I ordered four dresses for a sorority formal in hopes of wearing the dress that fit/looked the best on me and returning the other three. I decided to order from Missguided because I just couldn't resist their amazing student discount. A few days after my order, I started to get nervous because my formal was only a week away and I wanted to make sure my dresses would arrive on time, so I searched online for Missguided reviews and was terrified after reading the many negative reviews, so I online chatted them to check on the status of my order. They were very prompt in getting back with me and were very polite and helpful with the questions I had. The items ended up arriving after 8 business days, in time for my formal but slightly later than what their website described. The products were great quality and fit true to size and I loved my four dresses so much that I kept two of them to wear for you're occasions. I sent back the other two dresses and quickly realized that I, stupidly, forgot to include the return slip. I frantically emailed customer service and they responded quickly and helped assure me that I could give them the return information and they would make sure my return went through. I was VERY impressed with the products, prices, and customer service and I would most definitely recommend this website, despite the negative reviews. In the future, I will order my items a little bit earlier because their shipping times might not be 100% accurate, but I will definitely be shopping on this website again. Their products and customer service are truly some of the best I have ever encountered. Don't let the negative reviews scare you!
So I was online shopping for shoes and came across Missguidedus. I have to agree that some of their items are pretty cute and the website is doing a 50% off so I decided to buy the shoes I wanted from them. Everything was going fine until I saw terrible online reviews about the website. (BIG MISTAKE! I SHOULD'VE RESEARCHED ABOUT THE WEBSITE BEFORE I BOUGHT FROM THEM) After that, things became to get worse. I got an email from SkyNet saying that I owe them $20 on a pair of $23.5 dollar shoes or else they will not send the shoes to me. WTF. Let me sum this up, the website is extremely unprofessional and the same person picked up every time I called. I am starting to get this vibe that this is a scam but it is true that Missguidedus uses this courier. (TERRIBLE MISTAKE ON THEIR PART) Then, I did some research about people who came across the same issue as me and decided to pay the $20. I just called SkyNet and yup, the same person picked up again and she told me that it will arrive either tomorrow or Monday. Now that I think of it, the 50% off from Missguidedus is just an incentive to make customers buy their stuff and then charge them the discounted price plus some custom fees afterwards without any headsup at checkout. Oh and their customer service really sucks because I contacted one of those guys who work there and told him that I wanted a refund but the shipment was still on its way the day after I told him that. THINK BEFORE YOU BUY SH*T FROM THERE!
In addition, this is the first time I had to pay customs because they usually don't charge you unless you bought something that is over $200.
I am a Canadian customer and I used to love Missguided, however they recently changed their Canadian policies and started charging DUTY to CANADIAN customers ONLY. Over the course of the summer I have RAVED to all my friends and family about Missguided and I have bought over a thousand dollars worth of merchandise until one day they decided to switch up their policies and I got an email FROM the COURIER not missguided themselves notifying MYSELF or ANYONE for that matter, that they have changed their policies (they are so snake that they actually unbolded it from their shipping information on their website, and extended it hoping no one would notice). Oh but the best part about it is that US is totally fine, even though they are both international.
Guess what my duty was on a 66 dollar order? 33 dollars! 50% of what I paid... why bother when F21 is the best dupe for Missguided? There is no longer and incentive for Canadians to purchase from Missguided and I will make sure that everyone I hear mention them, knows.
When you talk to their customer service they are slow, unprofessional, call you words like babe and hun, which I wouldn't mind if they actually did their job to resolve my issues but they don't. They just say "oh sorry that you feel that way" and that's essentially it.
Wouldn't it be smarter to just raise your shipping costs rather than making the responsibility go on to your customers after years of covering it before? Essentially because they are gaining more of an audience they're trying to cover themselves, NOT CARING about their customers at all.
Ordered a dress for a wedding and paid $9 for expedited shipping. The shipping still took longer than it stated it would but arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Everything else about the experience working with this company has been AWFUL. They sent me the wrong size dress and expected me to pay to ship it back, lose out on my expedited shipping costs and call a 10% discount on a future order fair. I stood my ground and managed to get a refund for the original shipping and mailed the incorrect item back (I called the shipping costs back to them a loss as they were only willing to give me site credit). I made sure to ship the dress back with tracking and after it showed as delievered they still did not issue my refund. Went in circles with customer service for about 2 weeks and was told that I was going to get my refund and give it up to 48 hours to appear, well 4 days later still nothing so I emailed customer service again and also opened a dispute with PayPal since that's how I paid. WELL Customer service tried to convince me that I had to close the paypal disputer BEFORE they could issue my refund (you know the one they "already" issued 4 days ago?!). I told them no way was I closing it until I got my money since they had already lied and made me jump through hoops when they were the ones who sent me the wrong item to begin with. They tried to tell me again that I HAD to close it for them to issue the refund, I totally ignored the message figuring if nothing else I would wait it out with paypal's policy. Suddenly I got my refund and low and behold the paypal dispute closed itself without me needing to close it to get my money.
The quality of the item itself was fine, and the pricing was good but the customer service was SO bad I don't think I would shop again even if it was free. If you have a customer service issue stand your ground, keep following up and if you do order from them, check out with paypal so you have a back up when customer service fails. All in all from order to actual refund this process took 43 days so persistence is key if you're going to gamble

