I ordered just one item (one pair of eyelash) in August 2021 and still today September 21,2021 I have not received my order. Also the Morphe Customer Care Crew is non-existent. I called the customer care line by which no one answered. I reached out via email several times - and just as well no response/ assistance at all. I will have to resort to other measures to get my money back since this company (from what I see) takes money but does not deliver its products. Very disappointing! Non-existent company/ customer department. Will never order from Morphe again!
Purchased on the 4/9/21 with a confirmation email being received minutes later and the money taken out of my account instantly. However I am yet to receive a tracking number. It doesn't look like they are going to be sending my package anytime soon if ever. Contacting customer service is useless, they said that I would receive my tracking number by the end of the week- last week. What a joke. I hope a lawsuit comes their way real soon.
I actually love Morphe products but their customer service is appalling. I placed an order and its been over a month and it's still not hear. I was told they'd send a replacement after waiting 2 weeks for a response from their customer care. No replacement has come. I was also told I'd be refunded the shipping. That also hasn't happened. They have the WORST customer service and delivery I've ever experienced. No product is worth the hassle and scam of this company! DO NOT BUY.
Morphe has a ton of makeup products at really affordable prices. Most of their items have great quality - their eyeshadows are super pigmented and creamy, really easy to use. I also love morphe brushes, they are super soft and have such great quality. Overall, I really enjoy using morphe products!
I ordered products on 7th June and delivery was supposed to be done in 2-4 working days. Today after one week when "I CALLED" them they are telling me there was a processing error and that's why I didnt get any updates. And now the two most important palettes I ordered are out of stock and they can issue me a full refund which they should anyway. Is this the resolution I should expect after all these days I waited and went through headache of contacting them thrice and for all the excitement I had to receive my long waited palettes? I made two of my friends bought it too and they received it in 2 days and I am the one suffering now.
The hair from the brushes has been falling off from the very start. Now the actual brush just suddenly fell apart and Morphe obviously doesn't take any responsibility since they have only 30 days return policy.
I love how affordable Morphe is- especially their eyeshadow pallets! They offer many dupes for expensive products, even their own beauty sponges. I love how you can purchase their products through their website and through other beauty retailers such as Beauty Bay (which makes it easier for customers outside the US).
Ordered 6 weeks ago, anything delivered.
I first wait for 3 week with no information, after contacting them they pretend to have made a mistake with the tracking number, i ask for a refund (the delay was already too long for me) but instead they have reshipped the package.
3 weeks later they admit to have lost the reshipped package, and ask again if i want a reshippment...
I had to ask a chargeback on paypal.
They don't pay attention to their customer, they don't listen them, for me this website is juste a scam
Order on amazon they have a way better client service
I've ordered from Morphe multiple times, and to sum it up, just hope you don't have any problems with your order. I was sent faulty brushes once (they were in horrible condition and frayed), and Morphe wouldn't exchange, refund, or send new ones. They also charge I believe $7 (shipping price) to send an item back, even if it is their mistake. I have avoided Morphe after these two experiences and don't expect myself to shop on their website again anytime soon. I recommend shopping in store if you have a location near you.

Since all the make-up gurus and junkies have been advertising how of absolute great products Morphe has, maybe they should include to their words the terrible delays and bad customer service before you experience hell yourself. It was my first ever time, and trust me the last one, ordering from Morphe a set of brushes, mascara and cleaning brush tool. The reviews on the products weren't really reviews, most of the was ' I bought this for my niece birthday' or ' I needed a new set of brushes'. But today, I would not be reviewing the products but the service itself. To start with, it is kind of ridiculous to pay for 15 euros for shipment just for the order to arrive a month later. Yes you read correctly, A MONTH. I completed my order on the 5th of December, after my ordered was confirmed, I got a notification on the 8th of December, that my order had been shipped. So far everything was good, nothing suspicious or anything to be worrying about. Of course I had my tracking number and everyday, as I am impatient, I was checking my order. On the 10th of December the updates on my order had stopped and it just said that it was in transit. There were absolute NO updates, neither from Morphe or the shipping company, which was Bpost, until the 13th of JANUARY! Yes, January! After I got suspicious that I would have to pay for customs as well, cause I ordered mine from Morphe Uk, and as we all know with Brexit happened on the 1st of January, I was concerned if they have caused this delayed in order for me to pay for customs as well. When my order was delivered to me, finally, on the 22nd of January, I thank goodness didn't have to pay for anything extra. I know with everything going on with the pandemic and covid-19 things would have taken a bit of delay, as that is the reason I didn't get in touch with them immediately, I didn't want to be 'a Karen' lol, but as Morphe warned that the shipping could have been expanded up to 10 days cause of covid, from the ordinary shipment time, which as it said was 5-6 days, but due to the lack of updates from the 10th of December until the 13th of January I had communicated with Morphe by email in order to get a refund for the extreme delayed. I had communicated them on the 19th of January letting them know that my order, since it was not delivered to me by then, and asking for refund, they responded the same day asking for my information, I did sent them my information the same day, and they didn't contact me back, and on the 24th of January, after I had received my order on the 22nd, I communicated with again and letting them know that I didn't hear back from them of the status of my refund request. The communication with them after that was absolutely trash and even impossible. I still didn't get a refund after almost a week of communicating with them about the delay and honestly they don't seem that they will refund me eventually, that is why I do not recommend Morphe services.

