I've never had problems in the pass, but this time not so lucky.
Not only did I note it on the purchase order (need no later then Dec 24 2015 Christmas Eve) I also had it confirmed over the phone. When I went to pickup my order on Christmas Eve, it was no where to be found. We were able to find a couple things at the store, and were able to switch the others out.
The store manager really helped save the day...!
My first order was sold out and you gave me the option to cancel my order or substitute with another item, which I did thanks. My second order came within a few day and I'm extremely happy with the products. I'll tell all my friends about your store. Thanks a satisfied customer

I ordered the motorcross pants, shirt and gloves for my 11 year old who rides his motor bike in our nearly 2 acre yard. He wanted this for his Halloween outfit and loves it! Sizing was spot on, quality was great and delivery was as expected.
Everything was wonderful. Upon making my purchase I immediately got a confirmation e-mail and the information for me to track it. It didn't take but a couple of days to receive my package and it was in perfect condition. I would definitely buy from here again.

The down fall when living in Canada is the shipping price.
It cost more then the product. You just want to make sure you have a big order before buying something.

The items I order were shipped a month after my purchase, also didn't have one of them and I had to pay extra 20 dollar because didn't have replacement for the same price, really bad first experience buying.
Items took 2 week for delivery. Some items where need to be ordered from east coast, according to customer service which I had to call to find out where my product is. Email should of been sent informing me about the delay.
I'm hoping to intercept my package as they have it down for the wrong shipping address. I tried contacting them as well as editing the shipping information through the site however it was too far along in processing to edit yet I can still go and edit my payment info even though the items have already been payed for. I've tried calling as well as contacting them through a ticket online. I know its a busy time of the year but Its been over a week since I put in the ticket/ordered the item as well as when trying to call to speak with someone you just get a mail box full and redirected back to the main menu repeatedly.
Took over a week to ship. Called customer service and they didn't really seem to care and weren't very helpful. They just kept telling me it was processing which I could see from the website. Would not order from them again!
Hi my shopping experience was good, I found prices to be competitively prices and the website easy to use. However I live in Australia and would have liked to see the prices change into our dollar, also using the US postal service there was no way to see how long my order will arrive. I will recommend your site in future but will encourage items to be FedEx sent.

Ordered a product over a weekend and called the following week to get updates on the order and was pretty much blown off both times and was told this is how it is. Shortly after I cancelled the order and went straight to BTO and got it for the same price with free shipping. If your in no rush and don't ever have to talk to someone this is your place.
The items were great except the damage to the box the riding boots came in but I'm giving 2 stars because I paid for 3 day shipping and received the gift over a week after putting in the order and that's not ok.
I order helmet and goggles for my son for Xmas on Saturday December 12th hoping they would get here before Xmas. Shortly after placing my order customer service representative Pamela Rost contacted me via email to let me know that the goggle I order were out of stock so I told her all I need was an orange pair goggles and what price range I wanted. Ordered an item. After paying for the item, they informed me it was out of stock. I then tried to get a refund, and the customer service agent was unprofessional and typed like a five year old. I did get my money back, but it was a fairly bad experience overall.
I ordered a pair of boots that didn't fit when they came. Right size, just too thin. Pamela price matched another pair of boots and gave me the return info for the small ones. I got my new boots today and they're awesome! Thanks for all the help.
I called in to make sure that my grandson, that was turning 3, would have his safety equipment in time for the birthday party on Saturday and got a rep named Pamela. She personally looked into each piece to make sure it was in stock so that nothing would backorder. She even told me after I placed the order to call back and she would make sure it made it out the door. I had a specific item I needed which required a bit of listening on the part of the agent. The previous companies I contacted would stop listening half way through my description, making hasty, wrong assumptions, leading to my getting the wrong item. Motocross Giant's agent listened carefully and thoughtfully and got it right. All too rare.
I received an order fro Motorcross Giant and through no fault of theirs, nothing was correct. The service I had received from the company when I called was unmatched. They made the process very easy and helped me work out the issues I was having. Great personality from the fellow I spoke to I just don't have his name. I even wrote a note reflecting that and sent it back with the items. Great experience
Answer: Via mail by no means! Two times I've send a mail to them, two times no reply. Very unusual for a retail company in the USA!
