Undersized clothing, far from their size charts, made extremely cheaply, think $1. They then demand returns to China at huge cost so you end up keeping. They in FACT tell you this when you ask to send clothes that do NOT meet size chart then offer you a discount to keep. They are selling GARBAGE.
USE PAYPAL if you even think of buying or a credit card and use Warranty of Merchantability if they send size S instead of L and just label it wrong. Sewing is awful,. Warranty of Merchantability FAILURE! I got a full refund from paypal not them. They were awful for weeks offering nothing but for me to mail back to China or accept a discount. A size 3 girl could not fit in their size 12 dress...
They 100% know how to make money selling garbage and try to convince you to keep. Items don't fit and look NOTHING like ads.

I placed an order for a swim suit back on 5/23/17. It was billed and paid for but I have not received any tracking info. The only info I see is that the shipment is pending almost 2 weeks later. I purchased a suit for our Jamaica vacation in plenty of time, or so I thought! They said I would have the suit within 17 days. It came after 30. I open the bag and the suit looks nothing like the picture. I ordered a 3x because I heard they run small. I wear a 1x. They are not kidding! My 17 year old daughter fits (she's a size 12!)into it somewhat but the craftsmanship is cheap and the fabric paper-thin. Now I have to go and find a swimsuit and pay more money. I contacted their support about not receiving the item and they told me to wait longer! I have a dispute filed with paypal but am not expecting much. You get what you pay for I guess. I also probably wouldn't have bought if I knew it was coming from China.

I purchased three bathing suits from them and they were all too big. I tried to return them and it was such a fiasco that I decided to try and sale them myself. I ordered a swimsuit from Modlily in spite of the poor reviews. Although there were numerous complaints about slow shipping, I was pleasantly surprised to receive my order less than a week later. The disappointment came with sizing. I carefully measured myself and ordered according to their sizing chart. The swimsuit is at least two sizes too small. One more negative-the swim shorts that are half this tankini appear on the model as reaching mid-thigh. Even if they had been the right size, they are not swimshorts at all but simply bathing suit bottoms. Lesson learned, I will pass it along to someone who can wear it.

I placed $100 for bathing suits for a holiday then did not find out until after I placed the order that I would not get them till after the trip. I had a very difficult conversation with them... one sentence a day because of the time delay then now as of their last response I can not log in and see their response, when I go to reset the password it says my e-mail is not found. I had to borrow a bathing suit for my trip! I tried on numerous oacassiobs to call the number and it just says caller is not available and if you leave a message no one calls you back. Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
