“Clothes fall a part after one wash”

Clothes are complete crap. I spent $70 on 3 sweat pants and all three were rough and had huge piles on them after one wash on delicate and hang drying. When I contacted customer service asking to return my horrible quality pants they refused and said they would only give me a credit for $15 because that was normal wear and tear. I even showed photos of one of the pants that had thread that was coming loose, which was like that when it arrived. Do not purchase clothes form them unless you want to throw your money down the drain when your clothes are falling apart in a month. I so wish I would've spent $70 on one good pair of a better brand and then I'd have something that could last me years instead of a month.

Do not buy from them I cannot sign into my account to do a return as it's not paper form they say due to covid even though they pack clothes still after 5 emails they are asking for screen shots and to print the label I explained iam shielding and cannot get a printer as non essential shops closed they are refusing to sent me a label this is illegal taking your money and knowing people who dont have a printer cannot return I'm taking this further

I recently experienced a significant issue with an order I placed on your website. Despite ordering a specific item on sale, I received the incorrect size. Given my imminent travel plans, I requested either a prompt refund or the correct item via next-day delivery, as this error was not my own. Regrettably, customer service insisted on my physically returning the item to my closest post office, requiring extensive travel and incurring additional costs, which I am unable to bear without personal transportation.I was disheartened to find that no provisions were made for a refund, a prompt resend, or even a discounted resolution. The response conveyed an uncompromising stance, with the insistence that unless the item is returned, no further action would be taken. Consequently, I am now left with an item of no use to me, destined for charity, and financial losses.Furthermore, the unavailability of the correct size on your website suggests that the incorrect size (14) was sent as a substitute, leading to a considerable mismatch from the size 6 I initially ordered. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied with your company's customer service and overall approach. Unfortunately, the absence of flexibility in resolving this matter has resulted in a loss of trust in your brand.Considering this incident, I must express my disappointment and confirm that I will refrain from placing any future orders with your company. It serves as a reminder that prioritizing cost-effectiveness should not compromise the integrity of customer service. I've paid for Premier shipping but need to update my email on my account to which I was told is impossible.

When I raised this I didn't really feel like they wanted to help the responses even included well at least you've saved on three deliveries (something that is supposed to last a year) I won't be repurchasing misspap premier and probably won't purchase from them in the future.

They don't seem like customer service is on the top of their list and the clothes aren't that great in all honesty so I'll be taking my pennys elsewhere and suggest others do to.

Tip for consumers:
Don't use it just go elsewhere because if you have an issue it won't be fixed.

This experience made me realise that Misspap isn't about quality material and worthy of trust. I placed an order worth of £130 (in euros this is worth much more). Of course when you pay such amount you expect what you paid for in return. Anyways, I received my two packages in awful situations, the bags were ripped apart, the box of the boots was also ripped and some of the clothes were out of their bags and unfolded. However I still proceeded because I was truly excited to try me new clothes and didn't paid much attention to the packaging. As I tried out the clothes I notice that the items were NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE! I was going back and forth looking at what I had in my hands and the pictures, I initially thought I was scammed by another company pretending to be Misspap. BUT NO! The boots were size 6 but my foot was asphyxiated in there and really hurting! The black knitted midaxi dress was very thin and very low quality knit, it was different from the picture, not even close to it! My jeans were a darker colour to what I had ordered. The cute ribbed underboob top I had ordered in size 14 (because I have a big chest) seemed like size 6! The sweatshirt I ordered in size 8 was very low quality and had a hole in the middle of it which you don't see in the pictures. The satin dress was too big for a size 10! And let me just tell you about the front seamed tights... totally different. Nothing like the picture. I was totally in shock thinking I wasted my money. Which in the end I DID! From the 12 products I only kept 5 and wanted to return the scammed ones above which were worth of £60. I went to the post office only to find out that they are charging me 55 euros (Greece), for clothes worth of £60! I immediately dm Misspap on messenger and they told me that they also believe is too much and to check if I used their returns portal, bla bla bla. I asked them if they could at least pay for the half of the postage as they also think it was too much. But no, they just kept saying that the postage has to be covered by me, which I understand that, I would pay 20-25 euros but not 55! And for this quality! No company leaves a customer feeling that they have no power over their own money! No company charges 55 euros for a return of clothes worth £60! A company would help out a customer that feels like something is unfair and especially in that case! I am not rich to spend money like that. So here I am writing this review, so people can learn from my mistake and think twice before buying something from Misspap. Customer service offered no solution. All this company wants is to gain money by scamming customers with their low quality fashion. If you value a stress free return experience do not bother buying from this company. Now I will have to keep the clothes because I can't afford to pay another 55 euros after a £130 worth order.

Order placed on the 14/02 and they were vey quick to take the money, only now am i seeing my refund in my pending paypal and i am writting this review on the 28/03.

It has taken literally WEEKS! 6.5 weeks to be precise to finally get my money back from this awful company!

Ordered from Miss Pap as heard good reviews about the clothes. Still havent received my order and its seemingly due to the delivery company they use. They use UK Mail (twitter:@officialUKMail) and if you go on their Twitter, just take a look at how many f*cked up deliveries there are! I still havent received my item so cant comment on the clothes but certainly wont order from them again if they continue to use UK Mail. They said delivery was attempted but I was in, nothing in my postbox, doorbell didnt ring, no delivery attempted card left. Now theyre sending it back to Depot which is is THE most inconvenient place in Birmingham. No reply from UK Mail or Miss Pap about this.
