ModLily has a lot of very nice items and very good prices. So far, all the orders I've placed with them has completely come in in a reasonable amount of time. I can't comment on customer service since I've never had any reason to deal withe them. Plus, the "commits" posted in each items are from actual shoppers and not hired hand some company use to type up a bunch of positive comments. With Modlily, people post actual pictures of themselves wearing the clothing which is terrific.

They are SCAMMERS and THIEVES. This company is owned by Orderplus International Ltd, (who also owns BerryLook and CallaDream). If you ordered with FashionMia, most or all of your order won't get delivered and don't expect a refund. You'll be lucky to get a partial refund. If you manage to communicate with them, they'll be super nice to you in order to get you to wait for your items but this is a trick in order to pass the allotted time you have to make a claim with your credit card company about your unreceived purchases. And don't bother making a claim with Paypal. They are useless and will defend this crooked Chinese company. Don't wait. Make your claim directly with your credit card company.

They have no interest in protecting you, the consumer. But they will do everything to protect crooked Chinese sellers that rip people off. FashionMia owed me for 3 items they never delivered and refused to refund me. As a result of a claim with Paypal, Paypal took their side by saying that I should return the items in order to get a refund. How stupid can they be. Even after telling Paypal I can't return what I never received, they still took the Seller's side and denied my claim.
