The last couple of times we have eaten at the restaurant in Crossville, TN, the place is a dirty mess and seems to lack good management. The floors are filthy with silverware, etc. on the floor and tables left all around us with dirty dishes. The menu has become quite small and the food isn't very good at all. They need an overall asap and new managers that actually are there onsite.

I don't understand why our government allows a business to literally lie to the public about its sweepstakes and take their money without delivering the product. I also don't understand why someone like Steve Harvey with a good reputation would stoop so low as to sell his name to this horrible company.

I got so tired of so many e-mails stating that my order had arrived when I didn't order anything. I didn't want to crack their eggs, do a survey, or anything else. I tried to stop the e-mails from coming, tried each and everything they told me to do, but e-mails keep coming. I had to go into their chat to get this address to cancel my account: https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/rsvp-mi.html?q=acc1 They stopped me from posting on FB. Isn't it great how such a huge company can't take a few bad comments? I doubt I will ever do business with them again.

My bill just went up $6.92 again. Their service is terrible. If you tell them your cable box goes out several times a day, sound goes out, picture freezes, they willl tell you if they come out and find nothing wrong at the time, you will be charged a service fee even though you pay monthly for them to handle all problems. They will never tell you upfront why your bill goes up and you will have nothing to show for the increase except horrible service.

They posted a picture of a black woman as my sister and a some of the info was incorrect about her. I tried repeatedly to get them to take down the picture but they wouldn't do it. I researched at least 10 others on this site and there was so much info that was inaccurate. Almost all the info I already knew, so it wasn't worth the price to have ever used it. It was as if I was doing a title search on the property someone owned because they kept showing me previous owners of the property. I couldn't understand why they thought anyone wanted that info. I wouldn't recommend them or any other site like this one. Don't waste your money.

I ordered 2 items without doing my research on them. I notified them the next day to stop the shipment which had not even been processed and finally received a message that it was stopped. They will not refund my money and I have gone to my credit card company about this site. It is the same as rotita.com, lulugal.com and probably many more. They are based in China, usually don't send you anything or if they do, it's not what the pictures show, they don't refund your money, give you a return address, and not even a working phone number. They are stealing from customers and I can't get facebook to ban these scammers. They tell me to hide ads or block ads. Please let everyone you know to please don't order from any of them and do your research before ever ordering from a new site. I wish I had taken my own advice. They are also using these names: rotita.com, lulugal.com, dresslily.com, rosewe.com and many more.
