Where is my product
April 9, 2024

I ordered 5 items over two weeks ago and have not received anything. Customer service/email response said "please be patient." It gave a so called tracking number but UPS does not have the items or packing slip. At this point I am wondering if it's fraud.

I have been waiting on my order which took ages! It finally came today the problem is I paid nearly $100 for a set of brushes for my daughter ( it also said you get a free set of brushes with your order) I got the free set and not the set I actually paid for! The packaging was atrocious! I want a refund NOW! I am fuming! I will never deal with this company again! I want what I paid for morphe!

I ordered some items on Black Friday. I got an email notification saying my order had shipped on 11/29/23. Fast forward to today 12/17/23 and I have yet to receive my order after reaching out to customer service. Nor have I received any response from the customer service Morphe Team. The carrier Ontrac said my package was delayed at first and the next day when I inquired about the delay they said they had shipped my package back to the seller due to an incorrect address when my shipping and billing address are the same. I see why they have lawsuits and have filed for bankruptcy.

I ordered from morphe 2 sets of brushes, one lash curler, beauty sponge, eyelashes, glue eyelashes; so a lot.
Order done, money gone and in the next day I received notification that my order was cancelled by them and they took from my money.
Shame on them, liars.

The most incorrect and fraudulent brand I have ever seen. I order 9 products and in the end they send me 3 of them. For a $20 order I have to pay $35 shipping. As I am emailing them to cancel it entirely. And at the end they send me an email saying "that the order cannot be cancelled".

Lost Purchase
September 16, 2022

I ordered some of Morphe's beautiful lip colors and never received them. The first order was in August, after I rec'd a text saying it would be delivered, I then received a text saying that I had moved and the shipment was returned. My address had not changed, and I'm unsure what that was all about. I called CS and informed them and they sent another package out on 9/1. I have yet to receive my package as of today 9/16/22, so I called CS and was told it had gotten lost via the courier. I asked could they send another one over night directly to my address and I was told that they were unable to accommodate. I requested a refund and that will take 3-5 days to credit back to my account. I will never buy online again with them.

My daughter intro'd me to Morphe a few years ago. They have some of the best pallets, and their skin care is really good. But I can't bring myself to give more than two stars because the customer service is so poor, it almost completely overshadows the products. We recently traveled to Chicago, and while there, we bought a lot of products. I spent about $250 and my daughter spent a couple of hundred, too. Morphe is not located where we live. We both bought the spray mattifier. When we returned home, I used mine one time, then the bottle clogged. I contacted CS and told them the issue. I didn't keep my receipt because I never expected to have to return something especially since I don't live near a brick and mortar, and they said they could not help me with no proof of purchase. That right there is shabby…to not stand by their product. I was forced to have to order another. Admittedly, I was going to send the clogged one back with that order number. Didn't matter because the second bottle clogged after spraying only half of my face. I contacted Morphe again, and they said they could replace it with something else. I selected three items that totaled one spray. They said they couldn't fulfill that because they could only send one item, so I requested my money. If I'm exchanging dollar for dollar, why does it matter how many items I want. Every time they respond, it's with very condescending blanket form notes, and they clearly don't care. Why should it matter if I have a receipt, especially when I'm not trying to get money. I obviously want product in packaging that is functional and not defective. My daughter also bought a mattifier, and now she's afraid to use it. That's a crying shame! The Dollar Tree offers far better customer service than Morphe. There is no desire nor urgency to provide quality customer service. None! I mean literally none!

I'm in australia and never had a problem with morphe till now...
So i buy a package worth 32 dollars, one lipstick was packed and sent off, a few days later i have a refund email refunding everything i wanted.
A day later i look back on the website and all of my stuff is available ( so im kinda pissed like why didn't u just wait)
So i buy that package again. One eyeliner was sent off i send a email saying u better not be refunding me AGAIN for stuff i already bought, u gave me a discount for ur mistake and now it's ur mistake AGAIN! It's not my problem u can't label it as out of stock, why do others get it sent to them?!?! I want what i paid for not a refund i dont care if it takes a month!
So today i get a email still no reply to my email just a all items have been packed, other will be shipped off in the next delivery, with a refund attached of $7 dollars that also has a pic of the eyeliner i apparently got sent... and everything i orered... So what did u send me? And i spent $32 dollars not $7! So why only a $7 dollar refund with STILL NOT ITEMS, i also said if u do this again im NEVER using ur company ever again and look still no sorry... Still not contact... Still money owed. And no makeup which is ur daum job sis. FIX UR DAUM WEBSITE. I'm so disgusted in this customer service.
You owe me money or you send me my daum belongings! We do not get to buy on sale and u get refund whatever u like.
Good to know about the 2.2 rating guys! Wow

They lost my order. After a month sent me a replacement. Took them a week to ship it. Then started getting emails with "item refunded". In the end got 1 item out of 3….
Called customer service again to ask wth and they couldn't help me…said them will send an email. I have been sending them emails since 2 weeks after my first order and no one got back to me. Terrible. Will not shop with them again.

