I recently tried to purchase $600 worth of parts. The site reported for 4 days that the company was processing my order. This evening I received an email stating that the entire order was canceled and no reason was provided. Do not use Motosport!
Motosport will not back up there product and will not take products back!
Bought silent exhaust for a stock polaris rzr800, put exhaust on and did not make any quieter, motosport.com will not return because exhaust has went through exhaust, How am I to know if it works unless we put exhaust through it. motosport.com is terrible customer service and would recommend people go somewhere else
I have ordered many parts in the last 2 weeks. All of which came before they were supposed to arrive. One part being a rear dirtbike tire. Come to find out, I ordered the wrong size, so I reordered another one on a Monday, and received it on Thursday. I want to thank James Mulick for his wonderful and most helpful customer service. If anyone with a higher position at Motosport reads this, you should thank James for being a great employee in his Customer service work. Most satisfied with Motorsport and Mr. Mulick. 11/10!
Did not send me my order and kept my money. They have a army of customer service that pretends to help but they will do nothing. They will even respond to my review pretending to care but they don't. You've been warned
What a joke. I got a helmet for Christmas. It was one I thought I wanted. I put it on and went for a ride... to find out its not what I was looking for. I went to return it and got the run around and eventually ended up at, its "used" and cannot be returned. Apparently there's some magic that occurs when you sit on a motorcycle versus sitting in your living room that automatically taints the item. These clowns aren't interested in customer service at all. They wouldn't help out with store credit or anything. Worst motorcycle buying experience ever.
Stick with Cyclegear or Revzilla...
First and last time customer. Ordered from you cause it said, 3 to 5 days shipping. Its been eleven days and, nothing. Your tracking is laughable! No details. And, $7.00 shipping for a frickin sticker is a joke!
Ordered a windscreen for my 2012 zx10r. Have not received it for 3 weeks. I emailed them and have not gotten an response back so i called and was told the part was on backorder. This was not specified on their website. Dont sell parts you dont have! They will take your money and they wont notify you if there is a problem. Hardly a legitimate business. Stay clear
I ordered a "Knobby Tire Wristband" as a birthday gift. He had owned one previously, and had it for five years, but lost it a few months back. I was only trying to replace that one. I ordered it in red and it's arrival was quick. I gave it to him the very next day. I watched him put it on at approximately 9 p.m., then we went and saw a movie. After arriving home at around 2 a.m., he attempted to remove the bracelet, thinking he was taking care of it and it broke! It absolutely was not his fault. He didn't abuse it, he was simply taking it off. I am extremely disappointed, and would not recommend it to anyone. What a waste of money.
I just wanted to thank Craig Allen. He was very polite & profesional. He helped me out with an order I placed. I thought I was going to get hassled about returning a part I ordered. It was the exact opposite, he resolved my problem in a timely manner at no cost to me. Motorsport backs up their products & I will not hesitate to make future purchases from them. Thanks again Craig. I ordered a helmet that was in stock, it got back ordered 3 times on me. I switched helmets to another one in stock, it arrived 1 day before I needed it for my trip and it was the wrong color. I couldn't return it used so no helmet for my trip.
I ordered a jersey for my nephew on July 1 and paid extra to receive it on a few days in order to have it for his birthday. I got an email the next day saying it was shipped. On the 4th I received another email saying it had 'just shipped', and had not been picked up by a carrier. After almost two weeks of it saying it had just shipped but hadn't been picked up I emailed customer service for clarification if it had in fact been shipped or to be refunded to be a me to purchase from somewhere else. I never received a response from them. I finally received the jersey in the mail today. I understand the mail can be rather slow these days and I'm more than happy to be patient, but the lack of communication and customer service will keep me from ordering from this company again.

Dec. 2021 I ordered a tire, still hadnt received it in march, contacted them about it and was told it was lost and would be reshipped. 2 months later it still hadnt shown up so I contacted them again, was told it was lost again, and they said it was out of stock and I was promised a refund. Now its 2 months after the refund was promised, I still haven't been refunded and they wont respond to my emails. Wasted 5 months and over $100 for something I never received.
Hi Anthony, I took a look at the order number and interactions you provided and here's what I could find. It looks like you placed your initial order on 12/22. We got your package out the same day via UPS on 12/22. We sent you an email with the tracking number also! On 4/11 you called us stating the package hadn't arrived. We went ahead and got a replacement going for you that day, This tire went ahead and shipped UPS to the address you provided on 4/12. We sent another email with updated tracking! This one unfortunately got lost by the carrier. On 5/13 we issued a refund to your original payment method due to this tire being lost by the carrier. If you still haven't seen your refund. Ordered 2 AGV levers. One came in I put it on, second came in 2 weeks later as I put it on I realized it was 2 different shades of blue. I asked to return the one so they could send a different one that matched and they said "sorry no returns on used items" well if you didn't mess up and send the wrong color then wouldn't be an issue but now it's my fault and they had zero help for me. Never buying for them. Always go to Revzilla instead, muchhhhh better then these pos.

