Do not order from Modlily. If I could give them zero stars I would. I ordered from their online site April 9 and I am still waiting for my order to arrive and it is May 18. You do not get a person in the live chat. It is automated responses. They do not care if you get your product or not. The tracking number is bogus! They sure charged my charge card immediately. BEWARE!
Do not do any business with this company. They are not what they appear to be. When they tell you that your item will ship within 5 days they set it in "Preshipping" for weeks on end so it generates a tracking number and because it has a tracking number they won't do anything for you.
They do not answer any questions or concerns and the number they list to call overseas does not work. There is NO way for you to get a refund, to file a complaint or at this point even receive your order.

I wish I would have read reviews before I ordered. It appears the order comes on a slow boat from China! Rediculous! It's been almost a month and my tracking doesn't even have it in the United States yet! They have their money! Now, what if it doesn't fit! I can already see there will be no return and refund. I ordered 2 cute swimsuits from ModLily. I did not check out the reviews beforehand, but after I noticed the shipment seemed stalled in China for 2 weeks, I was concerned. Then I read the reviews and panicked a little. I contacted customer service and received a response within 24 hours letting me know that the tracking would not change until the package entered the US. I received my package 2 days later, though - total of 3 weeks, which is pretty average for something coming from China. The swimsuits are as described, but a little small. As I was in between sizes really, I should have gone up a size I realize, but they will work. After reading all the negative reviews, my advice is to understand what you're ordering - it's cheap and it's coming from China. Going in with those expectations, you shouldn't have a problem.
Please take your money elsewhere. Clothes are cheaply made with material that I can't explain. Feels like slimy paper is the best I can describe. Their pictures are deceiving. Bought two dashikis and the material is the worst. I should have paid attention to the reviews but was sold on the pics. DON'T do it

It costs as much to return merchandise as what the item costs. You find this out later. Everything is at least two sizes too small. If you went thru PayPal and you hope to get your money back, don't open a dispute. Insist Modlily give you your money back. Send it back and pay the crazy postage to China, then, and only then, contact PayPal for return postage. The area you have to go to is well hidden on PayPal, but if you find it, send shipping information, and hopefully you get it back.
I was not so lucky. I opened a dispute. I paid for return postage thinking PP would give it back to me, Modlily coerced me into closing the dispute, now PP says I can't "re-open" a Claim! I'll be lucky to see a refund. Don't rate Modlily at the end of their claim site either. That automatically closes the claim you have against them! They sure know how to fleece the Americans! PayPal is no better.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