Why do Morphe insist on having glass doors from ceiling to floor? The light grey markings on the glass are very faint to see. Not everyone has good vision. Where is your duty of care? I walked straight into your store's glass window and hurt myself. The assistant manager said, sorry, it happens all the time!
If you want customers to see right inside the shop then there's no need to use glass anyway. Just have an open door way and use a shutter at the end of day like HMV stores! Put your customers first please!

They take your money and give you a fake tracking number and you never get your product. I have emailed them repeatedly and all I get is the same automated response stating it got lost in the mail

Have ordered several of a product and simply wanted to order more. The site just keeps sending me in circles and can't even find eye shadow single refills. Sent a message thru live chat a couple days ago... then another... then another... absolutely NO ANSWER whatsoever. Their chat states that an email will be sent when they're available... would that be this year sometime? Extremely dissatisfied. Teri Drake

Guys please dont waste your time to buy online from Morphe store, they claim to deliver within 2 to 4 days but they never. I placed my order on sunday and thought to have it by thursday but i did not then called them and they said that i will receive it on saturday... when I asked why do you claim on your website to receive it with 2 - 4 days then they said it takes 2 to 3 days to process... and i asked why did you not mention processing time on your website,,, she did not have any answer... this is my first time i am buying this brand and i am expecting that their brand will be as bad as their customer service is. And i am going to cancel my order and aim to buy from other stores but definately not from Morphe... if Morphe think I am lieing then my Order Number is UK*******.

Post my order please
December 12, 2021

I ordered back in November and it said it would be 5 days until I had my items, some of which are intended to be Christmas presents... it's been weeks and nothing has been shipped and they keep sending me the same email saying my stuff will be shipped by the end of the week and then the week goes by and I enquire again and they do the exact same thing again. This was the first time ever treating myself to expensive make up and Im so sad.

When I ordered my 35A palette from Morphe, it took much longer than the shipping date they originally proposed to me. More than a week late. Buy these palettes in-store if you want them in a rush, their shipping is NOT reliable. The product itself however is undoubtedly great quality and almost worth the wait!

MakeupbyAriel brushes falling apart after washing brushes only 1 time. I emailed them over 10 times in 2 weeks and they finally answered to 1 email and said they can't help me because its been past 30 days of the delivery. When I emailed them within the 30 days they won't reply to me! Their website says within 60 days to contact them so I don't understand why they are saying they can't help me. I kept emailing and contacting them for 3 weeks now on facebook and instagram and they would leave me on read. Their customer service is $#*!. This company is being extremely shady. I've supported them for so many years and have never had an issue with their products. The one time I have an issue they are choosing to ignore me! I will no longer be supporting them and telling everyone to not support them as well.

Worst customer service

I purchased some stuff from morphe canada and they got reaction on my skin from their product. I contact customer service and told them everything and instead of helping me they are asking me to return the product with my own cost wow. This brand is worst brand. Do not fall for them they are big scam. I took pictures and everything as well. And on their website they are saying that satisfaction guarantee like really. You guys don't care at all for your clients. Please please please be aware of this scam brand.

Love their palettes, that's for sure but christ do not order directly from them.

I ordered three palettes over two weeks ago, and so far the order is still sitting on 'confirmed' stage. No shipping information, no updates on delays, etc.

Have emailed them three! Times and so far all I have received was someone asking for my order number, then followed by an automated email that someone would be in touch. That was a week ago. I emailed twice after waiting five days but still nothing!

I understand that with COVID things are hard and I don't mind waiting extra for the shipping but the fact that I haven't had ANY information as to when I should expect my items to come is a bit worrying.

So in summary; their products are great - I have a few already. But save yourself the pain and order through another supplier such as Mecca or Beautybay.

Worst experience, wouldn't bother ordering from them

Worst experience! Ordered almost a month ago and they haven't shipped yet. Was promised they would be shipped weeks ago by customer service but nothing. Have asked for my money back multiple times and there has been no reply.

Disappointing that there is no communication from them and their website doesn't let you know of the delay. Most annoying thing is that they are still having crazy sales and posting on social media like nothing has happened. Influencers are still getting their promo packages, what do normal people who spend money have to do to get their money back?