The original review is below. After working more with MotoSport we resolved the issue. They actually got me in touch with Acerbis, the manufacturer, and a new tank was shipped out. It might have gotten off to a rough start but they came through.
Lesson learned - take photos to support your position. Talk to one another.

"Like Eric from December I found out the hard way. I bought a tank for my 2013 Honda CRF250L which base on their website was supposed to fit. Nothing lined up. I sent it back but they won't honor the return because of a slight gas smell. Anyone who knows about the assembly process knows you pull the stock tank pump float assembly and install it on the new tank which will leave a gas smell although no gas has been in the tank. That would have been right before I found out the tank was off dimensionally and wouldn't fit."
Wanted to order a front and rear michelin bib mousse. I normally order M16 front and M14 rear but motosport list by tire size so I emailed them a question about michelin bib mousse sizes. Got a response from a "gearhead". I'll just say the gearhead is clueless.

I was order a Goldentyre 2002 Mousse, they sent me a Goldentyre 2002N Mousse what is over size for rally.
I sent it back at May 30th 2020, than I never get back my money. They owe me 170$. I called them many time but they are can`t find my package, and they won`t send me back my money. That was my last deal with them. Bull$#*! company.
I purchased a Jersey, pants and gloves on the 19th of May. Website said all three items were in stock and should ship within 3-5 days, but I later found out on May 31st that none of my items have shipped and because the gloves, that claimed to be in stock, were on back order. One of their customer service reps, Paul, said "everything should ship out on the 31st" when I called to ask about my order on May 30th. Website still says processing order. UNWELL
BUYERS BEWARE! I ordered these parts for my helmet thinking that if I payed for the 3 day shipping that I would have it by Monday but nope! I was misinformed and cheated out of almost $14 they totally bamboozled me! I had a different company that said I would have it by Sunday 9/4/22 but more expensive for the part and the shipping it was around the same $14 but I find it cheaper through motosport and get screwed right away I emailed qnd didn't get a answer until today 9/5/22 how convenient right? I'll never order from here ever again

Made an order for 279.28 they took it out as soon as i ordered it.when i looked at my bank account they also took 104.16 for a helmet i did not ordered. So i called to let them know. And they said that they would refund my 104.16 but it would take 1 to 5 business days. I said ok, as soon as i got off the phone with them i looked at my account and they took an additional 152.90 out now thats a total of 536.34 out of my account and they shipped nothing. So i called them again and they tryed to say they did not take the money out i told him i am looking at my account now and the money is out. He tried to say the bank took it out i said they did not. So i canceled my order right then and there. That was friday. I hope i get my money back soon because it sucks living on 160.00 dollar for the week. I shound have known better i once

Bought these tires from Motosport and on the description it stated that the rear tire is a BIAS tire. I installed the tires and had a severe wobble at interstate speed and at that speed you hold onto your you know what until you slow down enough to stop the wobble. While taking the tires off I noticed it saying Tubless Radial in small lettering on the rear tire and my Victory Kingpin can only have Bias due to weight and size of side walls the tires have. I have since installed the Dunlops that are true Bias tires and have no wobble of any kind. I returned the tires to Motosport and did receive my money back on the tires but not on the $150.00 for putting the tires on and taking them off the rims as promissed my Motosport. I have tried calling customer service several times and get no response or call back as promissed also. One thing for sure - when you are out $150.00 becuase of a companies mistake you make sure not to recommend them or buy from them again.
Answer: Fairly easy but don't expect any actual service. The customer's always wrong in their eyes, as far as I can tell.
Answer: Depends on your point of view. They exist, and send out product, but do not use them if you want your parts within a month - seriously ghetto shipping, and garbage customer service.
Answer: They suck. Avoid at all costs. The too-good-to-be-true prices are not worth the wait for your items, and/or the customer-is-always-wrong brand of service.
