If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered some phone charger cords the middle of September. Today is October 3rd. I knew they said it would be 7-10 days before they shipped and was ok with that. They use UPS Mail Innovations for their shipments. My package left their facility on 9/22 and has just now made it to Atlanta, GA. I am in Birmingham, AL... maybe the package will arrive by Christmas.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE... THEY TAKE DAYS TO RESPOND TO EMAILS AND USE CRAPPY SHIPPING AVENUES THAT ARE NOT DEPENDABLE.
Part of my order was not as it was advertised but when I contacted mobstubthey (Lilly) replied quickly. They credited the amount to me. Rare to see such customer service anymore.
Glad I didn't t pay alot for this purse, I really wanted it and it came today but it's really really small, saving it for my, 7-8 yo grt grand DTR birthday so it's not a total loss. It is nice leather, pretty color but I could not even get wallet in it or hardly anything..
This website is horrible i ordered the makeup brushes and they send it to the wrong address twice. I been waiting for it for months. I dont know if they are doing it on purpose just to scam me or its just extremely bad customer service. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!
I was asked by a friend to order something from their site because she kept getting an error message when she processed the transaction. She tried 5 times I tried twice. She ordered 1 of the items each time and I did 2 because I thought I might want one too. All 7 times we got the same "something went wrong" error message. So we gave up and ordered it from another company, only to wake up the next day to our bank accounts drained because the idiots at the company had processed every single transaction. So we both asked them to refund the money for all transactions since we already got what we wanted and it was cheaper and faster shippin (thank you amazon.com) but in both cases they still sent us each one of the item stating that it is not returnable and not refundable. How can you tell me there is an issue with my order, charge me multiple times then tell me I am screwed because your policy is what it is!? I would give them a 0 rating if I could. No phone number to call and have the issue resolved, and idiots on the other end of a computer refusing to help you. GREAT business model. I will NEVER use them again and I would not recommend anyone else does either!
This website is a scam! They take your money and don't send you the items. Their customer service does not respond via their support emails and they don't even have a phone number. Maybe that should've been my first clue. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!
First time I ordered from them they took my money on Aug 24th and I'm still waiting for my order! No info about what is going on so I just email them see if I get any reply! Not a good 1st review :(
Picture of purse I ordered represented the product to be large, it was size of envelope. Poor quality, and a waste of money. I was told NO REFUNDS NO RETURNS. ***DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY***
I purchased a '1000 thread count, egyptian cotton' king sheet set. I put them on my bed, within a week it was pilling. I have enjoyed many 100% egyptian cotton sheets... not sure what these sheets are made of yet it is not what they advertised. Sewn with elastic band on entire mattress sheet, excess material has you sleeping on wrinkles and the lovely pilling it creates. Second item was a comforter, looking brilliantly fluffy in the picture, and quite flat upon arrival (even with a dryer fluff).
Sheets that pill within a week are unacceptable quality, for $50 ($35 for the comforter). What dismayed me further is this company does not stand behind their products, and was told there was absolutely NO RETURN - credit or otherwise.
I will never use, nor recommend a company that does not have my back. Lesson learned, hopefully I can help you learn yours a bit more cost effectively.
UPDATE: After posting here and PissedConsumer, I finally got the company's attention by going to the BBB in NY. After three orders with this company, they requested I send photos of the damaged product. Wow - not only feeling ripped off yet integrity insulted. RUN
UPDATE: Company has never responded to BBB, case closed. Another attempt to find a resolution with the company also failed. Inferior products, horrid return policy.
Incredibly, without notice, I received an email today, 21 October 2015 with a refund for the sheets and comforter. Thanks Mobstub, please be kinder to others.
Had a problem and they resolved it almost immediately. I was a bit leary about ordering but I got really nice sheets from them so I decided to order. Customer service was excellent.
Haven't received first order and it was charged to my account. A second order was immediately charged to my account WITHOUT MY CONSENT and charged to my account. These products are NOTHING I would or could use. Upon contact, they basically said TOO BAD! THREATENED me if I disputed the charge. Now they will not respond to my emails. Class action surely is looming. Be sure to report to New York and your state authorities. Also, Mobstub ADMITTED via email that the second charge was a mistake. Stay away!
Wish I could rate 0 stars. I ordered an item over 30 days ago which said it would ship in 3-7 business days. The shipping label was created, and I checked every couple days to see if it had shipped yet. Day 8 comes around, hasn't shipped yet. No biggie, I'm not in a huge rush. Day 10 without shipping, I put in a customer request to make sure it didn't somehow get lost. Day 14, still no response (even though customer service says they'll get back to you within the next business day) so I entered another one. Day 17, entered another one. They finally got back to me on day 18 about my first message and said my package was "lost in transit" as if I couldn't see the tracking info that said they never dropped it off at the post office. The person who emailed me back said they put in another order for me, which I confirmed on the website. Three days ago I put in another request (surprise, they haven't replied) because they said again that it would ship in 3-7 business days and 16 days later (since the new package was entered with no shipping info), still no package. This time I just asked for my money back. Today is day 34 without my order and I finally just ordered a more expensive version on amazon. Save your money, buy somewhere else.

