I was very excited to order a ring from moon magic. A delta triangle, rose gold with a moonstone. When I initially received the ring, I thought it was pretty. That was 9 weeks ago. 9 weeks later, not only is the rose gold almost completely diminished, after a handful of times wearing, which tells me it's not real rose gold (my wedding rings are REAL rose gold) but it is also missing a stone.
I have been in correspondence and since it's past the 30 day refund, they offered me to buy something else within similar value for 50 percent off. WHY would I waste more money and do that? I highly suggest you search elsewhere for QUALITY jewelry and don't waste a cent on this company until they create pieces worthwhile.
When I originally purchased their ‘loveliness" opal ring, I thought they were beautiful and high quality. But come to realize, they are fake gemstones with a top/bottom coating to make them look like the gemstone they are. It's only been 2 1/2 months and the fake top coat of mine has already faded, revealing that the "opal" is just a piece of clear plastic or whatever material they used. Definitely not real gemstone. Absolutely DO NOT buy their products unless you're looking to pay $100+ for a piece of clear plastic with an opalescent top coating placed in a cheap sterling silver ring.

My ring from here didn't even last 3 months... The gems round the outside have fallen out and the company only guarantee your ring to last for 1 month... Be careful when buying ladies. The gems are beautiful but the rest of the jewellery is cheap and doesn't last!
They have also now deleted every negative comment I've left on both Facebook and Instagram and then blocked me... Says it all really.

Tried to cancel the order after less then 2 hours (1 h 30 m) from ordering it. They denied me because the order was already packed. What is even the point of offering to cancel a package if you cannot cancel it after less than two hours. This smells like SCAM! Do not buy from them! Search online and on Reddit for more proof!

I am very disappointed with the purchase. On the images the ring has blue and purple colors and reflections but in reality it is an opaque white stone without any color. Also, I do not recommend buying for Italy. Customs fees are half of the price paid per ring. My ring was discounted. However, on the commercial invoice that accompanied the package, the shop indicated the full price, so the taxes were unjustly calculated.

Despite them stating clearly on their site "Just send us an email within 60 days from the day you receive your parcel saying you'd like a refund. Then, we'll send you step-by-step instructions for returning your jewelry", when I emailed them they then claimed I had to return things in 30 days!

I got a the harlow ring back in November and the stone has fallen out due to poor craftsmanship on one of the prongs. Their website is VERY misleading. They promise a 2 year warranty but if u have any problems (which u will, look at reddit) they will tell you it's only a month and the best they can do is give u 50 off your next order?! Absolutely not going to give them anymore money just to be disappointed again. You can do better! The reviews are off on their website for a reason!

I waited weeks for my very large order and was so excited. Within a month, two piece of my jewelry were broken
After 3 months of gentle wear the moonstone in my flow ring fell out. Online the prongs hold the moonstone in on the top and bottom, but mine was held in on the sides which caused it to fall right out. I emailed the company because it says two year warranty, and that's not true. They said the warranty was already over. They offered 50% off which I would have used for a different ring, but when they sent an invoice it was more like 25% off. Just be careful and make sure gemstones are held in place right when you get jewelry from them.

Moonstone fell out after 4 months but they only have a months warranty. For the price 4 months is just not good enough. AVOID.
They have deleted my negative review on both their Facebook and Instagram rather than reply so I think this says a lot about this company's ethos.

I ordered 2 necklaces for $220 2 weeks ago today. After multiple days of asking when this was going to ship and being told they don't know, I decided to cancel the order. They offered me a discount to not cancel the order and I after I refused their discount and stated to move forward with the cancellation, they have not responded at all. It has been over 48 hours and 5 emails now without a response. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company if they don't respond back by tomorrow. Please do NOT order from this company. Extremely sketchy and unprofessional. I have read multiple other reviews stating similar issues. Don't be fooled! Purchase your jewelry from a reputable source that responds to their customers promptly!
UPDATE: Moon Magic did end up refunding my order so I increased the stars from 1 to 2.

Reading so many nice reviews and I decided to buy one for myself. It is really disappointing when I receive the ring after a month wait.

I know I'm probably foolish to think that I was getting what I paid for, and man was I. Don't be fooled by the beautiful blue glow of the moonstone in the pictures. I bought the ring for my wife because she loves your site and has talked about it multiple times, but I was thoroughly disappointed with what I received. The ring is almost all white, very very cloudy, and unless you look REALLY close and hold it in just the right angle and lighting, you really can't see any blue to the stone at all. I know the actual food you get at a restaurant never is as good as it looks in the picture, and this experience was no different. Would not buy from here for her again.

If you want to have a traditional shopping experience of buying from a professional then Moon Magic is the best you can get online. Products very good and quality excellent. Answer: Yes, the main stone in my ring fell out after four months and the company is refusing to refund me. It's only four months old. They say it's only got a one month warranty! A month?! They only have a month warranty because they expect them to break and don't want to give you your money back. Disgusting.
