Terrible customer service. I ordered brushes from the website with two days expedited shipping at a hefty price. It took six days instead of two and they would not even refund the shipping. The customer service tells me they have up to five days for processing, which is insane considering you are paying for expedited shipping and this is not mentioned on the ordering page. I will never order their products again.
The only reason I am giving them a 4 is because they do not answer emails promptly and for 3 days straight I could not get anyone on the phone to answer a question that wasn't on the FAQ page.
I ordered for the first time here. They had a thanksgiving deal. IT HAS BEEN 11 DAYS NOW. And they finally answer my phonemail after days of trying and say " oh sorry, we must've lost your package. I go to this review site and another one like this and all I see are reviews on how shipping is awful and that most packages get lost. I was so excited and waited and bought this for nothing. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN.

Decided to ship my package OCT. 9/ 2019 from OCT 6.2019. Standard 5-7 day shipping. It's been a total of 9 days since I made my order and have not recieved anything!

Honey when I tell y'all I absolutely love and enjoy every Morphe experience! I'm always able to find what I need and when something is out of stock I am notified by email the moment it restocks! The makeup is everything and shipping is so quick. I'm never disappointed when I receive my products thank you Morphe!

You get 3 to 4 brushes a month at an affordable price. Morphe brushes are absolutely amazing. The feel of the brushes on my face is so soft. It blends the eye shadows perfect. Can't go wrong with morphe.
I placed an order, within a couple of hours 20% sale appeared, tried to change my order, unable to get in contact with anyone promptly. I sent a email regarding the issue, I received no reply, I sent a follow up email I received a reply about 10 days later. They don't move / reply in a hurry. Where has the customer service gone? Really annoyed cause I spent some dollars. Never again will I deal with this company.
I ordered the Morphe 350s and am super impressed. The colors in the palette are truly amazing and super pigmented. Reasonably priced. Will buy again.
Since i cant find just morphe.com on here there setting sprays and palettes are so vibrate and amazing
I've have the 35O palette, jacylyn hill morphe palette, and sponge and I love them all! They are affordable and good! I'm getting a morphe highlighter in my next ipsy so we will see.
Morphe is one of the best site IMHO to purchase brushes - from foundation to eye sets, I just ordered a new highlight brush. Morphe offers so many different products now- quite a range and the quality of their eyeshadow palettes has increased dramatically over the past year. Their offerings in highlighters, lipsticks, lashes, their Jeffery Star collection is just fab. If you have not been to Morphe in a while, you have to check them out, they are some of the best packaging in the business!

The best company on planet earth. Great eyeshadows for a low cost they don't put out stuff that they don't believe 1000% in.
The Jaclyn Hill palette although it has a bit of fallout it blends very nice as for the brushes it's a great duo to getting ready quickly
Ordered the Jaclyn hill palette along with a metallic lip product (reflection) Received it in 6 days. Packaging was great as expected, with bubble wrap. Free returns offered. I received exactly what I ordered. The quality of the pallet is far beyond my expectations and quickly became my favorite makeup pallet. The lip goes on like velvet and does not budge for at least 5 hours of wear. It was comfortable and not drying and the hint of metalic didn't over power the beautiful color. Only negative is that I wish I would have ordered more of those.
I love my morphe makeup. But the shipping website is not accurate and it took me 3 times to get 1 palette that wasn't broken
Their palettes are so worth the money. The colors are rich and pigmented, the size of the palettes are huge as are the selection of colors. I am so happy that I purchased from them. I received my order the same week I ordered it, super fast. It was packaged beautifully too. I will definitely be purchasing from them again.

I RECENTLY DID A PROJECT OF COMPARING A NON LABELED EYESHADOW PALETTE FROM WISH.COM/EBAY THAT COST ABOUT 10$ AND COMPARED IT WITH THE MORPHE 350 COSTS ALMOST 20$ AND ITS BASICALLY THE SAME FORMULA. ALL THEY DO IS BUY PRODUCTS FROM CHINA AND PUT THEIR NAME ON THEM LITERALLY. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. YOU ARE BEING ROBBED. DO YOUR RESEARCH. DONT PAY FOR SOMETHING OVERPRICED WHEN YOU CAN GET IT CHEAPER ON EBAY, ETSY, OFR WISH.
