I am so disappointed in this company and I have learned a valuble lesson. On 11-27-14, I placed an order for the Mother /Daughter and the Grandmother/Granddaughter bracelets for gifts, order #******* and I received the Mother/Daughter bracelet two days ago and I tried to call the 888# the have on therir site and of course, I just kept getting a machine telling me to call back, which I did, to no avail! The machine directs you to their support email address and again, to no avail! These people are just downright crooks and just don't give a carp about you once they get your money. They could either respond by email or just be honest and credit my money back to my card for the item I didnm't receive. I am seriously considering contacting the Better Business Bureau in reference to this company.
So folks, save your time and money...

I did not read the returns policy. My pocketbook strap broke less than a month after receipt. Returns are only allowed less than 25 days. Quality of item is obviously lacking. Buyer beware.

I have ordered several items from Mob Stub, some were nice and worth the postage, however the money I paid for expensive looking CHEAP jewelry and plastic items was more than I saved on the items that were acceptable. Will stop subscribing because returns are not accepted.

Their merchandise is below par and their customer service is non-existent. They cannot be reached by phone and they WILL NOT accept returns for any reason. That alone is a major red flag and indicates that they KNOW they can't stand behind their merchandise.

I ordered a purse on in August and it posted to my VISA account on 8/18 Today is 9/2/17, and I have not received it yet. I have a case # FINALLY, but no further communication. I just sent another complaint to them. Don't waste your time! I am going to report them to VISA next! STAY AWAY!

I ordered a ring in December of 2018. I was sent a different ring. I attempted to write to MobStub. NO ONE ANSWERED. IS THIS TRULY HOW YOU DO BUSINESS?

Because I complained on another web site, they responded to me three months later. When I tried to write back to them, it was a dead end. The e-mail was rejected by MobStub. Are you seeing yellow and red flashing lights? THINK BEFORE YOU PURCHASE!

Excellent Customer Service
August 24, 2016

The other day I was trying to log into the website, after many tires I sent an email explaining my dilemma to MobStub customer Service dept. To my amazement in no time my email was answered. I have NEVER received such excellent, polite and through Customer Service! Thanks to Ava, Great job to their CS dept. I will be a returning customer just not only for the value on their products but my experience all the way around! GREAT JOB LADIES!

My beautiful Aniversary Band Ring

I saw this ring in the computer it was beautiful, but when I recieved it was more than I expected. I Loved It very much I think it is one of the prettiest Rings I owen. I really love the looks of my ring. I would Tell everyone to buy from MobStub They have beautiful items and at good prices. I was very happy with my ring and I know others would be happy too. My Ring is so beautiful. It looks like I bought at high end jewlry store. I am very happy with my ring and I am going to buy another Ring. The quilty is wonderful.

Awful

Should have read the reviews first! I ordered two necklaces as a first time buyer. Both were cheap looking and could not possibly cost the $100 originally that they claim. One of them is so poorly made that I cannot possibly give it as a gift as intended. Now I see where all sales are final. I just emailed them about returning the one since it is defective. We will see what type of customer service I receive. Maybe I will get another crummy necklace or no response at all if their customer service is as bad as people say.

*** UPDATE***
Contacted Customer Service about the one piece of jewelry that was defective. They responded right back saying it was a final sale and I could get store credit. I told them that I did not feel comfortable with that since I did not plan on shopping there again. They ended up giving me a credit on my Visa (it was $15.00). So they responded quickly and to my satisfaction. Good customer service for my order. Maybe other items are of good quality but the two pieces of jewelry were probably not the original value that was advertised.

What are two hats from them. I receive one hat and one sheet set which I did not order. After numerous emails and phone calls, non of which resolve my issues, I finally received an email that said that she's on clearance and I could not have a refund?

I expected a cheap ring to tarnish and maybe turn my finger green, but the ring I ordered fell apart within 3 months! I was standing at my desk and it literally BROKE IN HALF while doing NOTHING! I wore it on my left hand (I'm right-handed), so it was never stressed in any way. When I contacted the company, they said defective merchandise has to be returned within 15 days. It wasn't defective that I know of -- just CHEAP! I've had GUMBALL MACHINE RINGS from the 1960's that lasted longer than this; and they cost a penny!

I sure hope the other things I ordered hold up better than this...

DON'T BUY the I love you more/most Hand-stamped 2 pc ring set for $18!
