Hello I ordered a swimsuit the first week in May for a Memorial day weekend vacation, it still has not arrived, I dont really even want it now I would rather just get a refund.
Seriously it takes 2-3 weeks for them to even get to possibly shipping and then another week or two to get to the DHL shipper which doesn't even deliver because they pay the post office to deliver... I ordered this on 5/7/18... as of yesterday still package hadn't even reached DHL... bthen just how much longer to get here... am I going to get my summer swimsuit before winter sets in?
I love the clothing ModLily has to offer. Everything I have purchased has fit very well and is of great quality. The prices are very reasonable and the sizes are true to the sizing guide. I have not had to return anything, so I am very pleased with the items I have received so far. I am petite in size and it's hard for me to find clothing that is made this well. I will be purchasing from ModLiliy again. (Smiley Face emoji!)
Won't be purchasing anything from this company again. Took way too long to receive the order. I ordered on 5/8/18 and received on 5/25/18. The Swimdress was way too big.
I needed to return for a refund. I should have read the return policy. Customers have to pay for return shipping.
ModLily gave me an offer of refunding me 50% of my purchase price and to keep the swimdress, and do whatever with it, but don't return it. Lesson learned the hard way. From now on, I will stick with Amazon no matter what.
Bought a beautiful swim dress that I just love. It fit me perfectly and I can't wait to wear it this summer! Shipping did take a while, but I already knew so I was prepared.
The items I ordered was better than I thought as far as the material used. One dress that I bought for my mom was really nice and it fir her will. One of my item was not what I was expecting. I thought it was a jumpsuit instead it was a short dress and the skirt over it was way to long and the dress was to big, but overall the material was nice. The other its ordered was really nice, and of course you have to go up at least 1 size.

Quick service. Top looked just like picture and was made of good fabric. The assortment of options on line were plentiful.
I received 2 dresses in my first order that fit great! The fabric wasn't as expected but nonetheless the dresses fit and look great on. And I think they are true to size. I wear L and some XL depending on the material and cut so I ordered XLs to be safe and they fit well even with a little extra room they're not too big.
Had a wonderful and easy experience. The process was fast. Is finally verified. Maybe I was lucky, the customer service was phenomenal! I'm so excited!

Sleeves were different from pics and was way longer. It took FOREVER to come! I threw it away and I wish they would stop emailing me. When I click the unsubscribe button it doesnt work. I would not shop here again nor will I recommend them
I've ordered a few nice things, but recently I ordered a shirt that really didn't look good on me. I wanted to return it, and they haggled with me saying I could keep it and get 50% back. Why would I want to keep it? And why would it be a hassle to return clothing ordered online? I had to haggle until they got to an 80% refund and I still have to keep the shirt. This is no way to run an online business. I won't be ordering from them again.
It took so long to ship, I forgot what I had ordered. The blouse is very pretty, but it's too hot to wear it now.
I love the top I just ordered-beautiful! The color and print are lovely. It's bound to be one of my favorites this Summer. Have a class reunion soon, and plan on wearing it then.

They tried to get me to keep a wrong item and argued about returning it and did not pay return cost. They are not reputable. Never again.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
