First of let tell you that the pictures on Mobstub lead you to believe that it will extend and populate eyelashes as Younique does. The Mobstub product DOES NOT work and the bottles seem empty. I wrote to complain and ask for my moneyback, but they wont do it. I am willing to return it cause the tubes seem empty-they don't care-its a final sale. My eyelashes are NOT small, so it id the quality and absence of the product that Im complaining about.
When there was a discrepancy in an order I received, the MobStub customer service team was amazing and resolved the issue quickly and very much to my satisfaction. I highly recommend MobStub...
Although the post office said my item was delivered, it was not delivered to my mailbox. Hoping there was some form of insurance that might help, I contacted MobStub's customer service. I had a replacement in less than a week even though it certainly wasn't their fault that I didn't get the first one. This company is terrific!

You have been issued a full refund for your order. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to show in your account."
I asked why and the response was: "I am very sorry, however some of our items we are unable to ship to Hawaii."
I replied: "That doesn't sufficiently answer my question. Why not? We are part of the U.S. USPS ships here with no problems!" An am awaiting their reply. Very disappointed!
First order with MobStub was received and one item was missing. I immediately emailed them following instructions on their contact page and received an initial response that someone would contact me regarding my order within 24 to 48 hours. I received a follow up within 24 hours and my missing item has been reshipped. That's the kind of customer service I like. Good job MobStub. I will definitely continue ordering with you and recommend you to all my friends and family.
Purchased 23 "silver bracelets on leather cord" for my daughter's dance team. They would only allow 10 at a time to be ordered and charged shipping not once, not twice but 3 times! Then shipped all of the bracelets together in one small envelope that would have cost about $5.00 to mail... I paid over $30. Then when the bracelets finally arrived they were on a silk cord... not leather as advertised. Not sure on what planet these bracelets would have EVER retailed for $110 each, not sure they are worth the $10 each that I paid for them. I won't' order from them again.
I recently received a defective Bluetooth shower speaker and was pleasantly surprised that MobStub is going to replace the defective one. They truly do stand behind their products... I will continue to shop MobStub,... their prices are ridiculously LOW!
I received an order for a set of striped sheets, only to discover that the flat sheet was NOT striped. I sent a note to customer service, and they were very quick to replace the whole set. No hesitation at all. Gives me confidence that whatever I order from MobStub, there will not be any problem resolving an issue should one come up.
Part of my order was not as it was advertised but when I contacted mobstubthey (Lilly) replied quickly. They credited the amount to me. Rare to see such customer service anymore.
I ordered king sets of sheets that online stated "100% Egyptian Cotton". When I received the sheets today, they didn't feel like cotton so I looked on the tag and it says "100% microfiber". Buyer Beware of this site!

I sent an email inquiring about when my order would be shipped and received a response within 15 minutes, complete with shipping tracking number. Customer service rep was super pleasant! Will shop MobStub again!
I ordered this ring in a size seven. It said it was regular 155.00. When I received it, it was so fake! Looked like something you would get out of a bubble gum machine! There was no engravement inside the ring stating it was 18K! The ring would not even go over my knuckle. I emailed the company and Lillie wanted me to send pictures of the ring. I did that, she emails me back and says that this ring doesn't (come) with the 18K engravement! I told her all true white gold or yellow gold rings does have an engravement. And this ring is a fake, this company is a fraud. I threatened to contact the BBB and an attorney to file a law suit on them for false advertisement! I also told her I am sure there are plenty of other customers whom have lost money with them also. ( I had read on their site there was no refunds)! All at once I get an email stating my money would be refunded within 3-5 business days! That was yesterday. Today I check my bank account and the money was there! I will never buy anything else from this company. They want to take your money and sell cheap stuff! BUYER BEWARE!
The Mobstub customer service team is excellent. I recently made a purchase and needed the purchase to go to a different person than who was on the original order. I quickly shot customer service an email. Within 24 hours Hannah responded and made the changes and requested a confirmation to ensure my purchase arrived to the right place. She has continued to follow up to ensure everything is in order. I will continue to be a faithful client with such great people to work with.

Answer: No they are not legit, i would advise that nobody order from Mobstub! They are a bogus company selling out of an apartment in New York, no phone number and when you email them, all kinds of people email you!
Answer: They have NO customer service #, when you have a problem with an order, you have to e-mail their 'customer service dept.' then an automated E-mail response is sent to you. Then another will come 1-2 days later asking you to send them an e-mail with a pic of what is wrong with your order. My advice... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEIR MERCHANDISE IS JUNK & THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SELL, IN FACT MOST OF WHAT THEY SELL IS NOT WHAT THEY ADVERTISE! Take it from someone that had to learn the hard way!
Answer: Although there are items on the Mobstub site that are worth the money (?) there is a lot of junk that I've purchased in the past that wasn't "worth it" in the Dollar Store either. I don't wish to denigrate it, but Mobstub is obviously in business (as is Big Lots) for the same reason if one wishes to figure it out. TRUE: The Egyptian sheets shrink. 100% pure cotton also pills and is no longer satiny-finished. Some of the electronic (motion-detecting) lights simply never worked. Most of the jewelry is cheaply-made, gold-painted, junk that is transported in the box worth more than the product is. Often the instructions (if you are so bold to e-mail/ask, are written in Chinese and sent to your e-mail address in a. Pdf file you need to print from your own computer. Then, does anybody else recall the first Japanese-written (translated) instructions for the original VCRs back in the 1970s-80s? Right! Good luck deciphering the translations. Some of the Apple Phone cases dpn't work as advertised but most of the wires and charging systems and extensions are good buys with Radio Shack now in bankruptcy and gone. Men's clothing can be expected to shrink. Women's (?) The merchandise delivery time is seldom as fast as one would anticipate, but then if you have dealt without it this long how inconvenient is it really (?) Unless it is for a special date or Christmas, forget about having already ordered it, and it will eventually "get there". So, my years-of-experience with Mobstub has been in seriously reading the fine print in the "details" and in totally ignoring the delivery promise. More times than not I receive a product that I cannot purchase at a Best Buy or Walmart at a lower price. ->Right now, their advertised flash drive is a very good purchase<- So, once again, Caveat Emptor: Let the buyer beware of life's lessons.