My package has been in the same place for 14 days. I tried to reach Morphe customer service about it and they just refuse to answer me back. They asked me myborser number and that was the end of the communication. That was 5 days ago now.
I asked for the cancellation and refund of my payment Only 2 days after my purchase, right when Morphe said will has a delay over 5 days for shipping my order, so as I payed for 2 days priority shipment, because I will leave the address after 3 days my purchase. After then I send emails every day asking to cancel my order and refund my payment. They not refund me yet and Today and after 12 days they shipped my order knowing that I will not be there anymore to receive it and after I asked for many times the cancellation. I still waiting Morphe refund me. The worst service I've ever had
Placed an order 14th December for a Christmas present. Received confirmation email. On 16th received another email saying order will be on its way soon. On 17th I get another email cheerfully telling me I've got a full refund. Only by checking the status of the order on their site do I find out they've cancelled the order. No explanation why.
When I call them, I am told they oversold the product so they've cancelled some orders. 8 days before Xmas. No offer of any apology gesture (like a discount for future orders). Almost everywhere else has sold out at this late stage, and the timeframe now makes a new order a gamble.
Appalling customer service.
I had accidentally ordered a double items and not even two minutes later i call to cancel the order but they tell me they won't know for sure if it'll cancel and so i ask okay can i add a discount code to the order? They say no. When just 5 mins ago they asked if i wanted to. It was on Thanksgiving so their warehouse was closed anyways yet they proceeded to send it out 2 WEEKS afterwards. So now i have to wait for it to come in, just to ship it back once it arrives :)
Palette never arrived. It was apparently signed for by someone at my house which was impossible as no one was in. Emailed morphe time and time again with no reply.
I ordered the James C Morphe pallets back in April of this year and got an email saying my package was here, it wasn't. I sent an email and got told they would look into it, they didn't. I called and got I would get sent another pallet in may and it just came in 2 days ago so it took me around 4 months to get 1 pallet witch is Ridiculous
I've emailed customer service twice and called because I haven't received my order that was supposed to be delivered on Friday, June 19 by UPS that was supposed to be transferred to the USPS for final delivery. I have yet to hear from anyone and the USPS says that they never received my order from UPS. I want to speak with someone because this is unacceptable and unprofessional.
This company I had never heard of fraudulently obtained my bank information and charged me $75.12 on May 12,2020.
I had never been to their website, never called them, never made any purchase from them and yet they tried to steal from me charging me for something I had no knowledge of.
These people are scammers and should be ashamed of themselves. Beware

I avoided reviews from ACTUAL customers because morphe's website doesn't have overall reviews you have to go to websites like this. I usually never review items from online but this is serious, please stay away from morphe's website i called to have my order cancelled before it was processed and shipped out because the drop down bar put the wrong address in (the morning after ordering) and got no answer on the first two calls and first email then on the third call the woman was just a dumb bimbo who didn't have basic communication skills, even I get nervous calling people as I have phone anxiety because of past experiences like this; I could not understand the woman as she had a heavy stuck up brat tone in her voice and got very upset when I asked her to repeat herself. No I am not a Karen I am a teen in fact and this was supposed to be for my birthday but all I got was sass from a rude woman, she spoke to me as if I was a dumb child who stole their parents credit card to buy makeup and it honestly made me sick. I spent all day worrying and got so stressed knowing that all that money was going to be gone because they are ignoring my emails or giving me no help at all just repeating stuff I already know. It hasn't even been shipped out yet so they should be able to cancel my order so why are they refusing my offer? Absolutely revolting you spend money to put yourself through hell and then receive a broken palette that brings you no joy only disappointment and bad memories. FIX THIS NOW
Answer: Yes. Its worth the price. The color range is so beautiful and the pigmentation is so good. I am very satisfied with this brand. The brushes are also amazing bought them on sale. Totally worth the price. I would recommend for the beginners too
