I bought four bathing suits. The tops were all to small. I wanted to return one. I kept getting the run around from customer service. They said I would be receiving a shipping label by email. This happened three times. They never sent it.

I have ordered 4 dresses, 1 top, 1 assorted pant and top, 2 bathing suites, and assorted jewellery. I received all of my orders. Very pleased with everything! Excellent quality with everything. Will order again from Modlily for sure! Thank you again!
I ordered a swimsuit while out of state so I would have it for a trip when I returned. I get home over 30 days past the delivery date. I open the package and it wasn't my order. I write to them and basically get told to bad, your 30 days are up. My understanding is I have 30 days from the time MY order is received, which hasn't happened yet.! I would NOT recommend this company to anyone! I will be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney Generals office. I am also filing fraud charges with my bank. The first photo is what I ordered, the second is the ugly thing they sent! Not my order!

Prices are great and ordering was easy. Love that when ordering swimsuits I can buy separately. It can be frustrating when you retry to buy swimsuits but it's only one size for both top and bottoms. Ordering them fun here was fun because I could pick and choose
