In addition to my first review that I forgot to include of MobStub since I paid off my credit card in full for the wrong item that I purchased, I was also told by the MobStub agent that they would refund the cost for the item number that I paid for to my checking account which would take 5 to 7 business days. That was nearly two weeks ago considering that patience is a virtue if MobStub follows through.
I recently purchased a item for a larger then usually amount and Mobstub followed throughout to verify that it was a purchase I was making and not an unauthorized person. Customer service was Great

I Purchased I "keyboard vacuum" for my computer. It DID NOT WORK when I received it, and customer service at MobStub quoted "Final Sales" and would not do anything. POOR customer service, impossible to speak to a live person.
While I was a loyal customer to MobStub, they refused to give me a 15% discount for a very large order because I was outside of the original one hour offer (I got a visitor and was taken away from my computer). They took three days to reply to my e-mail (what about an hour folks?). Once I received the items, they were all cheap looking. I have had an occasional cheap looking item from MobStub that did not reflect the picture at all. Of course, I am pissed off that keeping my business was not worth 15%, but the returns for the cheap products was denied (four days after I sent the original e-mail). POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & OCCASSIONALLY CHEAP PRODUCTS!
I purchased 4 items from this company, the items were shipped quick. However, one necklace arrived broke and another necklace broke the first time the individual wore it... WTF! Also i bought a gold-tone Men's Chronograph Lexington watch and guess what... I RECEIVED A WOMEN'S STAINLESS STEEL WATCH! REALLY, then what's f**ked up is that these b**ches do not operate with a 800 or 888 customer number. If you submit your information to customer service and click submit, it will not send from your phone. I had to screenshoot what i posted & emailed them. I am going to my bank so that they do not try to charge items i did not order because seems like these people are scam artist and they will do anything for a dollar. I ordered 2 pair of earrings, a bangle bracelet and a purse. One set of earrings is so hideous and cheap looking I would never wear them (look different than the picture), and the purse has a nasty odor to it. The bangle is so flimsy and cheap it will probably be in the trash after only a few uses. The biggest problem with this company is YOU CANNOT RETURN ANYTHING! I will NEVER order from them again!
The crossover bag is not as picture is to small to put anything in.The quality is poor. Should have checked the reviews before ordering. Will not order from them again
I ordered 1000 count Egyptian Cotton sheets for $50.00 which would have been a great deal if it was the actual product. The sheets are probably 300 count and won't fit anything over an 10 inch mattress. (the site stated they would fit up to a 15 inch mattress) I'm assuming they just took cheap sheets and repackaged them. The company won't refund my money stating this was a "final sale". I contacted them and received a one line response stating I was out of luck. Their website portal for customer complaints doesn't even work and they make it nearly impossible to contact the company.
Update: I contacted the BBB of California and they contacted the company. The company still did nothing about the order and is oblivious to public opinion or their reputation in the business community. The folks from the BBB were very nice and tried several times to work with the company.
Update: I just received a full refund without any notice from Mobstub and confirmation from the BBB. (7 months since the purchase) I'd like to thank the BBB for wonderful service in pursuing this matter, unfortunately I can't say the same for Mobstub.
I've bought 3 products from them. The first 2 were defective or stopped working within a couple of time. I only bought the 3rd because they would only give me credit for the 1st 2 products. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
