I ordered 3 shirts and so far have only received 2 of them. I have not received an update on my remaining order and I can no longer track the delivery progress. I am very disappointed with this companys customer service and very concerned about getting a refund for the missing item.
I ordered 3 tops. They were cute but not th right fit or look for me. I emailed Midlily the day I got them. It says they will respond in 1 business day. It has been 6 days with no response. I only use 30 days to send it back. Suspicious after reading these reviews that Im out of luck.
I placed an order with you months ago--I have NOT received 2 of my tops that I have already paid for! I have continually emailed you and never got a response! If I do not get mt tops soon--I will go on Facebook and tell all of my 1000 friends to never order from you and I will turn you into the BBB! I want my damn tops that I ordered from you months ago!
I have made 3 purchases so far, I love every top I have gotten, the quality and workmanship is the best ever. The colors are vibrant, and look exactly like the picture, the shipping is a long time, but well worth the wait, I recommend Modlily for the the prettiest and best quality tops around.

Ive bought some really pretty blouses & swimsuits. I have gotten a few items that were not how they looked in the picture but Modilly offered me great return solutions. Some things do take a long time to receive.
This was my first time shopping here and everything I ordered was of good quality. I did order a larger size than I normally wear because their measurements seem smaller than U.S. sizes. But, that's okay. The clothes and their fabric colors are cute and as pictured. I will order again. Yes... it did take a little longer than I had hoped to receive my order, but it still arrived within a reasonable time... only about 4 or 5 days later than expected.
I really like the the clothes I've ordered. The tops run a bit small. I usually wear an XL. Best to order a size up for comfort. I love the styles they have. I love tunics with jeans or leggings. I'm almost 68 (feel like I'm 28 lol)

I ordered some shirts and sweaters last January 25,2018, Until now the goods is undelivered. I had it rushed for delivery within 5-7days but after my payment, there was no communications at all. The paypal receipt indicated that there is no shipping advise from merchant
I sent an inquiry on the status of my order but it says the merchant is on holiday so could not give me answer. I told them that I wish to cancel and return my payment but it was just ignored. I started a new job in a professional setting and I have upgraded my wardrobe with ModLily. The clothes are made well and there is detailing that make them amazing. Best of all is they are comfortable.
Super happy with this site. Wish garments were shipped faster but the styles are so unique; materials great and true to sizes. So glad I found this site!
I sent back item that wasnt as described. Never received refund after multiple attempts. Beware of this company! Theyll try to reel you in with pics that are NOT accurate. Dont waste your time or money with this company.

Clothes too small. No sufficient contact information at website. In order to exchange or refund you have to submit a request a "ticket" number which they will send you an email if they approve your request. Then they will tell you how to return the item. Additionally, I ordered some jewelry which I am yet to receive. I liked the look of their clothes, but their website is a mess and I am afraid I will be stuck with two items I can't wear. Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
