I ordered two bathing suits and five tops from this company all in the same size. The items were either two big or two small. Some tops appeared to be petite sizes. The cup sizes on the bathing suits were small on one and XL on the other. One swim suit had no bottoms. There were two shipments. One took almost three weeks and the other took five weeks. In order to return items you need to send them to China with many restrictions. In lieu of returning the items, I was offered a 50% refund. Now I'm stuck with unwearable clothing and will only get 50% of my money back. As great as the companies marketing is, do not get suckered in. The fabric is cheap, there are no labels, no washing instructions and the sizing is way off. There is not a customer service phone number and you must submit a ticket on line. The customer service hours are very limited and in the middle of the night. I would not shop this company again.

I have tried to contact them about my order. Even before you sent it and no luck hearing back from them. Also, after reading other comments, I might consider myself lucky by not sending back. I will never order from them again.
The sizing is horrible and you cant call this company, you can only email them. They also refuse to write back on returns

I have Ordered 4 swim suits and have loved every one of them. They are excellent quality, the material feels sturdy and I am confident that it wont tear or develop loose seems while swimming. Every time I hear Someone ask where they should buy a swimsuit I send them to this website.
I returned an item per their instructions with a return authorization code and tracking number on June 1st, after waiting over a month to receive it, they received it on June 4th, and I still have not received a refund. I was supposed to have the refund within 48 hrs. Because I paid with pay pal, and it's a month later. They are not responding to my inquiries either. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
I ordered three dresses 4 months ago and two of them have not arrived by July.
The one that did arrive did not fit. Tried to contact the company to arrange a refund and return as well as to track down the other two dresses. Have received no response from the company.
Definitely will not order from this company again and hope to some-day be able to get my money back for the ones that have not arrived and the one that I am trying to return.

I always take a risk ordering clothes over the Internet or by catalog. I'm petite, but full figured they fit just perfect. Very pretty prints! The price can't be beat.
This is a scam company. The clothes you see online will not be the clothes that you receive. When you look at the four and five star reviews most of them come from non-English speaking people. I assume theyre from Chinese people who work for the company or are related to the company in some way. This is a common practice to hopefully override some of the legitimate bad reviews. Do not buy from this company ever.
I ordered two bathing suits on May 1 and have yet to receive. I use their ticket system to inquire and always receive general sorry but zero results. This is the typical scammer company that takes your money and runs! I wish authorities would dive into this company and rid of their existence as their business practices are illegal by taking minors yet not delivering the product!
I ordered what looked like a cute tunic from here. It came late and looked absolutely horrific. Cheap, cheap material, poorly made and was awful. I called to try and return it, they are located in China, it would have cost as much as the top was worth to send it back, so I took an offer of them crediting me half of what I paid to keep it. I threw it away, it wasn't even decent enough to donate.
Bought this for my wife to wear at an event and still have not received it and according to other reveiws it is not looking very promising. Trump is doing what is right by charging tariffs on all this kind of crap coming into our beloved country from China and any other countries that steal our technology and pass it off like it is there own!
It took a long time to get my order and when I got it was very disappointed. I got the women's sharktaill patriotic shirt which looks really good on line. It looks like crap in person. Arrived in a skimpy plastic bag FROM CHINA postmark and I knew it would be trouble. The quality of material is a step above the Dollar Store - if that! The colors are beautiful ONLINE. In person colors are totally faded. It was expensive at $25. Should be $5 at most. Te return address is overseas making it expensively impossible and I have tried several Customer Service Help emails to the companies' site to no avail. I am pissed! NEVER going to wear this thing and want my money back. Contacting PAYPAL to get involved.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
