I shop for my teen daughter's clothes on modlily. We've been very happy with the price, material and cut (the way the clothing fits - it's geared for taller, slimmer bodies). The only complaint is the delivery time, it just takes so many weeks so you better not be in a hurry to receive the items.

I was skeptical that I could really get 3 quality, super cute, fashionable, well made bathing suits for less than $100 but I did! Department store quality at a fraction of the price. They were just like Pics on the website. Thank you ModLily! Sizes are all accurate as posted and they were delivered before they promised. I absolutely love them and will order from them again for sure.

I'd seen pictures of clothing from ModLily for awhile on my Facebook page, finally decided to place an order. I ordered 3 tops: a white blouse, a Christmas fun print and a layered-look cowl neck tunic. I received my shipment in 2 packages within 10 days. After trying on the tops, 1 didn't appeal to me, and I chose to return it for credit. The return process was simple, quick, and I've already been credited toward another purchase. I don't usually order clothing online, but ModLily is a great company for customer service.

I have about 10 emails with them trying to do 1 return. They give a return date, it was shipped back before then but as things ship slower these days, got there after the date even though it had been in transit, wont give credit for returns. I think they make you do so many correspondences with them to delay the whole procedure on purpose. Will never purchase again.

I encountered trouble on the website when I was returning my products. I reached out for help and didn't hear back from anyone for a month. I then was refused any kind of return or refund because it was past the 30 day mark. I tried several times to explain the situation. The only thing I was offered was 10% off my next purchase. Hahahahahahahah…."next purchase!?" I was also told that they will "Improve their customer service in the future." I'm still trying to understand how that helps my current situation. I would never buy anything off this website again.

Swim suits are of poor quality and wrong sizing. I order 3 adult women's suits size L (per sizing chart 8-10 US size). 2 bottoms were large and stretched out, one was so small it looked like a child's size 8-10 instead of womans. The differences in the sizes is stark and incredibly inaccurate. In terms of quality, one suit had raw edges all along the bottom edge of the top, another had folded bra lining. Company says 30 days easy return but sent me a message offering a $21 refund on a $71 order.

It is a company based in China that sells cheap clothes, sized way too small and refuses to give back a full refund even though you pay for shipping. They want to nip you a few or a lot of dollars for taking back a shipment. They also make it so difficult to do returns... with exact demands, exact wording on package, no use of mail packages from your home, must be a selected shipper that gives a tracking number. When you do reach agreement on the shipment coming back, while they list your full purchase price on the online receipt as the refund they will give you... it comes back less than they promised. Scam company. Avoid.
