Purchased item for wife. It did not fit and she didn't like it. Modlily won't accept a return or exchange. They offered to "let me keep it" and they'd refund 50% of my money. Why would we keep it if it doesn't fit AND my wife doesn't like it, I asked? Wished I had read other reviews earlier. They are based in China and won't accept returns. Buyer beware.
I've order several items from Modlily and have been satisfied with every item I've gotten. Service is good on delivery very fast. If I've had question, I can always email or call. I'd recommend them very highly!
I ordered 3 tops & 1 jumpsuit ($194Cdn total). One top was sent to me in duplicate and I was refunded for less than full cost. After much back-and-forth about the other tops and jumpsuit, I was given "it's being shipped in 3-5 days) every time. This morning, I received a refund of $47Cdn with no explanation of what it's for and will I still receive any of my order. I'm still out of pocket over $100. Their answers to me when I inquired were often broken English and repetitive. Won't recommend them to anyone.

I was really disappointed with my Modlily purchase. I ordered 2 women's tops. As others have said, the order took over a month to get here. The quality of the workmanship was the worst I'd ever seen. The cloth was cheap polyester, the seams uneven and looked like they'd be sewn by hand. Unwearable. They spend all their money on advertising. The production quality from China was extremely poor.
As a client, I have experienced only courtesy and fairness in my dealings with ModLily. I am also happy with the quality of the garments I have ordered---the fabric and the workmanship. ModLily's courtesy was also evident in a recent return and exchange.

I have been trying to return two bathing suits I got a couple of weeks ago, way to small. I have been trying to get and rma and a return address but no one has gotten back to me at all~~ a little annoying! I hope someone can follow up on this and resolve it, I am also looking for full credit! Mrs diane brown
I still havent received my tops I ordered I will never order from you again! It has been almost a month. I just received my jewelry this week if I would have known it was going to take this long I would have never ordered from you, I needed one of those tops for a special event but to late now. Terrible! I never was notified at time of order that product was coming from China and that it would take 30 days! Gross!
I placed an order February 26,2018 and now its March 20,2018 and I still have not received my order. I was told processing takes 4-10 days and shipment 7-10 days. I leave for vacation Friday March 23,2018 and I dont have a swimsuit to take.

I ordered 2 bathing suits feb 10 and still have not received them (march 15). I have emailed the company three times and they keep asking me to "wait more days." i finally requested a refund and they said they couldn't refund my money since the product already shipped. I DO NOT HAVE THE PRODUCT, but my account has already been debited. Total rip-off. Terrible customer service. Buyer beware!
Last month I was so excited when I saw the cutest top online. So I hurried up and ordered it before it was out of stock. Sorry to say that I had forgotten all of the bad reviews that I had seen on FB regarding your company. I see so many friends commenting that they love your clothes but have had problems receiving/returning their purchase. Which brings me to my problem... I placed an order on Feb 16 and Im still waiting for my order. Very discouraged!
The clothes are good quality and ship fast. I have made several purchases and am very happy with all of them. Am looking forward to shopping with them more in the future.

The last top I ordered i love the style and the fabric but it does not fit. All the other tops I have ordered were true to size this one is 2 sizes too small. I realize they are made in China but they should be cut more to American's size chart. The ordered said red with grey inner shirt but it is orange with grey inner shirt. The color is very pretty even if not stated correctly that I do not mind but I can't wear it that is very disappointing.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
