Imagine preparing for your big day. I ordered a two piece set a month before the day i was to propose. -Note i am very blessed my lady would be more than satisfied with a ring from Clairs than a 2k ring piece. I was stoked on this company. So almost a month of emailing and tracking my package, the ring never made it on time…and i had to move the day to pop the question all though i had already prepared.
Week later the rings drops in, SWEET!
Had to pull a F-it moment and we left town for the big day.
I didnt have time to look at the damn thing until i was in the restroom at the hotel. Forst glance the ring was so thin but looked well shined. Put em in the ring box i also ordered and off we went when she got back.
Friends all around and family watching as i propose to her during a cheers i planned at our huge dinner party. She said yes. It was going so well she seemed very happy with her rings.
There we are sitting at the dinner table with everyone as shes showing her ring. I watched her smiling as she wipes her hands with a napkin and jumps when she notices a crystal gem fall right off… You don't understand the disappointment and sadness i saw on her and her cocky girlfriends smerks. Everyone by the end of the night asks me what company i got it from… MOON $#*!ING MAGIC YALL….
The solution - I had 3 options.
1 Return the damn thing. 2 They offered for me to buy any other ring, and then the difference.
3 send me a new one.
Ill take option 3…
So now that hopefully i get a "newer" or "fixed" ring, can i have it sent to our new adress and expedited please.?
They said they would be more than happy to help with all my issues and that they are sorry.
But we will need to charge you (4 dollars)
4 dollars! To ship it faster for my convenience!…
If that were my company, i would make it right and not think twice to ship it out and cover the 4 dollars for selling products that would just fall apart on the day you pop the big question…

MOVE ON!
-Weve moved on from that memory and another company has stepped in with much more support, quality and integrity. We are now happily married lol she gave the rings to my brothers daughters, they were stoked.
Sometimes the darkest $#*!tiest moments can be your funniest brightest moment one day.
