being helped. A dedicated customer service phone line would be great.

Forgetful son

Rooting the target phone

Tom malkovich was the one attending and he was very patient in doing his job.
