Imagine preparing for your big day. I ordered a two piece set a month before the day i was to propose. -Note i am very blessed my lady would be more than satisfied with a ring from Clairs than a 2k ring piece. I was stoked on this company. So almost a month of emailing and tracking my package, the ring never made it on time…and i had to move the day to pop the question all though i had already prepared.
Week later the rings drops in, SWEET!
Had to pull a F-it moment and we left town for the big day.
I didnt have time to look at the damn thing until i was in the restroom at the hotel. Forst glance the ring was so thin but looked well shined. Put em in the ring box i also ordered and off we went when she got back.
Friends all around and family watching as i propose to her during a cheers i planned at our huge dinner party. She said yes. It was going so well she seemed very happy with her rings.
There we are sitting at the dinner table with everyone as shes showing her ring. I watched her smiling as she wipes her hands with a napkin and jumps when she notices a crystal gem fall right off… You don't understand the disappointment and sadness i saw on her and her cocky girlfriends smerks. Everyone by the end of the night asks me what company i got it from… MOON $#*!ING MAGIC YALL….

The solution - I had 3 options.
1 Return the damn thing. 2 They offered for me to buy any other ring, and then the difference.
3 send me a new one.
Ill take option 3…
So now that hopefully i get a "newer" or "fixed" ring, can i have it sent to our new adress and expedited please.?

They said they would be more than happy to help with all my issues and that they are sorry.
But we will need to charge you (4 dollars)
4 dollars! To ship it faster for my convenience!…
If that were my company, i would make it right and not think twice to ship it out and cover the 4 dollars for selling products that would just fall apart on the day you pop the big question…
My advice if you see their companys name.

-Weve moved on from that memory and another company has stepped in with much more support, quality and integrity. We are now happily married lol she gave the rings to my brothers daughters, they were stoked.

If I can give this company Zero stars I would. My bf finally proposed to me with my moon Magic wish ring set which was the Ritzy Ring & Circling Band & Sovereign Band worth $283 Candian on sale and $355 regular price at first i was over the moon happy. A Few days later the ring started to turn green between the settings and the moonstone and realized it was glue, reached out to customer service with the issue and they offered a replacement ring of the same value which then said they made a mistake, they can only offer the same ring since it was from a set it held no value on its own and if i wanted a different replacement ring of the same value I would have to pay the difference, doesn't make sense right? We didn't want to spend more money and opted to get the same ring replaced. Moon Magic also said they would cover all shipping cost but when the ring arrived I had to pay taxes and duties on it. Now upon receiving the replacement ring I could not believe what I had just gone through, the ring arrived in a box the ring it self was not in the ring box but in a little plastic bag it honestly looked like everything just got thrown in the box with no care! To top it off the replacement ritzy ring looked like a white quarts rock with little to no color compare to the first moonstone not only that but it was an intirely different ring, the band was much thicker and the stones on the side where larger along with the so called moonstone being so much bigger than the original defective one they sent, the replacement ring no longer fit with the stacking ring set Circling Band & Sovereign Band. I reached out to customer service again with my disappointment about the ring and the tax and duty charges, I asked if I can return the replacement ring and have it exchanged Heikki who was my customer service representative said there was nothing they can do for me anymore as they already sent me a replacement ring. I even asked if a manager can reach out to me and I was completely ignored. Also I have to Add that my original moonstone ring i continued to wear it even with the glue the moonstone has now come lose and about to fall out. This company also has to approve your reviews before it gets posted on their website moonmagic.com! No wonder there aren't any bad reviews on their site as they control it there is no real time reviews from ppl like me on their site but I found many other review sites that have their and disappointing experiences/reviews of this company, which I wish I had found before deciding this to be my engagement ring. Moon Magic completely ruined that Magic for me to be able to be proud and to wear and show off my engament ring, now we are on the hunt for a better quality company not this fake fraud. We definitely do not recommend this company! From 1st ring turning green and stone setting falling off to second ring being worst off in appearance than the first shame on you for changing so much for costume jewelry and false advertising Moon Magic or should I say Moon Hell!
