I ordered and received 3 helmets in a timely fashion. These were additional helmets as I have ordered from MotocrossGiant in the past and have been very satisfied with the quality, price and delivery time.
I bought a GEL battery for a motorcycle. The electrolyte does not boil away even if it is damaged it doesn't leak.
Of course the battery is one of the expensive ones, but the quality is perfect.
On Febuary 9th, I ordered a T shirt from here via standard ground delivery (5-8 business days.) Unhappily, I am still waiting for my one industries t-shirt to show while looking at the date on my calendar reading, "Febuary 21,2016." This is why This is why I gave a rating of 1 out of 5 stars.

Despite being shown as available, the item I ordered was actually not. The only bright spot was they actually contacted me to say it wasn't available and never charged me. Frustrating, but at least it wasn't a rip off...
I spent as much on shipping as I did on the shirt to get it within 3 working days. No where does it tell you they don't ship for 3 days THEN the clock starts ticking on the 2 day shipment. It wound up taking a week to recieve. If I had known that I would not have paid for the "quick ship". Very disappointing.
But the shirt is great!
I have been buying stuff on line for my kids since some years ago. I´m glad and very satusfied with the service.
One little comment is last time (I guess it was Feb or July, not sure), motocross giant charge ten dolars for confirmation of my credit car, at the end my card was not accepted for some reason, but Motocross Giant NEVER reimbursed those ten dollars to my account. Other than that... I´m glad with your service.

My only concern is about your display online and the items on your stocks. They are not accurate. You have in the display online but you don't have stocks of actual items. You need to update your stocks on your system time to time. What you have in the display or in your system should be actually available. Because after i done my orders and payment, after 1 day i found out that one of my orders is not included because you don't have stocks.And after a few days again one of your sales representative inform me via email that one of my orders is cancelled due to item defect and she refunded my money. Actually it's very dissapointing to me, but i told him to change it by the same model, the same price even different in color only to close the deal. Actually, i want to buy more items in your store but the problem mostly of your good items is out of stocks.And the last thing is i don't know now the status of my orders because you didn't send me any update or tracking nos. For me to trace or track my items. Thank you.
This is the second time I buy on this website, and the first time I was very satisfied with the service, the products, the wide range of brands that motocrossgiant has! And that impulse me to buy a second time, till now I haven't receive my order, I'm waiting for it! But I'm looking forward to having it on my hands! I ordered a pair of dirtbike pants and a jersey to be custom printed with a name and number on the back. I waited until pretty close to Christmas so I was worried that they would not be shipped in time. However, I received a call 2 days after I submitted the order that my items were available to be picked up at the Camarillo location. Everything was exactly how I ordered it with the name and number on the back of the jersey and everything. I was very satisfied.
Items are Christmas presents for my son (age 6). So i have no feed back on all items yet. But as far as the shipment... They crammed all the items in a box that was too small. I purchased sticker sets for my sons TTR-50E motorcycle and they wadded them up and shoved them in the box. Many of the stickers are no good. That just sucked. I don't have time to fight this so I won't be returning to Motocross Giant again - way to many other "professional" options out there to purchase parts.
Website was easy to navagate. I forgote to add the goggles at a discounted rate on my helmet purchase so I called customer service and they added them to my order at no charge (WOW). My order came with-in the expected timefame. Helmet looks great! I will be the wife of the year this Christmas!

I bought this motorcross outfit for my 9yr old grandson, the outfit appears to be a good quality, he is getting it for Christmas. My only complaint was I called the store for details about another outfit and I just felt the person on the other end was kind of rude and not very helpfull I ended up buying a different outfit online.
Had a good experience with customer service rep. The visor I ordered did not state in description it was the 3rd series of the Rockhard helmet. I had to get a RA#. I only hope I get the full refund...
Answer: Via mail by no means! Two times I've send a mail to them, two times no reply. Very unusual for a retail company in the USA!
