I just klmade my first order with Modlily. I didn't realize when I placed the order, that a bathing suit that was on sale, accidentally charged me full price. I notified customer service and they had it resolved and refunded very quickly. Im extremely happy with their efficient, and courteous service
I purchased two suits and love them both. They were shipped separately so I was a little concerned when the 1st one arrived and stated that the order was completed. But we were able to get everything straightened out and the 2nd suit arrived just a few days later.
There was a glitch during the ordering process that caused only the top of the swim suit to get ordered. I was immediately contacted by email and given options prior to shipping. The whole process was completed within two days. Very satisfied with the service and am looking forward to the arrival of the swim suit.

This swimsuit is cute and fits well. I usually buy swimsuits 1 size up but I didn't have to with this one.
I ordered two dresses that were nice but way too long. I immediately returned them to exchange for two more dresses. The exchange items were never sent to me. When I complained I was sent a $10 invoice for return shipping. For several weeks now the tracking information on the order has never changed. The event that I needed the dresses for has passed and I no longer need them. It's frustrating that you have to deal by email and can't call them to handle a problem.

My experience with Modlily is GREAT. I just got my order yesterday,. It took a month,. However it was worth it. This is my 3rd order from them and I will be getting more from them in the future. I believe that the clothes comes from Shanghai,... oh boy,... but you know,... the fit is perfect and the quality if incredible,. Really. If there was any bad quality in any of the clothes I would stop ordering from them. I also get the packaging very well presented,... in zip lock bags,... wonderful folded,... perfect condition,. True to the photo on the site and the fit is always as it says,. Not a small size that I would think coming from an Asian country. I love the 2 piece bathing suits with the longer tops with either ruffles or pleats and the fit is perfect and lovely,. Makes this 64 year old feel a bit sexy actually. Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
