I ordered products on 7th June and delivery was supposed to be done in 2-4 working days. Today after one week when "I CALLED" them they are telling me there was a processing error and that's why I didnt get any updates. And now the two most important palettes I ordered are out of stock and they can issue me a full refund which they should anyway. Is this the resolution I should expect after all these days I waited and went through headache of contacting them thrice and for all the excitement I had to receive my long waited palettes? I made two of my friends bought it too and they received it in 2 days and I am the one suffering now.
