First couple of transactions were relatively smooth, but when I ordered a gasket during the holiday season they used such a ghetto off-brand delivery service that it's a week overdue. I contacted them today and told them that the only way they'll keep my business is if they overnight me the part. Their barely literate chat agent kept regurgitating the company line, which is that they won't send out a replacement unless it's officially lost for a certain amount of time. So - not only are they crap on the shipping front, they don't really give a toss about keeping customers. I will not be using them again, and I strongly recommend you all stay away. Let's send a message that unless they step up their delivery system, we will not be buying from them.
