THIS COMPANY IS FRAUD I ORDERED HEADPHONES AND ITS BEEN A MONTH AND IM TRYING TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM AND THEY ARE IGNORING ME AND WHEN I WRITE ON THERE SITE ON FB THEY KEEP DELETING IT AND THEN THEY BLOCKED ME SO I CANT WRITE NO MORE... We ordered a product with a different ship to address from our billing address. When the product came to the wrong address, it was return as expected. We contacted Mobstub once, with no response. We contacted again and were told that they would ship to the correct address within 3 to 7 days. Weeks went by with no product delivered. At that point I emailed with no response. The next week I emailed with no response. I then called and left a message (they don't ever actually answer the phone). Two days later they contacted us to inform that the product was no longer available. But... They would be glad to give us store credit for the amount we paid. I emailed back and said no, but of course have not heard back. I called and left another message. I am now done with contacting them. They have my money, but I will certainly let the world know that this is not a company to do business with. When we get Facebook posts showing products, we will respond with a warning that you may never get your product.

When the website of mobstub spells "no return," it is a red flag for a consumer aware. They did not cheat. You did not read. Now they advertise heavily on facebook. Buyers be aware.

Sucks

Products were falling apart. Bathing suit bottom elastic was ripped and not even sewn in. Bag snaps did not line up so bag would not close. Mobstub would not issue a refund or exchange.

I ordered 3 bags, had to write several emails,; finally got a promise to get a phone call in 24-48 hrs. It never came. The number on the charge from when they collected the cash; states "this number is no longer associated with Snubhub. ORDER PLACED 8/18, MONEY COLLETED 8/21, email claimed 3-7 day delivery

Read the fine print

B, ought 2 wireless led lights. Picture in ad shows two lights, but i was charged double. Reason, was in fine print at bottom of ad. Was this misleading, i think so. I will not buy from them again

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! They are a horrible company! They took over a month to shipmy order out! Everytime I contacted them, I got a stupid answer that my items would be shipped soon! I waited weeks and weeks, WAITING for my order just to be shipped! I asked them to refund me, because their website states it will be shipped within 7-10 days. They would not answer my emails. They answer me days later saying that my items will be shipped soon!

The items I got were very poor quality! I can tell they are knockoffs of the original, because my friend has an original, and there is a huge difference in quality.

I AM SO PISSED WITH THIS COMPANY. I hope no one else orders from them and has do till with this same problems!

I purchased two sets of "Glow in the Dark" pebbles to use in my garden. When they arrived, I was disappointed they were so small, more like something you'd use in a fish tank than in the yard; however, I blamed myself for thinking they would be larger (although the photos of the product made it appear they would be large enough to use in the garden). Then I put them in my windowsill to "charge" them with the sun. It was cloudy for several days, so when I saw no glow at night, I thought perhaps we hadn't had enough sun. Then we had a week of straight sunshine, very bright sunny days. No glow. Not even a little. So I contacted MobStub whose response was, This was a final sale, so we cannot offer a refund or credit for other purchases. I'm VERY disappointed and assuming this is not resolved, I will not buy from this company again. If the company agrees to give me a refund or credit, I am very happy to update this review. ***As promised, I'm updating this review. MobStub did ultimately issue a credit, so I can buy other products from their site. I won't be buying Glow in the Dark pebbles that don't glow, but hopefully I can find something else I'd like. Perhaps whoever manufactured these pebbles for MobStub didn't send the correct items that actually glow in the dark, so this may not be MobStub's error. I hope not.

The masks that they sell are very cheap and not worth the money. They may seem like a good deal but they come from China and are stitched uneven so leaves a seam. Not comfortable at all.

The travel bag has defective seams where the sewing has missed the material.
