I purchased sheets that said cotton. They are terrible quality and NOT cotton. They advertised 600 count cotton. There is no way to return and no way to contact them. Stick with Amazon.
I received my order in a timely fashion. However it was a cheep replica of the pictured item. The necklace turned black the first time my wife wore it. Cheep piece of crap

I ordered a specific items and it was not what I received. I ordered a crystal hearts swarkovski ring, not some cheap cracker jack box toy. This was my 1st order and my last order.

I should have learned not to order from these people because the last experience I had. Ordered headphones the first time for my sons. I ordered them and never got them so we contacted them and they said oh I thought they were shipped, they will be in the mail tomorrow.
This time I placed a few different orders and after placing one I wanted to cancel it because I changed my mind but they said it was already in shipping but I just placed it and it took about 2 1/2 weeks to get it. Another order I checked the shipping in it because it didn't come when it said and the tracking update said it was in deliverable at the address so I contacted the post office and they said that they added an extra number to my address so it was being shipped back but yet the other items had the correct address then a package was brought to my house and the mail man wouldn't give it to me until we paid shipping that was due because they didn't put enough shipping on it. So I paid it and then contacted mobstub and they said I can't be refunded without a receipt even after I sent them a picture of the package with the extra postage info on it. I'm not going to drive all the way to the post office which isn't near me to get a receipt! Horrible business? Not helpful, shipping sucks and will never do business with them again. Buyer beware. Might be a great deal but it is a hassle!
I ordered matching necklaces for my husband and myself for Valentine's day... My necklace was supposedly shipped... but I never got it, the men's necklace arrived and it was on a tiny dainty chain meant for a woman, and the pendant itself altho advertised as a Dog Tag was hardly larger than my thumbnail. This is not a men's item at all.
They told me the chain was "as advertised" whatever that's supposed to mean. There was no picture of the chain in the advertisement of the item. But when one sees an ad for a men's necklace, they don't expect it to come on a whispy little chain. Additionally, I wouldn't have purchased this item if I has seen it in a store for the price. It is worth perhaps 1/2 of the $15 I paid.
Customer Service responded relatively quickly... with pat, standard answers that rarely addressed the issue, and then marked them as "closed" so you'd have to reopen the case each time you responded. Really tedious.
The issue with the women's necklace has still not been resolved... and obviously my Valentines gifts were a bust. I never got MY necklace and they keep just sending me the tracking number and saying it has been delivered... and they ignore the message when I respond that I never got it.
I have been with this company for about a year. I have not been disappointed in anything that I have bought. Excellent merchandise and excellent service.
I ordered the 1600 thread count organic Egyptian cotton sheets, received them, and found they weren't king sized at all. I stretched the fitted sheet as far as it would go over the mattress only to have the elastic at the hems snap. Now not only did the sheets not fit and only came down over half the side, but they didn't grip the mattress either because there was no more elastic. I emailed MobStub, and Lilly helped me to see if I needed a refund or a replacement after I sent her a couple of pictures to show the problem. I really loved the softness of the sheets so I selected replacement sheets, hoping to have a different experience. The 2nd set of sheets were actually King sized and fit beautifully... deep pockets! Apparently, someone in packing sent the wrong sized sheets in the first place. After Lilly's followup emails, my problem was resolved, my sheets are soft and fit the bed, and Lilly's customer service made ALL the difference. Thank you, MobStub for your customer service... and for that, I have placed two more orders with MobStub! If my issue had been ignored. I would never have ordered again from them. Thank you, LIlly and MobStub, I will be ordering in the future!

Minus stars! FRAUD, THIEVERY! This is the WORST website to purchase from. The merchandise is trash and the customer service experience is enough to make you puke. I received a useless piece of garbage item i wanted to return for refund. Their policy is no refunds; nice considering their products are castoff defects. SCAM! The "customer service supervisor" miriam is a combative, rude person to deal with. Customer service should be renamed "infuriating waste of time better spent smashing your hands in a car door". After over a week of emails (they do not have a phone number listed) demanding i speak to the boss and informing miriam that i'd be contacting the better business bureau with complaints and if need be small claims court she finally said she'd refund me, but i'd have to pay for shipping back. Wtf?!? This company is insane. I informed her that i had written reviews and called for a boycott from all my friends and family she finally posted my refund and didn't mention the return. A hollow victory if people don't hear just how bad this company is. Please, spread the word.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered 2 motion sensor lights and niether worked so i contacted the customer service department and all i get is the runaround. I have been trying to get replacements or my money back since the middle of November. I have turned them over to the Better Business Bureau.

Answer: They have NO customer service #, when you have a problem with an order, you have to e-mail their 'customer service dept.' then an automated E-mail response is sent to you. Then another will come 1-2 days later asking you to send them an e-mail with a pic of what is wrong with your order. My advice... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEIR MERCHANDISE IS JUNK & THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SELL, IN FACT MOST OF WHAT THEY SELL IS NOT WHAT THEY ADVERTISE! Answer: Although there are items on the Mobstub site that are worth the money (?) there is a lot of junk that I've purchased in the past that wasn't "worth it" in the Dollar Store either. I don't wish to denigrate it, but Mobstub is obviously in business (as is Big Lots) for the same reason if one wishes to figure it out. TRUE: The Egyptian sheets shrink. 100% pure cotton also pills and is no longer satiny-finished. Some of the electronic (motion-detecting) lights simply never worked. Most of the jewelry is cheaply-made, gold-painted, junk that is transported in the box worth more than the product is. Often the instructions (if you are so bold to e-mail/ask, are written in Chinese and sent to your e-mail address in a. Pdf file you need to print from your own computer. Then, does anybody else recall the first Japanese-written (translated) instructions for the original VCRs back in the 1970s-80s? Right! Good luck deciphering the translations. Some of the Apple Phone cases dpn't work as advertised but most of the wires and charging systems and extensions are good buys with Radio Shack now in bankruptcy and gone. Men's clothing can be expected to shrink. Women's (?) The merchandise delivery time is seldom as fast as one would anticipate, but then if you have dealt without it this long how inconvenient is it really (?) Unless it is for a special date or Christmas, forget about having already ordered it, and it will eventually "get there". So, my years-of-experience with Mobstub has been in seriously reading the fine print in the "details" and in totally ignoring the delivery promise. More times than not I receive a product that I cannot purchase at a Best Buy or Walmart at a lower price. ->Right now, their advertised flash drive is a very good purchase<- So, once again, Caveat Emptor: Let the buyer beware of life's lessons.
