I only buy my clothes on ModLily, it has all I want! Its clothes following the fashion trends, good price with wonderful quality! I do go with fantastic experience with them. And once I cancelled my orders, it speedily refunds to my store account!

This awful place refused to refund my money ($77.00+ my postage). After I returned merchandise... HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE place!

I ordered from Modlily without researching. Boy, was that a mistake. Ordered a top that was probably 2 sizes larger than what I ordered. I then began the process of trying to get a refund. Of course the rep offered 50% without sending back the merchandise. I declined. Then rep offered 80% without returning the merchandise. I accepted that as a reasonable option. Rep. Stated the amount which would be refunded and I requested a timeframe in which I would see it back on my Paypal account. Haven't heard back since. I cannot log into my account even after server password changes. I am now on hold with Paypal to start a claims/ dispute. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with and again will never purchase from them again. I see that Modlily sends an auto reply to all of these complaints and requests the order number. Here it is but I seriously do not expect any results!

All buyers beware... additionally the dye of the shirt literally has turned my fingers blue from just handling it.
I received my shipment today (finally after 5 weeks) and I would not be caught dead wearing these shapeless, flimsy, poorly manufactured rags. They are, without a doubt, the absolute WORST garments I've ever seen in my many years of retail experience. Absolutely pathetic. Crooked hems and seams, loose pockets, stray threads, broken and missing stitches, cheap fabric so thin you can see through it. I bought 5 items, and I'd be embarrassed to be seen in any one of them. The shipping back to China nearly equals my investment. This crap isn't even good enough to donate to charity. Based on my experience, any positive reviews of this company could not have been generated by actual customers.

I ordered on 10/20 and after asking several times for an update received an email that it was finally on itt's way. Today I went to track it and it finally arrived in the U.S. today... I have asked for a refund because they told me I should have had it by 11/27... No response on that request. Who knows if or when the item will arrive. VERY BAD customer service and communication!

Amazing clothes at amazing prices! They have great customer service if you have any issues and are willing to help at any cost to get your order correct. I would recommend them to anyone!
Make sure you order the correct size because you will not get your full refund back. They will give you half of your money back plus tell you to keep the item that you cant fit. I will never order from this company again because they are a rip off.

Quality is fair at best. No communication. Paid extra for shipping. Took a month to get here from China. No manufacturing tags in garments. You cannot return. Will not be buying from them again.

So I ordered a Jean jacket back in late October, hoping to wear it this fall... after waiting over a month to receive it (it shipped from China and now it's winter... too late for Jean jackets!) I finally get the jacket. And guess what... It reeks of moth balls (napthalate for you chemists or biochemists out there. A smelly and toxic substance!). I'm just not even sure how this company survives on their failed business model: great advertising, long waits, and sub standard clothing from the far reaches of the world. NO THANKS!

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
