I ordered a top from this company, which took about five weeks to arrive. When it finally arrived, the quality was astoundingly poor and it ran about three or four sizes too small. The material was so thin and cheap it was like tissue paper. The company is uncommunicative. I have filed a claim with PayPal asking for a full refund, and they company replied with an offer to return 50% of my order (?). I refused and said I want 100% refund plus return postage and they have not replied through PayPal yet, and this is about five days later. I will never do business with this company again.
Although the styles and colors are different from the usual choices, the delivery time is ridiculous! Almost a month from order date.
Sizing fits the lower end of the sizing chart (i. E., size M fits 8-10). Im more a straight 10 so 2 of my 4 items were too small.
Overall, for price & selection I was pleased. Hopefully the 2 items I kept will launder well so they arent a once & done, but I am a little worried.
Are think they are great for the price you pay, you won't get them overnight, differnt that you don't find in shops i have not been disappinted yet
Horrible quality clothing, takes forever for your order to come, 2 out of 4 items sent were the wrong size, return policy is a nightmare. Wish I had done more research on this company before I waste my money.

Only thing wrong with it Im tall and the leg length was even too long for me had to take it up but rather it too long as too short but a lovely fit more than happy with it

I ordered a coat. The fabric was poor quality and puckered... threading was coming out of the sleeves and the button holes were too small for the buttons to fit, as another reviewer mentioned. If you try to make a return, they just try to offer to refund half of the cost and let you keep the item. I will never wear this and the item was defective, As my husband explained after his experience traveling to China for work... they willl still make money if you only order from them once and they keep half your money. These items cost very little to produce. They will just keep taking money from suckers until they have to change the name of the company and open a different store to bring in new suckers. Avoid them at all costs.

Despite the bad reviews, I've been tempted many times to order from one of the cheap online Chinese clothing companies because their styles are terrific. In a weak moment, I decided to give it a try and ordered a coat from Modlily, willing to wait the month or so that it takes to arrive from China. All I can say is, you get what you pay for. Unlike the softly draping material in the online photos, the coat material was a very cheap stiff fabric that stuck straight out. The buttons were different than in the picture, and three of the buttonholes were too small for the buttons to go through. There was a large gap between the two halves of the sweater collar, so it was impossible to button it without making the top of the coat bunch up. So the coat is not wearable, and it's not worth the hassle of trying to return it. I strongly recommend staying far away from this company. (Note that they only allow positive reviews on their website. I tried to post an honest review, with photos, but it never appeared.)

I ordered a cute Christmas the end of October. My credit card was charged Nov. 2nd. It finally arrived today Dec. 18th and is garbage. Super thin cheap material-poorly made. Its ugly. Very disappointed. I kept getting emails about putting in a ticket but was never able to do so. Would never order from them again.

I lucked out that a couple of my sweaters and one shirt fit me, out of five i purchased. But the other 2, the size on the package was XL as I had ordered, but the shirt inside was a medium. I got no response when I made a "ticket" to let them know. Zero response. They sent me the wrong shirt and now I am stuck with it. Same thing with another blouse - the XL in the sweaters fit me fine, but this shirt was XL and it was about three sizes too big. No use even contacting them. I get nothing when I do. DO NOT order from them!

It's not thin material and feels like it will hold up for several years. I am 5' 2" and 110 pounds and the small fits me perfectly. The black cover is a little looser than expected but it's not too loose. I wear an A cup and I think any bigger in cup size would be falling out of the bottom of the top. I would buy this again if I needed to.
I was looking for a comfy and nice garment, to chill at the beach or during the warm weather. The fabric is light, great to feel relaxed when wearing it. I also realized that I looked taller than my actual height, because of its length. I chose the color coffee, and I'm so happy with my purchase!

If I could give the company a zero I would... first of all the delivery took over a month and the quality of the shirt that was $35, was made cheap and in haste... if I had known I was ordering something from China I would thought otherwise.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