To explain in more detail I ordered online weeks ago, i love in Dubai. The parcel arrived and the contents was someone elses order. This was meant to be a present for my partners Christmas, so i ensured i ordered it in time.
I had to also pay an additional 40 pounds to custom, which was fine, until i found out it was not my parcel.
For no reason they refunded me only part of my cost, before i had even raised this issue with them, which i can only explain would be the exchange rate difference from my first order.
I contacted them and they refused to send me the correct order, refused to collect the mi sent current order siting in my home. They also refused to pay the actual cost that left my account for this purchase and also will not take responsibility for the 40 pounds loss at customs due to them sending the wrong order. All they have stated is that they have refunded me and i would need to re order, however they refuse to pay any costs due to their mistake. Along with the items cannot be reordered as they were sale items that are no longer available and also they refuse to pay the customs issue or ensure it arrives by Christmas day.

I ordered two skirts on Dec 22nd 2016 around 12pm. The website says standard shipping is 4-6 business days... Therefore I assumed the skirts would get there before New Years, since I was planning on wearing one of them. But of course they did not...
I emailed the company twice and I received some automated message from a robot... TWICE.
My order came on January 4th 2017 around 7 PM.
(so technically 10 business days...) I mean thats fine, if it said on their website 10 or more business days... but it doesn't.
Not only did my order arrive after two weeks. But I was BEYOND DISAPPOINTED with the quality of the product.
I took the sequenced skirt out (which was $45) and glitter came pouring out everywhere ALL OVER MY ROOM. It is as if someone just dipped the skirt in glitter, and threw it in the bag. $45 for a damn skirt is a lot... I understand if its decent quality... but that skirt was not even worth 5$...
TOTAL FREAKING RIP OFF. The quality of their clothes is terrible and overpriced. If you plan on ordering, order a month before your event or sooner, but beware the quality is terrible.
I have never written a review about any store, company, industry, whatever in my life, but how disappointed I was with these products really pissed me off that I took the time out to write a complaint for the first time ever.
I do not even want to bother paying for shipping to return the items and wait a month to get a refund... I emailed them that I want a full refund and I refuse to mail back the skirts... but who knows if they'll even do that.

I've ordered TWICE from Missguided US, and i am shockedddd by these reviews.
The first time I ordered from them, they never sent a tracking number so i immediatley emailed somebody and threatend to give a bad review if i didnt get a tracking number. Someone replied very quickly with the tracking number. But i forgot, you can check for a tracking number once you sign up for their site. Under order status or something like that, you can check for a tracking number. Its took 10 days not including the weekends for the shipment to come. The dress was awesome, great material and all and it was only 30 bucks with a discount.
My next batch of stuff was over $300, and I'm impatient so I got the expedited shipping. EXPEDITED SHIPPING IS FREE WHEN U SPEND A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF CASH! Everything came in TWO days and the items were in perfect condition.
I live in Chicago, Illinois so I was really surprised that everything didnt take longer even with the expedited shipping.
These reviews are reallyyyyy weird and I feel so terrible for the people at missguided because perfectly good customers will get scared away because of stuff like this. Their clothes are very modern and made with GREAT material. And im not $#*!ting you, cause im not the skinniest girl in the world and can still fit their stuff.
If anything girls, try them out for yourselves. If something crazy happens like what girls are saying below, then i dont know what to tell ya. But all i know is ive had nothing but smiles since shopping with them.
Before I get into everything, let me start by saying that I am a petite 20 year old- coming in at 5'0 and 95 lbs. I have struggled for so, so long trying to find clothing that is on trend and in my size. Because I could never find clothes that actually fit my body AND my style, I have had self-confidence issues for the longest time... until now.
I placed an order with Missguided after watching a YouTube video (I don't even remember who it was at this point) on a whim. I saw that they had some really cute, on point clothes in their petite section, so I ordered three tops, a bodysuit, a pair of shoes, and some leggings. After placing my order, I found all of these negative reviews about the company and started to get worried. Nonetheless, I waited it out and checked daily for my package. I will say that the package arrived four days later than the anticipated date, however, this could have been because of my apartment complex (they have a weird way of getting deliveries to us) and I didn't need them by a specific date, so it wasn't a big deal to me. I never understood why people order clothes online if they absolutely need them by a specific date that is somewhat close... but anyway...
When the clothes finally arrived, I ran up to my room and ripped open the package, anxiously hoping that I had finally found a store that I could feel confident shopping at. YOU GUYS... the quality of this brand is so good. Everything that I ordered was in the correct sizing, made of quality material, and looked exactly like the picture, and the best part is that IT FIT ME PERFECTLY! Missguided is now my new favorite place to shop. I am so beyond pleased with the clothes that I received in the mail. The only thing is that I thought a couple of the items looked weird on my body, so I'm going to return them, but that has nothing to do with the quality or the fact that it didn't fit me... they just didn't fit me "right," you know?
Anyway, don't believe the rumors that this site is a rip-off. Anybody who gives their credit card or identity information over e-mail is an idiot. It's obviously a scam that is not affiliated with the company at all. E-mail addresses get leaked - it happens, but Missguided should not be held responsible because you were a dummy and sent a copy of your identification to a strange e-mail... On a final note, I absolutely love the clothes that I purchased and I'm definitely going to be shopping from the petite section again very soon, if not tonight... Thank you Missguided for catering to all body types! :)
