I never received item, tho Modlily says it was delivered to my business address and left at the door. The problem is, this was a Tuesday afternoon, and our mail person ALWAYS brings the mail into the office right to my desk, as I sit right inside the glass door. I was charged insurance for this item, but Modlily will not refund me for an item I bought 2.5 months ago!

Order two swim suits based on the sizing info on the site. One was a cute swim dress & boy short combo that I thought would be perfect for hiking & rafting, and another was a more traditional tankini. Swim dress fit fine, although there were some quality issues with incomplete & unraveling seams. I see, so I thought it was no big deal & I'd fix those, sit it was cheap. The tankini, however, looked like it was a child size! I had to check twice to verify that I'd order led the same size for both suits. Forget about returns or exchanges either, since I was told I'd be responsible for return shipping. Back to China? It would cost more than the two suits cost in the first place! Very disappointed, since I was excited to see lots of cute pieces on the site, but I've been burned & won't be shopping on this site again.

Sizes are Asian sizes and are too small for American women. So order accordingly. They are usually too short for me at 5'5" and not big enough in the shoulders.

My wife ordered 3 swimsuits totaling $130.80. The credit card was rejected at first and the website popped a message suggesting to use paypal instead. That's when I walked in, and told her absolutely not. Then after sitting idle some time, she was prompted to re-enter the credit card and seemed to take it but never really came back with an order confirmation. THEN she read unfavorable reviews and tried to go back to the site and cancel less than 5 minutes after hitting the buy button. She got a major run around and no response or confirmation email. I looked at the 'pending' charge on the credit card and continued to monitor it. After 4 days it posted and I filed a dispute. Because they improperly billed the card as a recurring charge and I disputed it as a recurring charge that was canceled, the dispute was found in their favor as though I canceled a subscription of some sort after signing up. I called the card company after that (2 months later when getting the notice) and wanted to reopen the dispute as a merchandise not received dispute because after 2 months we never received anything from them. They could not for some reason dispute it again so the credit card company ate the charge only because it was an expensive annual fee platinum card. Why ever give your credit card info to a company like this? All they will do is rip you off. I just looked in my wife's email again for any confirmation email for this transaction and there are none, so I checked the spam folder and found tons of advertising messages from modlily that began coming a couple of days after this charge appeared. They were going to the SPAM folder on gmail as they should (Thanks for that Google!) but no message confirming a purchase.
Update, the merchant has posted comments on this thread 2 times asking for my order number to correct the issue, and I have replied 2 times reminding them that I never got an order number or any kind of receipt at all: only a recurring charge on my credit card so I provided them the reference number on my credit card statement and charge date and amount.

They will say you can return an item, but check their website. There is NO area to initiate a return! When you complain to Paypal that you can't return it, Modlily will answer with an offer of 1/3 what you paid to settle the case. If you decline, as I did, they will tell you to send it back to them at their address in Hong Kong. Guess how much it costs to send something back to Hong Kong... well I'll tell you... it was 60.00 for a two piece swimsuit. The fit is awful, the fabric is cheap and I am stuck with it since it was 24.01 and I can't see paying 60 dollars to get 24.01 refunded to me.

I needed a formal occasion gown and since they are SO pricey, I turned to the world of online "cheaper" attire and hoped for the best. I was nervous spending $100 online in a shop with mixed reviews, but I got the item when it was promised, it looked exactly as I thought it would, it was very reasonable quality for the price and it fit just right. Garment described as " mini dress" is not a dress at all unless you are 6 years old.
Fabric is cheap, actual colors are awful! Delivery was by courrier and had to pay $24.00 customs duty on a $24.00 top! Worst product I ever bought online! Never again!

Follow up to my review below. I have since returned my order with an RMA number they provided me to the address they provide to me and a tracking number I provided them, but the facility that they told me to mail it to is a storage unit and is not excepting my package from the United States Postal Service. This company is a complete joke. Do not ever order from these people. I'm sure my bank is having is have as hard time dealing with the situation as I am. Run run run run far away from Modlily!

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
