Its kind of an average because some of the products are really good that is worth it and some of them really bad because its unseen as we are buying online. The real issue is with delivery as it takes ages to receive it.

I've ordered many times from MiniInTheBox but this item made it to me, from China to Denver CO in 5 days! I made the order too hastily and didn't realize that the color had reverted to BLACK. I knew of several people I could give it to and quickly ordered again, this time PURPLE. So the color I didn't want arrived in 5 days and the color I did I'm still waiting for. I know my satisfaction will eventually be the main concern and I will be satisfied no matter what at Mini/LiteInTheBox. I recommend them heartily.
I am so glad I have found this site. It does take a bit longer than most, However, it is clearly posted of the process. There has been over looks and I have had a delay with my purchase. However, once it was found out they treated me right. The items are very pretty maybe not the top of the line. However, for the price it is a good deal. I would buy again

These products are great and the prices are fantastic. Seems like I have a birthday every month and this site helps ease the burden on the pocket book. Order at least two months early so it the order will arrive on time. That is, unless you pay the extra cost.

I ordered multiple items…a USB reader, USB memory stick, a bracelet and the most important item of them all, a replacement plug for my Apple computer. I even paid extra for quick delivery because I needed the replacement plug.
Of course the thing that came first was the reader, memory stick and bracelet and was handled directly from MiniBox in China. I couldn't believe it got here first since the replacement plug was being sent from their US center. Also there was no way for me to track the replacement plug but could track the one coming from China.
All of the products were great including my replacement plug. It works perfectly. I just wish it would have came sooner especially since I paid for the expedited shipping. It didn't come in the 3 to 5 days as promised.

I love every items order with exception of one size fits all items... because they all are size 0s. All other products are outstanding and the prices are awesome. There is one other negative though... You pay for shipping (don't use free shipping) yet items are never delivered within the time or date scheduled.

I'm a verified buyer from both mini in the box and light in the box, and I love both sites. They have everything you can think of, I live in the caribbean and it only takes a month or sometimes less to get stuff to me I use super saver shipping. They have the best customers service ever. Never had any problems with them and no I'm not being paid to write this review its based off my personal experience with both shops.
All items I have bought from lightinthe box and minilin the box were perfectly well described, came as discribed with no single remark as not beeing as in ordered.
