My wife has ordered from this site few times. Their items never arrive on time, customer service is so terrible. As others mentioned, the color in the photos don't match the real item; actual item is much much darker than what is shown in photo, instead of milky off white color, the actual color is brown. One of the dresses arm diameter is too small and very tight as it gets close to the shoulder! Total garbage. When we tried to do a return on those items for (Total manufacturing defect, and false advertisement), the shipping label stated that a $12.9 will be deducted from paid price for shipping! We contacted customer (not so much) service, it took them 2 weeks to reply! Finally (not so much) customer service told us it is Modanisa's policy to charge for shipping on returned items, even if it is a manufacturing defect! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! I will be reporting them to consumer report.

Hello, I ordered on 20th July 2020 from Modanisa for Eid. They promised to order before 25th July for guaranteed delivery before Eid. Just imagine, on 25th July they called and told "YOUR FULL ORDER IS CANCELLED as 1 item ran out of stock and 1 item is defected"... i requested the customer service agent to deliver me my rest of items (6 items) but he said no sorry its not our policy... PATHETIC POLICY seriously...

I ordered scarves from them, and the quality was high. HOWEVER, the colors I got are NOT even close the cloros that are on the pictures. So DISAPPOINTING. And you also have to pay for the expensive return shipping, which is supposed to be FREE. It looks like their return policy was made on purpose to not let anyone's return their items! NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered navy blue unlined suit Benin in size UK14, the label on the garment also shows its size UK14, but it's way bigger in measurement, when I measured it with measuring tape it's chest is 50" and hips also 50", I ordered size UK14 as per Modanisa size chart, which suggests size 14 has chest 39" and hips 41". And Size UK14 as per international size chart on Modanisa is equivalent to XL. I wrote them but they didn't respond.

I am really disappointed about the service first I have my order late and I had 2 items with fault and when I contacted customer services, they said they will send me an email for the refund about couple of minutes but nothing happened still waiting for it now is 4 days and when I contacted them they send they will send it and have to wait I don't know for how long may be for year so that mean they are bad and they took people's money and they don't want to refund as these items are with fault. I ordered products on multiple occasions. More than 50% of the time, I received something different than what I was expecting to get. This time I am super frustrated because I purchased 4 instant hijabs (brand name- Roza) but when I opened the delivered items- those were not instant hijab. Those were turbans like things with 2 feet long straps dandling from the back of the turbans which needed to be tied/wrap around the head. There was no description on the website about it, no instruction on how to put things together. Most importantly I don't like turbans but I am ended up getting 4 turbans for which I paid approx $48 with shipping cost more than $5. I also ordered another printed rectangular hijab costed $4.99 which was pretty. Now when I've reached out the support team about the whole instant hijab issue, they haven't responded yet. I also checked their return policy and I literally felt betrayed as tlaccording to their website, a fixed amount of more than $12 will be deducted from my purchased price and then I have to pay for the international shipping which means I likely will ended up loosing more money. Overall, my most recent business with modanisa is a near total wastage of money. In future I would be cautious in doing business with Modanisa. Sorry

I've made quite a few orders on modanisa and most of them were good. Recently I ordered a dress and the quality of it was soooo poor. I knew I would never wear it so I decided to return it. I took it to the post office and paid £12.57 for signed for delivery to turkey. 3 weeks later it gets posted back to me so I call royal mail and they said that no one accepted the delivery in turkey so it's come back so I'd have to speak to modanisa. I spoke to modanisa and they gave me a new prepaid label but they said £12.90 will come out of my refund for the fee for this so for an £18 dress after my refund I'm getting -£6 what a jokeeeeee

And if i could put less than one star I wouldn't mind.
I made an order in ramadan to receive it before eid so that i can wear them on eid. The "cash on delivery" service was still available to lebanon. After 2 days they cancel this service and i they didn't inform me, nor my sister in law and my cousin who also ordered when the cash on delivery was still available. They didn't contact us to tell us that your order wont be delivered, i have waited for more than 20 days and I contacted them through and email, after a week which was yesterday they reply saying that my order was not delivered but returned back.
I posted a bad review on my instagram about modanisa to be surpriseeeeeeed by the amount of people who were also replying to me about their bad service, you can check that on my instagram: sirenmansour.
If you wanna change a service you must inform everyone, not making us wait for nothing, just imagine that the products I bought are for clients what would i have done?!

Cigarette lighter in pocket
I have never seen such a thing in my life. Today i received my order and as i was unpacking a tunik i found found a Cigarette LIGHTER in one of its pockets! Like imagine! Plus the tunik has no label, i am sure it was worn before.

I placed an order of 3 dresses totaling $50.13 on 05/01, on 05/05 I received an text message from the company saying they can not ship me my items and that the order has been canceled and they will refund my money. OK, great, they must be out of stock. I receive refund 3 days later of $16.99 for ONE DRESS, they still owe me $33.14 for the other 2 dresses but no one is responding to any of my emails or calls. Answer: You can email them on info@modanisa.com to get inquiry about your tracking number, according to your country there will be customs fees and so you can check online what are the costs for your country. Also you can ask them on email which is delivering company dhl or aramex so that you can call ans ask them about any extra fees. Well if you dont pay you sont get your order. Hope you arent charged much
Answer: I am also in the US, but it took almost 2 weeks for my order to come and there were very steep additional charges to pay upon delivery. In total, I paid $170 for shipping alone and it wasn't even here in the time quoted by the website.
