I cancelled an order several hours after I placed it because I became worried about the sizing. It has been 5 months and still no refund. After many messages back and forth they told me to check with Paypal. I didn't use Paypal. They told me they sent it to a bank, but couldn't tell me to whom they sent it. My bank never got it. They will no longer answer my messages. Never, ever deal with this company!

I ordered a top from your company and received it yesterday. It is too small and I need to return it. Need instructions.

I ordered on April 5th and received on May 5th. It came from China and the material smells. Also it does not fit but I am not sending back as I feel this company is not reliable. This is just a lesson learned. Be careful who you order from.

I submitted an order with Modlily. One of the items was out of stock but they already charged my account. Now it looks like I either have to accept a credit with Modlily or pay to get a refund. Wow! Never again will I order something from them, even it I have a credit.

I ordered a few shirts and sweaters... they took forever to get here and when they came it was cheap, thin, poorly made, and looked nothing like the pictures. I tried to return everything immediately but even that process was a nightmare. Such a waste of money.

I purchased a dress that on the website looked beautiful and quality made. It was extremely deceiving! Beyond the fact that it took 6 weeks to receive, the material was like bathing suit material and the white lace was actually painted on. Very cheap looking and poor quality. I ordered the pretty grey polkadot shirt from the internet. What a cheap looking shirt. Doesnt look anything like picture. Very Very cheap material and no tags on how to care for it. Long sleeves are too short. Material in picture is entirely different than what I received. Mine is cheap cotton and I wonder what happens when I wash it.

I ordered the top for a wedding, had to give it to my small daughter in law she loved it, I did too but alas it doesn't fit.

Clothes constable with fit I have wardrobe full now my daughters and sisters have begun to order they are so impressed they joke what a trend setter I am ha ha

I ordered a slashed sleeved shirt as my first purchase from the site and it was a perfect fit and I got several compliments when I wore it with my navy leggings. It went through the laundry fine and still looks brand new... I have no complaints with my purchase!

Although it has been difficult to get the right sizes for sum, I use their direction for measure and consider the reviews and material content.
