Loved my shirt and I get so many compliments on it. I plan on purchasing more items from Modlily and telling my friends about this site.
I placed my order on January 4 and paid extra shipping so it would be here in 6 days. It's day #10 and it's hasn't even shipped yet. After reading all these reviews (that I should've read BEFORE I placed an order) I'm really worried now that I may not even get it. I even went into my account after 7 days and requested urgent shipping but no reply. And the bad part, I've spent over $150 for their clothes. Now I'm reading reviews they only offer 50% refunds. How can a company only offer a partial refund when you have a receipt? That seems so unfair... Worried customer...
I ordered 3 tops... One fit but was ripped, the other 2 were too small. I contacted them and they offered me a 50% refund to keep what didn't fit! After many messages back and forth (they dont have a phone number) RED FLAG!, they offered me 80% refund! They CLEARLY dont want to exchange! I finally gave up and am TRYING to get back some of my money! Filed a complaint against them thru PayPal I hope noone has to go thru what I did!

I think the products are fabulous & so does my wife. Every item I purchased was well made & the designs were out of this world. The colors were explosive & absolutely gorgeous. I will mare additional purchases!
I ordered on December 2,2017 and paid an extra 10.44 to make sure my order was here by Christmas. They charged my card December 4,2017 and I never received my order. Thank goodness I went through Paypal to purchase, they tried to contact them, and I also tried to contact them to no avail. Today my order arrived with no return address and everything in Chinese. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM this company they are a Fraud!

I love the variety of shirts/blouses that Modlily sells. They go great with leggings or jeans. They also have relatively quick shipping compare to the other sites I've purchased from. Try them, you'll like them!

I forgot the negative shipping reviews I had read earlier and mistakenly placed an order on December 24. Got an email that it was in the shipping dept on December 25 and expected to be delivered on the 28th. Small print says something much different;<<; read the small print people. Fake shipping! Terrible customer service in this day of free 2 day shipping. And fake tracking information. Or maybe not... my updated tracking info is the same as it was on December 25... still in shanghai China. What I ordered and what I received where very different. The materials are not the same as shown in the pictures and they look like they are homemade. Would not suggest ordering from this company.

I received a Quick response from the return department in reply to my comments. I Love the products, However I am having to return some items in exchange for larger sizes. I plan on ordering more products in the future. It seemed a little more difficult to return my

I love the purchases that Ive made. The quality of the clothing is great. It does however tend to run small so you might want to order one size larger. Launders well too.
They have original clothes, decent shipping time, have competitive prices, just be careful some things run a little small.
I ordered two tops 11/26 And I have not received them or had any communication from Modlily since I ordered them. My bank account shows the money for the tops has been taken out of my checking account. If I don't hear something soon, I will report this to both my bank and Facebook which is where I saw the add. Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
