Its been over a month and i still have not received my order. Try and get a real response is impossible. They just don't care. Never buy again.
It took 19 days to get here. It's not great. Cute but the material is weird. The group has no phone. The Modliyl.com has a terrible customer service. If you wanted to rerun anything it would be a nightmare.

It took 6 weeks for my order to arrive. Kept writing back and forth with customer service. Their policy is to refund 50% of cost if shipment does not arrive by promised date. They got around that by changing the promised delivery date 3 times. Finally got my items but no 50% refund. Will stick to ordering from reputable USA companies from now on.
Shipping was a very reasonable amount of time, about 3 weeks from date of purchase. I loved my purchase, bathing swim dress, I will certainly buy from here again.

I placed 2 separate orders from this company and both had the same results. Incredibly slow shipping and service. The orders hadn't shipped until almost 3 weeks after I'd placed them. Then shipping took another 3 weeks. If you can afford to wait 2 months for a top or a pair of shorts, this is the place for you. Chances are the seasons will have changed by the time you receive what you purchased. All their responses are automated and truly terrible service. Save your money and shop where you can actually receive your items before the calendar changes several times. Awful
When I first saw this dress I knew I had to get it. Seeing it online vs in person was exactly the same. We've all had the experience of buying online then getting it and it looks nothing like well this was not the case. My dress is beautiful and I will be wording again

You never know when you order online what the size and quality will be or your items. I was very impressed with both! Loved the fit and I think they look better than they do in the pictures!

Do not buy from this company! You wait over a month to get your order and receive cheap quality unfinished clothes, sizes are misrepresented. A large is meant for a child. Everything about their contact information is not true. Tracking your package is a nightmare.

Disappointed! I ordered 4 times & was satisfied. But my last ordered, the color was not the true color in & the fabric feels cheap like plastic!
It took over 6 Weeks to receive the 2 shirts I ordered. They were not the color shown on the website. They were made out of cheap fabric, and they look like they were sewn by a 7th grade Home Ec student (sorry students, I know you would not do this shoddy work). They came in a plastic bag without an invoice, and no way to return them. Both shirts have the same size label on them, but one is much bigger than the other. Never, never, never would I order from this company again. What a ripoff!

I ordered a swimsuit the first day in May for a Memorial day weekend vacation, it still has not arrived, It is June 2nd!
I ordered 3 swimsuits on May 9. Only 2 of the swimsuits arrived on May 30. I have been trying to contact Modlily for days to ask them where the third swimsuit is. After trying more than 10 times to log into their "inquiries" / "complaints" webpage, I finally gave up and asked them to send me an email for "changing password." They have NEVER sent any "change password" email nor any explanation as to why I am unable to log in. Finally, I managed to find a webpage that supposedly sends them a direct "chat" message telling them I'm missing a swimsuit in my order, and asking them to send tracking information about it. I also uploaded a picture (screen shot) of my order receipt to show them exactly which swimsuit was missing, and proving my order and order number. I sent this same chat message twice -- But they have NEVER RESPONDED. I think this company is a scam. They don't provide any customer service phone number or email address, and they don't answer their "chat" inquiries or provide people a way to log into their complaints and tracking page. Once they receive your money -- good luck -- your inquiries and complaints just fall into a black hole. I will NEVER order anything from Modlily again. I don't recommend them at all. You can get better swimsuits at lower prices on several other websites that are legitimate and actually have a way for customers to reach them and get an answer to inquiries.
I received the swim suit I ordered about 2 weeks after I ordered it. I love it! I have to return it for a different size. I hope it gets here in time for my vacation!

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
