I ordered a ring from moon magic, absolutely beautiful it was to big unfortunately. Mailed them about the return/replacement options, got a really quick response. Send out the wrong ring a few days and the new one is already on it's way. Excellent service! Cant wait to receive the right one.
For some reason it's super hard to find gemstone jewelry that isn't outdated and moon magic is exactly what I've been looking for! The designs are stunning and the customer service is above and beyond. The quality is also 10/10, if you follow their care tips the jewelry stays sparkling even with everyday wear.

My daughter received a ring as a gift and in less than 24 hours the band turned completely black. This ring cost $75 and her boyfriend purchased as a promise ring. I emailed customer service twice with no response.

Ordered my girlfriend this ring for Valentine's Day. Unfortunately it broke after her wearing it for less than a month. Because of their one month warranty policy, by the time I had ordered it, gotten it delivered and it broke, it had been over a month by just three days. When we reached out to customer service, we were hopeful they would replace their faulty product. They continued to tell us that our warranty was up and if we wanted a new ring, we would have to pay 50% of the new ring. We proceeded to explain how we were hesitant to spend more money on a product that just broke and is unreliable. They continued saying there was nothing more they could do and being very persistent about us buying another ring at 50% for compensation. If I were a business owner, that is not how I would treat my customers. I am very disappointed in the product and the customer service experience we had and we both will not be recommending this company to anyone.
The stones are really just white cloudy low quality stones that have NO blue hue, or any color in them. DONT order from them. Unless you want to have to pay shipping fees to return because you won't be happy. They are trying their hardest to get me to keep it saying it isn't defective. It isn't what I ordered that's sure

When I received this ring I was delighted! I thought it was a beautiful ring, but as always I leave reviews until a while after I've purchased things so I can see how they hold out. After a month or so the stone in the middle became loose, so I emailed and they informed my my ONE month warranty had ran out! One month on a £70 ring? Seems sus to me. They offered 50% off another product which I declined as I didn't want another ring that would fall apart in under 6 months. I hoped the ring would hold out, but yesterday (four months after purchasing) the stone fell out completely! I am completely shocked. Would not recommend anyone buy a product from this company. I then went to leave a review to warn other potential customers about my issue and they have banned me from leaving a review! I couldnt believe it. Please don't waste your money :(

I've purchase several items from moon magic. My first purchase was a set of 3 rings, only 2 arrived. I made the company aware and they sent a replacement so all was well. Fast forward, I sent my mom a necklace from the company for my birthday gift. She purchased it and the necklace was missing the center stone, I contacted them for a replacement and they stated that since the item was purchased over 30 days ago they would not replace it and offered a 50% refund. Very disappointed as a return customer, considering I had issues with every order so far. Don't recommend

It's been 2 months since I received my ring and earrings from Moon magic which I never wore. I placed them in a safe location and to my surprise when I was cleaning I noticed that both the ring and pair of earrings are already tarnished. I have bought rings/earrings overseas for $2 that have lasted much longer than the jewelry I purchased at Moon magic. I specifically bought this set because I didn't want to deal with tarnishing issues and so far it's been the set of jewelry that has tarnished the fastest without ever being worn. After reading the rest of the reviews I find it really insulting that the company doesn't take ownership for the quality of their jewelry and does not offer a full refund knowing that their materials are of cheap value. At this point I'm just writing this review to warn everyone else to NOT purchase from this store.

Extremely low quality Jewellery and poor customer service. They charged me 200$ For a Ring set that they can't guarantee will last for more than a month. I reached out about the defective ring and they offered me 10% off my next purchase lol. This company is a joke. Thanks for selling me trash.

I ordered a ring for a birthday present on New Years Day and have still not received it. The tracking says it is still stuck in NJ. I received an email saying have 20% off for the delay but really I just want the ring I paid for.
I can't seem to speak to anybody at all. Every email I send via the contact us ends up with the same suit generated email ‘ your package is delayed track via this website'.
Where is my order? Somebody please talk to me!
The worst customer service
Everything was perfect from the time I hit the purchase button. I had a typo in my shipping address and Moon Magic quickly reached out and asked me to confirm. Along with that came great customer satisfaction. The product itself is awesome as well. High quality stones and rings! The shipping time was fast due to being in the same state as where the package was shipped from as well! All around I had a great experience purchasing from Moon Magic!

The ring looks very pretty also from all the photos. But when I received my jewellery, a bit disappointed on the gems, the cut from the edges appeared rough, not the same in the picture. But overall still nice on my finger. And it took a while to reach me, for some shipment issues, Jana the customer service was very helpful.

My husband waited to gift this to me on our anniversary. So our return date was up. However, I wore the ring from Nov 28-Dec 3 and a gem fell out. I emailed and the best they could offer was 25% off with free shipping. And to be honestly the ring was quite bulky and not like the photo. Very disappointed.

Much like Adam, paid for ring in the first week of December, a month later the package is still not here, can't be tracked, no customer service number, auto response to my email I sent them... This was supposed to be an anniversary gift.

Really NOT worth ordering from Europe unless you plan on paying possibly an extra ~50%.
My first time ordering from the US, no info in the checkout or anywhere else apart from the FAQ about extra tax and delivery cost which amounted to 45% on top of price. I missed that very important info, as probably many customers do.
Just over 2 months delivery time from the 2 weeks promised.
Sent by DHL arrived by UPS and "hassel free return" means that they will charge you 150$ (!) even though delivery costs 10$.
Customer service did not reply in time and caused a lot of stress. Nice, but slow when it comes to returns.

Kindly note that the option to pay duties and taxes was implemented in our online shop in February, in other words after you had placed an order with us. Until that time, all duties and taxes (if they apply) should have been paid upon arrival of the parcel in the country of destination, as mentioned in our FAQ section. The ring you ordered is a hand-made piece which is why the delivery took longer than for items that are in stock.

My ring broke under very normal use and they told me they can't help at all unless it was all gold. Please do not buy from them unless your willing to buy new stuff every few months or so because that's how long mine lasted.

I ordered a raw moonstone ring for my wife as the pictures were beautiful but hers looked like a piece of rock salt. Also they delete all the negative reviews they can. There are lots of unhappy customers but you won't know that because they're pretty good at hiding the negatives. I wouldn't have sold this to anyone.

Answer: Yes, the main stone in my ring fell out after four months and the company is refusing to refund me. It's only four months old. They say it's only got a one month warranty! A month?! They only have a month warranty because they expect them to break and don't want to give you your money back. Disgusting.
