After spending £124.95 on the moonstone beaded necklace, it broke after 2 months of wear. It only came with one month warranty, after asking for an exchange they offered 50% off another purchase…which is Ludacris why would I want to spend anymore money on that website. DO NOT BUY. They only offer one month warranty on items they know won't last much longer than that. That should have been a red flag from the beginning. Unfortunately have lost some very valuable customers and a disappointing experience
My husband and I chose this moonstone ring to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary, and it couldn't have been more perfect. The stone has a beautiful blue hue that shimmers in the light. It's elegant, timeless, magical and my fav piece of jewelry.
Oh, this is a "Wow". Ladies, you'll fall in love with the Manon set they have. So happy because not only are they gorgeous, they fit my wife perfectly! Thank you Moon Magic, I'm going to buy a ring to match them soon.
It took the company almost a month to simply mail my order and every time I contact their customer support they send a robotic response that doesn't address the issue. I'd find another sustainable jewelry company!

Ordered my gf one of the ritzy moonstone rings and it arrived just today and me excited to look at it was disappointed to see that the actual gem had 0 colour to it at all. The advertised photos all showed at least some colour to then but this is just an opaque stone. If the stone was fine then the ring would look great in my opinion but sadly it does not. Will be trying for a refund

I was so gutted, I've wanted a ring from here for ages as they're stunning. My boyfriend got me one for my birthday in end July 2022, after under 2 months of wearing it, which I didn't do every day only on special occasions due to my job, it broke, the stone fell out.
He emailed the customer support and they told him as it's over a month old it's not under warranty anymore so they can't do anything - which is a joke seeing as he paid around £70 for a ring that broke in less than 2 months!
They offered us 10% off a new ring - why would I want to waste my money on something else that will break?
It's sad as I'd chosen my engagement ring from here but will no longer be ordering it due to the risk of it breaking.

My fiance bought me a set for our wedding on Sept. 27 and it was received Oct. 1. At first glance the ring was beautiful but the band was flimsy and a month later the stone somehow comes out of the setting and theres what looks to be GLUE that was keeping it stuck to the setting itself. Contacted customer service and the only option they gave me was to purchase ANOTHER set or a different one for 50%off. No return, no refund, nothing they just want your money so they make the ring last a month with glue that way you cant be refunded after 30 days. He spent a lot of money on my set. Its wasted money, please save yourself the headache of being scammed and buy somewhere else... I dont have a ring for my wedding anymore and this is more than upsetting.

My bff gave me this ring for my birthday. Within the first week of wearing it TWO of the stones fell out! When she told the company they told her that because 30 days had passed they would make her the "special offer" of allowing her to buy me a replacement ring for 50% off! What kind of terrible service is that? I am shocked at the poor quality AND that they don't stand behind their products. Do not waste your money. They delete all the negative reviews on Instagram and will block you if you complain. This is not an upstanding business.
I ordered a silver piece covered with rose gold and waited for a week before reaching out to customer service. Lady named Marlene said that they were swamped with orders but I'll get my tracking number tonight. It didn't happen that day. I got no update from the company, no apology, no heads up about the delay for over a week but Marlene kept telling me to be patient. After a while I asked to be refunded and she emailed me back convincing to keep my order and just wait some more for the shipping information. I declined.
Would not recommend to anybody. Seems like a scam.

My poor fiancé got duped by this company. He bought me a replacement ring for a very special ring he has purchased our first year of dating. He assumed as the rings cost hundreds of dollars they were good quality. After a month and a half the ring band broke in half. I contacted the company for a refund to be told they only have a month warranty! But no worries, they'd like to resolve the situation by offering a replacement of the same price 50% off. What kind of logic is that? We're out a ring and you try to resolve it by making another sale? Wish he had reviewed this company beforehand and saw all these horrible reviews.

Ordered some opal (moonstone)earrings. Took months to arrive, and when it finally did, it looks NOTHING like pictures. One earring is significantly bigger than the other too. Emailed a few times to try to return and get a refund, but no response. Total waste of ALOT of money! Would give less than one star if I could!
My husband purchased the Harlow ring for my birthday in December. Purchased a jacket for my wedding ring and the engagement ring now looks absolutely terrible. Yellow cloudy stones. Embarrassing when people ask to see my rings as I've only just got married. I always take super good care and never wear my rings for cleaning, showering or anything like that.
Messaged to store and they basically said I have don't something to it and you can't wear the ring for even brushing your hair as it can make the stones turn.
Offered me 20% discount for 24 hours only. I wouldn't purchase another dud ring!
Left with a yellow looking engagement ring... know jt won't be long until the jacket goes the same way and the silver is all rubbing off the bottom of the rings too!

I'm shocked to learn that they delete complaints and honest feedback from customers on Instagram comments. One minute you see a complaint, the next moment it's untraceable. I bought an opal ring. It chipped in the first week and fell out in the second week. They want you to buy and say that the exchange of incorrect sizes are convenient and easy. It's extremely untrue. One of my rings didn't fit. I emailed them to find out where to send the ring to, and they don't respond. I also noticed that someone else had the same issue, but her comment got deleted. Untrustworthy service and product.

It's been 3 weeks since I ordered a necklace. Tracking doesn't give me any updates for 10 days! I contacted customer service ( you can do it by email only) no phone number. They are not helping at all telling me to contact USPS. However, it is only a sender who can investigate where the package is. There is no sender' address, I cant do anything and Moon Magic does not want to help. Technically, I was charged and never received anything. I am going to contact my bank and BBB.

My partner bought a necklace from Moon Magic for my 30th birthday but the stone fell out after wearing it once. My partner contacted the company but they are refusing to do anything about it. Such a waste of money. They also delete any negative comments/feedback on their website and Facebook. Why do that unless you are untrustworthy? Avoid at all costs.

I ordered a pair of earrings early December. Still not received them. E-mailed customer service and got a computer generated response saying they would get back to me in 3 days. That didn't happen. Have tried emailing them on numerous occasions. Nothing. My advise is DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
I bought my first necklace and not only did it arrive late but it arrived with the chain of the necklace tarnished. It's brownish in a few spots from the jewelry box that it came in. It made me wonder how long it was sitting in that box for for it to get tarnished like that. Never have I ever received a tarnished necklace before when it's suppose to be brand new. I contacted customer service and I'm still waiting on a reply.

This company is a big scam. I love a stone after wearing the ring less than 5 times.
I contacted the customer service who refused to do anything except to offer me to buy the ring again - is that a joke?!
They deleted all my negative reviews + blocked me so I cannot leave my feedback anymore.

Jewelry looked way different than pictured on the website. Customer service was very slow and bare minimum to not be called bad. Didn't reply to email, but sent a screenshot of an alleged reply they gave (but never sent). Had to pay to return their crappy product.

Answer: Yes, the main stone in my ring fell out after four months and the company is refusing to refund me. It's only four months old. They say it's only got a one month warranty! A month?! They only have a month warranty because they expect them to break and don't want to give you your money back. Disgusting.