I ordered two cross body bags and they are total cheap garbage. Very poor quality and odd smell to the "leather" and online info does not match what these bags actually are.

If I could give this company NO STAR, I would. DO NOT PURCHASE from them! Recently, I bought a $20 set of plastic containers to store food. They looked exactly like some I had purchase from QVC. When I received them, I noticed the INFERIOR quality immediately. They were thin plastic that was basically junk... the Dollar store has better quality in packs of 4! I emailed MobStub and indicated the inferior quality and requested a refund. I was told that they had been listed as Final Sale (something I never saw/read - where was that?) and that my request would not be honored. What a terrible company this is. NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.
I ordered a package due to me by Christmas and upon the date of the order, within minutes of the order I recognized the package mailing address was wrong. I attempted to reach out to MobStub that day and they told me I would have to wait until the package was actually SHIPPED at which time I was instructed to call USPS to give them the correct address. I did that and USPS basically laughed at me. I reached out again, needless to say I didn't get by Christmas nor yet. The latest advice from mobstub was to go to the address that my package was delivered to and ask for my package. MOBSTUB had now stopped even responding to my emails and refuses to refund my money or replace my package. I am taking this further and will never ever order again from MobStub.
I ENCOURAGE YOU NOT TO BUY FROM THEM! The bracelts I got as Christmas gifts I would not even give to my kids, they are POOR quality and horribly packaged, BE CAREFUL NO REFUNDS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE.

Answer: They have NO customer service #, when you have a problem with an order, you have to e-mail their 'customer service dept.' then an automated E-mail response is sent to you. Then another will come 1-2 days later asking you to send them an e-mail with a pic of what is wrong with your order. My advice... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEIR MERCHANDISE IS JUNK & THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SELL, IN FACT MOST OF WHAT THEY SELL IS NOT WHAT THEY ADVERTISE! Answer: Although there are items on the Mobstub site that are worth the money (?) there is a lot of junk that I've purchased in the past that wasn't "worth it" in the Dollar Store either. I don't wish to denigrate it, but Mobstub is obviously in business (as is Big Lots) for the same reason if one wishes to figure it out. TRUE: The Egyptian sheets shrink. 100% pure cotton also pills and is no longer satiny-finished. Some of the electronic (motion-detecting) lights simply never worked. Most of the jewelry is cheaply-made, gold-painted, junk that is transported in the box worth more than the product is. Often the instructions (if you are so bold to e-mail/ask, are written in Chinese and sent to your e-mail address in a. Pdf file you need to print from your own computer. Then, does anybody else recall the first Japanese-written (translated) instructions for the original VCRs back in the 1970s-80s? Right! Good luck deciphering the translations. Some of the Apple Phone cases dpn't work as advertised but most of the wires and charging systems and extensions are good buys with Radio Shack now in bankruptcy and gone. Men's clothing can be expected to shrink. Women's (?) The merchandise delivery time is seldom as fast as one would anticipate, but then if you have dealt without it this long how inconvenient is it really (?) Unless it is for a special date or Christmas, forget about having already ordered it, and it will eventually "get there". So, my years-of-experience with Mobstub has been in seriously reading the fine print in the "details" and in totally ignoring the delivery promise. More times than not I receive a product that I cannot purchase at a Best Buy or Walmart at a lower price. ->Right now, their advertised flash drive is a very good purchase<- So, once again, Caveat Emptor: Let the buyer beware of life's lessons.
