I can't comment on customer service since I've never had any reason to deal withe them. Plus, the "commits" posted in each items are from actual shoppers and not hired hand some company use to type up a bunch of positive comments. With Modlily, people post actual pictures of themselves wearing the clothing which is terrific.
I love Modlily's clothing line. The tops make me feel like a million bucks. I always receive compliments when I wear them.
First order was excellent. Everything fit and although a delay in delivery, timing was OK. Second order not so lucky. Delay on delivery again. On the bathing suit top, one strap was sewed on backwards and so strap was twisted. Will b sending this one back.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
