I've ordered a ton of stuff from this company over the last few months and have for several years purchased from their website through one of my pro rider friends and recently started ordering my own products from the site to not abuse my friends good will. Most of my orders went off without issue, but on several occasions the products were listed in stock and that I would have them by a given day. But then took forever to ship items or delayed some because they weren't in stock held full orders because something wasn't in stock and said nothing till I did. The final straw was from 2 seperate orders I had ordered some fuel line and was in stock after ordering near the end of September and beginning of October, here it is December no product they claim it's expected back in stock end of December or January. Offered no apologies nothing for the delay or complete lack of communication. Screw this place go to Rocky Mountain atv instead they actually ship your product on time when they say they will. Avoid this dumpster fire at all costs. My friend will no longer be purchasing from them either which will be a big loss since he rides professionally nearly every weekend and has products arriving everyday and also does product reviews for the manufacturers. Oh well hope they close down. Their customer service is complete trash as well don't expect any actual help pretty sure it's all handled by chat bots and it's just another drop shipping company with no physical warehouse of their own. I finally cancelled the other 2 items today after I found them in stock at several other online retailers cheaper and in stock.
3 weeks and no parts. Shipped from virgina, im in North carolina, I could have walked there by now. $400 dollars worth of parts... this is my first and last time dealing with this place
I placed an order with MotoSport.com about 4 weeks ago for Bonamici Chain Adjusters. I received a prompt Email stating they were back-ordered. No big deal. I received my order approximately 3 weeks later and upon inspection, one of the chain adjusters looked double stamped at the adjustment alignment notch and somewhat crooked. I immediately notified MotoSport and did not get a response for a day or two. I sent a second Email, and still no response. I then contacted Paypal to get them in the loop. I gave three more days and still no response. So I filed my claim with Paypal. I also posted my review on their website which said it was "read by staff but did not follow their guidelines"; like what, I gave them 1-Star and spoke the absolute truth on the situation? You can respond that you removed my review, but you WONT respond when I expect a replacement or refund? Bottom line is, they seem shady, can't get a hold of when necessary, and I am thinking the parts were not authentic but Chinese knockoffs. Otherwise, stand by your products that are not as described or arrived slipping through Quality Assurance. The description says "precision adjustments" not "Close to" or "Good enough." And crooked adjustments are not going on my motorcycle.
I ordered parts on 11-29-2020. Frequently sent updates, saying shipping in 5-10 days. 12 weeks later I got them. I forgot what I ordered, it took so long.
Ordered a part and then read reviews (I know that was backwards!), and so then I was worried. Part came quickly and as described. I would buy here again.

