Company based out of China. Ordered 3 items. All made cheap. I wanted to return one item. Tried several times to chat online - no response. They don't offer any telephone number. Their return procedure is impossible to navigate through I put in 2 tickets and never heard back from them. Beware - I will never order from them again.

I received my swim dress the top is too large and very much lower than the picture indicated. I wanted to return it but now I'm told that since it was on clearance it is non-refundable just letting everybody know ahead of time. If you don't like the fit if you want to return it you will not be able to if it was reduced in price or clearance.
I've been very satisfied with the customer service Sunshine has provided. The quick response she did in contacting me, correcting and fixing a mistake I made on my order. It was such a great relief,, knowing that I would not have to make a new order or wait on another.

I ordered (8) shirts after being skeptical about this website that I first saw on Facebook. They came quicker than I expected (about 10 days). The colors were all exactly as they looked online. I returned 3 of them as they just didn't fit me quite right and received my refund within (3) days of returning. I would not hesitate to order from ModLily again in the future.

I ordered 2 items without doing my research on them. I notified them the next day to stop the shipment which had not even been processed and finally received a message that it was stopped. They will not refund my money and I have gone to my credit card company about this site. It is the same as rotita.com, lulugal.com and probably many more. They are based in China, usually don't send you anything or if they do, it's not what the pictures show, they don't refund your money, give you a return address, and not even a working phone number. They are stealing from customers and I can't get facebook to ban these scammers. They tell me to hide ads or block ads. Please let everyone you know to please don't order from any of them and do your research before ever ordering from a new site. I wish I had taken my own advice. They are also using these names: rotita.com, lulugal.com, dresslily.com, rosewe.com and many more.
Horrible! Company! They took my credit card and shipping information and sent me a confirmation number upon clicking "pay now". They then sent me an email saying unpaid. They asked me to "pay now" again which I did so now I paid for the same order twice. But never got another email stating that it had been paid. What kind of company does that? No phone number to talk to a real person. "Talked" on a "live chat" which went absolutely nowhere. Most unprofessional, unreliable company I have ever dealt with. I am an avid online shopper and this is the first time I have ever encountered such a horrendous company. Never again. Buyer beware!

Absolutely horrible. This truly is a case where you get what you pay for. I could find something way better in the clearance section at H&M. These clothes are cheaply made and are absolutely horrendous
I placed my order on January 4 and paid extra shipping so it would be here in 6 days. It's day #10 and it's hasn't even shipped yet. After reading all these reviews (that I should've read BEFORE I placed an order) I'm really worried now that I may not even get it. I even went into my account after 7 days and requested urgent shipping but no reply. And the bad part, I've spent over $150 for their clothes. Now I'm reading reviews they only offer 50% refunds. How can a company only offer a partial refund when you have a receipt? That seems so unfair... Worried customer...

I love the variety of shirts/blouses that Modlily sells. They go great with leggings or jeans. They also have relatively quick shipping compare to the other sites I've purchased from. Try them, you'll like them!

I needed to cancel an order after 24 hrs because I wanted more merchandise that would qualify me for free expedited shipping. I submitted a ticket and after a couple of messages back and forth, the order was cancelled and I rec'd a credit applied to my credit card within a few days of my request. The merchandise was all very nice. I ordered everything by the measurements supplied and both plus size bathing suits fit perfectly but the regular size items were all at least 1 size too big.
My favorite thing about this dress is that it looks casual and I can wear it with flip-flops or wedges but still looks super sexy without me looking like I should be going to a club. Definitely shows off your curves and I love the long sleeves. Really just an adorable sexy dress at a great price!
I will never do business with these people again I can't get answers to my questions and I need to exchange as the size that normally fits me is way too small. Everything they send me ends up in spam and it isn't useful anyway.
I wish I had read reviews before buying from this company. Returned 2 items that didn't fit and was told that 1 of them had stains so they would not refund my money. NO WAY it had stains. I had immediately put it back in the bag after trying it on. What a scam.
Its unfortunate because I did like many of the styles they show on website and may have bought more clothes, but I won't do business with a company with an unfair return policy. They are liars and scammers.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
