I received the crossbody purse. I am very pleased. I purchased the standard size. I like how many zippered pockets it has. On front and back. And one of the pockets has several card holders.

With every rule there is a circumstance behind the rule and why it was made. Sending an item that is/was clearly defective and then saying, "oh, we're so sorry...our usual return order is......................but because of the circumstances we are able to make an exception. It doesn't matter what the cross body cost, it was paid for by my hard-working money. This was an exception to the rule and the gentleman I spoke to was rude and "undbending." Maybe that means it happens alot!

I paid a small fortune for a BinaxNOW COVID19 Antigen SelfTest at Home kit since they are in such short supply right now. They sent me an EXPIRED product. I contacted them through the form provided on their website and have not heard from them. I just found a phone number for them and unfortunately all the voicemail greeting does is refer you back to the website. Ugh! I GOT TAKEN!
I wish I had read all the reviews before ordering from Mob Stub. I saw their add on Facebook. I ordered some face coverings and it took several weeks until I received them. The fabric is horrible, and the fit is even worse. When I went on the site to find a way to contact them I noticed No Returns all sales are final. What a waste of $20.00. Every time I open my Facebook account I get bombarded with their site. So frustrating.
I recently ordered a 3 pack of bras, which when received, were entirely too small, even though i ordered according to their size chart. After requesting an RA, I was informed it's one of the items that couldn't be returned because the package was opened. It's not like I'm trying to return under panties. So much for their easy return policy.
Ordered large shoulder bag, but received a small instead. Have been trying to return it ever since. The "No Hassle Return" is absolutely untrue. The bag was supposed to cost $19.00. By the time they added shipping the cost was bumped up to $35.67. Do not, please do not order from this company. Donate the money to charity instead. Because if you order and pay this absolutely SKAM company, you will never see your money again. Lesson well learned about face book purchases, cost $35.67.

The items that I purchased as a "deal" is also sold on Amazon for less as its REGULAR price. Don't be fooled. You should shop around before you use this site. When I realized I was paying more... I tried to cancel. They won't let you. They will let you pay more money in shipping if they deem it returnable.
It's impossible to reach them. I tried calling but they don't answer their phone and the email address I have is incorrect.

I received my canvas bag on 9/8/22. There was a broken snap when I received the bag and then the next day, the shoulder strap broke. I have sent two messages with no response so I consider this very poor customer service. I love the bag and all I wanted was a replacement!

I have purchased 5 different items from Mobstub; I have been satisfied with all my orders! They all arrived in a good time frame, and were just as described! One of my items broke within the first 30 days, (Order ID: *******) I contacted customer service (by email) Miriam the CSR I dealt with was great! She kept me posted on the status of my replacement! I tell all my friends and family about MobStub!
I ordered a five pack, pictured with various prints. What I received was individually packaged strips of thin polyester fabric, about 11 inches long, with circles cut into it at each end for your ears. I held the fabric up to a lighted lamp and could even see the outline of the lamp through it. When I requested a return mailing label, I was informed that that it was a sale item and no return or credits were allowed. Sarah told me to "have a nice day."
I've been a customer for about a year and have purchased 4 or 5 items from them. The last, a bluetooth stereo headset failed after the first use. The company replaced it immediately at no cost; the replacement works flawlessly. Good Job, MobStub and thank you.
Ordered 2,10 pack of makeup brushes on May 2. It's May 27 still have not received. Your ad says 5 to 7 days. Never will I ordered from this company again.

I ordered the black and a dark brown genuine leather three zipper bag. I'm not sure all the trim is leather but it's possible the bags are. Though they have a very moldy and plasticky smell. The plastic smell could be finish. I received them but there is a large pouch that sticks out in the front. The colors were not good. The black was not rich and the brown was medium, not dark brown. It was very unattractive. All of the details were large and rough. The Plus size pouch had more room and the interior space was impressive (10" length to hold a large 9" wallet and a host of other items) but was still more unattractive. Boxy, rectangular shape. I ordered a 2 zip more rounded crossbody from them, thinking it was more attractive. Again the shipping was very quick but they sent the wrong color, so I can't use it at all with anything in my wardrobe. They were supposed to send a Sand color, and I got metallic spray gold. I've heard many complaints of people not getting refunds from them so I don't think I will try to return it. I'm not being mean spirited when I say this but I plan to donate it to a charity for homeless streetwalkers, since I would have appreciated it when I was on the street, and only then. They sell things like this for $5 on WalMart clearance every day, It was not even real leather and it cost $35, much more than the other $17 bags that turned into $20 bags in my cart. It's not true that the special offer price does not time out. It does not expire. However, it does time out and they charge you a higher price once the clock ends. So if you haven't decided on which color you want once the clock stops what you have to do is go back to the original listing for the item and click on it again and the clock will start over. When I tried to check out with the $17 special. The cart did charge me $20 after the timer ran out. Very scammy. I would never order anything from them again.

Don’t order if the timer has timed out. It will charge you more than the special price. But click back on the item again and the timer will start over, as the deal never actually expires. I really wouldn’t recommend ordering from this site though, since I did not get purses with the appearance or color advertised.

I used the real leather purses in the correct color I ordered, but plan to donate the plastic purse that was sent to me in metallic spray gold instead of off white. Speed of shipping was the only positive thing about this experience. At least I wasn’t completely without a purse. I guess.
Ordered the 400 Classic hand held game in red for $20 from Mobstub in mid December. It was going to be a gift for my 8 yr old son from his grandma. Because they had covid over Christmas our Christmas get together was postponed until Jan 17. My son opened this game box, played on it for 2 min. Before the screen went white. Instructions said if screen goes white maybe your battery needs to be charged, so we charged it overnight and still have just a white screen. I Messaged mobstub who said there is nothing they can do since it is past 30 days. Note to buyers, I guess you need to make sure the product works before you wrap it up and save for a gift.
Nothing but Kudos for the prompt response I got when there was a minor problem with the item having a defect. They quickly responded and resolved the issue. Sent a replacement the very next day. Excellent!
I recently ordered the package of 2 grill mats on Mob Stub but they accidentally sent me a different item. I immediately contacted their customer service department and got a reply within a few hours. They requested a photo of the item received which I sent and again got an almost instant response. My grill mats will be here in 5-7 days. Thank you to Hannah in customer service for making this go so smoothly. I have ordered MANY items from Mob Stub and now feel confident to continue doing business with them in the future.
Does anyone know what AVS Rejected means when checking out this pops up in red. So I can't place a order. Plus there's no phone number to call and says no refunds or exchanges so I'm a little Leary about ordering

I recently ordered a six pack of masks from this company. The picture showed a girl in a black glitter mask so I assumed when I ordered I would get six black masks. No info on the site has two colors and No info on the site has two colors and black is the only color my granddaughter can wear to work. So now I'm stuck with six beige glitter masks. It was an Instagram ad and very misleading. Very disappointed