At the first of July 2021 I purchased a 205$ oil pump from Motosport for a Honda Big Red MUV. By October the oil pump had failed.(Honda OEM oil pump) Several phone calls and many lies about contacting Honda and a warranty, they stated that Honda wouldn't replace the pump because it wasn't done by a Honda technician at a Honda dealership. They didn't talk to anyone at Honda. The third time I talked to someone in customer service stated it would take 2 weeks to get an answer from Honda about replacement. I talked to the manager, and had an answer in less than a day! BEWARE! Motosport will not warranty any OEM parts unless installed by a dealership. They do not have a disclaimer that states this information, and you are screwed if you install OEM parts and they fail!
Thought we'd give them the benefit of the doubt after an additional charge was found on our credit card. We cancelled that card and tried ordering from them a month later with the SAME PROBLEM! Our credit card was hacked TWICE! DO NOT USE THEM!
Was about to leave for a trip so we paid extra for 3 day express shipping, it's now been almost a week and when we called they were completely rude and did absolutely nothing to solve the problem, in fact they even said they hadn't ever had the part on the shelf so they wouldn't have even been able to provide it in 3 days-- FALSE ADVERTISING and what a pathetic excuse for customer service. Absolutely will tell ALL OF MY FRIENDS NOT TO SHOP HERE-- obviously this company doesn't understand the power of customer service and the word of mouth. Good luck.
The site says the fixed price international shipping when you order more than $ 99 is not so. When you pay added taxes. These taxes do not. Bad business deal with them
The website does have a large selection of parts needed for my ATV and for ATV riding. However, worst customer service ever, as well as false advertising. Here is my story:
They advertised a tire and wheel package. Meaning if I purhased a tire, and wheel (the rim the tire goes on) together, they would come mounted (the tire would be delivered on the wheel). So I went ahead and purchased 2 tires and 2 wheels, assuming they would come ready to put on my ATV.
I received a cal from Josh, after my item shipped. He said that due to an error, they tires were shipped not mounted on the wheels. So I would be receiving 2 wheels and 2 tires separate. Admirably, he said if I got them mounted at a shop, to call him and Motosport.com would pay for it. So I thought that was cool.
However, after paying $50 to have them mounted, in which they ended up deflating, but that is another story, I called Josh numerous times. He never answered, never returned my messages. I called Motosport asking for Josh, he was never available. I asked other customer service reps, and they said I would have to talk to Josh. I even faxed them the invoice on numerous occasions. I called and faxed for about 2 months. In the end, I never got what I paid for, and was lied to. Will never buy from them again and would recommend nobody else does. At least they could have manned up to their mistake.
I have purchased an fmf mega bomb header for my 2017 Honda crf450rx, I had talked to one of the gear heads, who had told me this header was a direct oem replacement and that It would work with factory mufflers, I have asked this twice but he had confirmed the figment. Fast forward, it took a week toto get it shipped out, I received it today, got home and tried to put it on, and it did not fit. I called fmf directly, and told them the situation and they said that thier fmf mega bomb header would NOT work with the factory muffler system and is NOT a direct oem replacement.now I find out that the mufflers to go with the fmf mega are now DISCONTINUED. So I called and spoke to a gentleman named rick who was rude, unhelpful and basically told me I was out of luck, and I asked to speak to his manager and rick hung up on me. I do not find this professional at all, I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with your customer service, the attitude of your employees and laziness to get products shipped out promptly. I asked him twice if it would work with the factory muffler and after talking to fmf the was a lie or he just didn't know and just said yea. Either way this is not right
I got an order it was some Christmas stuff for my little girl a shirt with her name gloves few tools few parts for my bike I calll them ask where my package was they said they'll send what they have now so it's there for Christmas I told them it was for my daughter so finally December 20 th still nothkg made the order the 14 th they said it be here before Christmas so the 29 th I call he said that's weird they can't find the gloves then he said well they cancelled your order I said i got a shirt with name on it for my kid he I told him they charged my credit card he said o yeah they refunded your money they where missing the gloves I said no one called I talked to someone a few days ago they said they send the order what they had now just a shady bunch of crooks never deal with them again been using them for little things for 10 years just so dirty how no one called no nothing just cancelled my order well they won't get another penny from me wish o could have gave them a 0 one was way to high for them this is the third time I've had problems with them this one though really rubbed me the wrong way bunch of liars
Been a customer for over 12 years when I started they were great. Now when there is an issue they blow you off! I ordered a pair Thor Fast Boyz pants and jersey on 16 May they shipped on 19 May UPS tracking shows on 23 May they left La Vergne TN on their way to USPS in Jacksonville AR 6 hours away. Today is 27 May and UPS still shows them leaving TN! USPS tracking says they are still waiting for it and UPS is not showing they gave them to USPS. Repeated attempts by phone, email and chat to get Motorsport to check with UPS to put a tracker on it has been useless every rep has said they are in transit 5 days to go 400 miles. UPS told me to contact the seller (Motosport) and they refuse to do anything! If on the 29th there is no new tracking updates I will be contacting my bank and do a charge back and tell Motosport the money is in transit!
ORDERED 2 TIRES FOR ATV. ONE WAS THE WRONG SIZE, NOT EVEN CLOSE. NONE OF THE NUMBERS MATCHED ANYWHERE, CALLED AND TOLD ME I HAD TO SEND BOTH TIRES BACK JUST COULDN'T SEND THE 1 BACK AND HAVE THEM SEND ME THE CORRECT ONE. SO I DID AND VOICED MY DISPLEASURE WITH THERE INCOMPETENCY. TOLD THEM I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN. THEN WHEN IT CAME TIME TO CREDIT ME THEY ONLY CREDITED ME FOR 1 TIRE. STILL DEALING WITH THE BS. YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THEM YOU'VE BEEN WARNED
I just got my Dirt bike all stripped down Feb 22 and ready to put parts on it so I can start riding with my buddies again. That night I ordered parts from motorsport on Feb 23. I get an email that says it should be delivered at my house in 3 days. But then when those 3 days role around, my package is still not delivered. I got an email from motorsport that said delayed and should come in the next day, then it was delayed again, and again, and again. Then on March 6th I get an email that my package has been refund but I never refunded it. I reorder the package from motorsport again because I need it on a deadline and every other place doesn't have it. And again, it kept saying delayed and delayed. Then I order some other parts I needed from RockyMountainAtv and It got to my house in literally 2 days on March 14th prior from ordering it. I am still currently waiting for multiple packages from Motosport that I've been waiting for, for almost a month. I would not order from Motosport again. Tracking number: C*******6387

Back on Feb. 7,2024 at 10:15 AM I purchased a Clarke Racing gas tank from Motosport.com over the phone. At 10:35 I got an email conformation of my order. Then on Feb 14,2024 at 8:34 PM I got another email from Motosport stating my item was on back order till April 11,2024. I found this weird because the Clarke website states for customers to allow 3 weeks lead time for orders not 8+ weeks,
Clarke Racing claims they did not get the order from Motosport till the 14th the same day Motosport sent the update. They also claim they shipped the gas tank on the 26th and the carrier picked it up on the 27th. I contacted Motosport about what Clarke said and on 8 March I got a reply they have no updates on the order status!
Either Motosport doesn't know what is going on with backorders or Clarke Racing is lying and since I got the email from Motosport stating that the tank wouldn't be available till April 11 the same day as Clarke says they got the order from Motosport (a week after the order was placed) and Clarke says the tank was picked up by the carried on the 27th withing the 3 week lead time, I would say the problem is with Motosport!
Sent me tubes that did not fit my bike per their website. Charged me $15 to ship back for a refund. Never again.

Answer: Fairly easy but don't expect any actual service. The customer's always wrong in their eyes, as far as I can tell.
Answer: Depends on your point of view. They exist, and send out product, but do not use them if you want your parts within a month - seriously ghetto shipping, and garbage customer service.
Answer: They suck. Avoid at all costs. The too-good-to-be-true prices are not worth the wait for your items, and/or the customer-is-always-wrong brand of service.
