I ordered 2 sets of a 6-pc sheet set. I received 2 comforters instead. I offered to send them back because I don't want or need them. The customer service rep, Ilana (who is very nice by the way and is really trying to help me), told me that the company didn't want the comforters back... I may donate them to some charity. However, I still want the 2 sets of 6-pc sheet set that I ordered. I don't know when I will get them but this has been ongoing for over a month now and I still don't have them. I wish everyone to have a better experience than I have been having... by the way, I was told that I would be getting these 2 sets... and if I do I will certainly rescind this review. After all, mistakes do happern, it's just that it's taking way to long to get what I ordered. Their sales are wonderful andn I have ordered other things and got them quickly. This is just one of the glitches in a shipping department and hope they can get my order to me soon. I want to add the customer service rep was a very nice person and is trying to help me.
I'm new to MobStub and so far, so good. I wasn't sure what to expect since the prices are incredibly low but everything I've purchased has been good. I love the jewelry.
I am so glad I read the reviews before I spent money for Christmas gifts for my family. Last year I made that very mistake and I regretted it for months.
I, too, was going to order until I read the reviews. Again, I'm reminded of why I prefer to go to the brick and mortar store where I can see and touch what I'm buying.

Do not order from this company. I ordered leggings, size 3x, they were more like size 6, and they won't take them back... not ordering from them again.
Was given a fake traking number on my purchase. I checked with uos and was toldcthat the tracking number they sent me is not a legitimate tracking number

BUYER BEWARE! I ordered two all-in-one iPhone cable charger mounts (which are just flexible cables that can be folded to serve as a mount) for my sons for Christmas. I received them in early December, and my sons got them on Dec. 25th.
On Monday, Jan. 16th, my wife contacted me while I was on a business trip 300+ miles away that she had to make an emergency trip to the nearest Apple Store (20 miles from our house), because one of the cable's 8-pin piece broke off in an iPhone 6 charger port. The Apple technician was thankfully able to remove the piece, but MobStub Daily Deals refused to replace it because it had been more than 15 days after the delivery, despite admitting in the written response that it was defective.
This product does NOT fit the iPhone 6 very well at all, and given the provider's lack of concern and refusal to stand behind a defective product, I will not recommend that anyone purchase from this organization. They are obviously not what they claim! I ordered a sofa cover from them one month ago and have yet to receive it HA. What a scamming rip off company. If I do not hear from them in a couple of days I will report them to BBB. Post every where to warn people to NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! I hate to see folks ripped off when they workhard for their money or a low fixed income...
I ordered this ring in a size seven. It said it was regular 155.00. When I received it, it was so fake! Looked like something you would get out of a bubble gum machine! There was no engravement inside the ring stating it was 18K! The ring would not even go over my knuckle. I emailed the company and Lillie wanted me to send pictures of the ring. I did that, she emails me back and says that this ring doesn't (come) with the 18K engravement! I told her all true white gold or yellow gold rings does have an engravement. And this ring is a fake, this company is a fraud. I threatened to contact the BBB and an attorney to file a law suit on them for false advertisement! I also told her I am sure there are plenty of other customers whom have lost money with them also. ( I had read on their site there was no refunds)! All at once I get an email stating my money would be refunded within 3-5 business days! That was yesterday. Today I check my bank account and the money was there! I will never buy anything else from this company. They want to take your money and sell cheap stuff! BUYER BEWARE!
I ordered 3 bracelets described as 18k gold. They are NOT 18k anything, they are cheap cheap cheap! I also ordered 3 croas body bags. One of the bags was the wrong color and all three smell weird. Also the straps are all messed up, can't be straighted out and are sewn on improperly. I've called many times with no reply, as well as emailed. No answers back from their "excellent customer service"! They HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR ANY MORALS. SHAME ON THEM FOR RIPPING PEOPLE OFF. GOD IS VERY DISPLEASED WITH THEM, that's all I can say!
I hadn't received an item from my order so I emailed customer service, within less than a day I received an email from Hannah, she assured me that my order would be corrected and has maintained constant follow up.
I received EXCELLENT customer service from Hannah and I'm very pleased with the care I received.

On September 15,2016 I purchased a purse off of MobStub and I received my merchandise 6 days later. I was well pleased with my purchase and the speed at which I received it.
I ordered earrings from MOBSTOB. There was a small problem with the order that was fixed immediately. I will not hesitate to order from them in the future.
I had made an order and was delivered per the pist office. I never received the earrings. I contacted Estee at customer service. They investigate and sent a replacement. Very good customer service.
I purchased 2 iphone 6 purses and one was damaged, I contacted MobStub and within 24 hours the problem was solved by Sachi! The best service I have had

Answer: No they are not legit, i would advise that nobody order from Mobstub! They are a bogus company selling out of an apartment in New York, no phone number and when you email them, all kinds of people email you!
Answer: They have NO customer service #, when you have a problem with an order, you have to e-mail their 'customer service dept.' then an automated E-mail response is sent to you. Then another will come 1-2 days later asking you to send them an e-mail with a pic of what is wrong with your order. My advice... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEIR MERCHANDISE IS JUNK & THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SELL, IN FACT MOST OF WHAT THEY SELL IS NOT WHAT THEY ADVERTISE! Answer: Although there are items on the Mobstub site that are worth the money (?) there is a lot of junk that I've purchased in the past that wasn't "worth it" in the Dollar Store either. I don't wish to denigrate it, but Mobstub is obviously in business (as is Big Lots) for the same reason if one wishes to figure it out. TRUE: The Egyptian sheets shrink. 100% pure cotton also pills and is no longer satiny-finished. Some of the electronic (motion-detecting) lights simply never worked. Most of the jewelry is cheaply-made, gold-painted, junk that is transported in the box worth more than the product is. Often the instructions (if you are so bold to e-mail/ask, are written in Chinese and sent to your e-mail address in a. Pdf file you need to print from your own computer. Then, does anybody else recall the first Japanese-written (translated) instructions for the original VCRs back in the 1970s-80s? Right! Good luck deciphering the translations. Some of the Apple Phone cases dpn't work as advertised but most of the wires and charging systems and extensions are good buys with Radio Shack now in bankruptcy and gone. Men's clothing can be expected to shrink. Women's (?) The merchandise delivery time is seldom as fast as one would anticipate, but then if you have dealt without it this long how inconvenient is it really (?) Unless it is for a special date or Christmas, forget about having already ordered it, and it will eventually "get there". So, my years-of-experience with Mobstub has been in seriously reading the fine print in the "details" and in totally ignoring the delivery promise. More times than not I receive a product that I cannot purchase at a Best Buy or Walmart at a lower price. ->Right now, their advertised flash drive is a very good purchase<- So, once again, Caveat Emptor: Let the buyer beware of life's lessons.
