Got it last month, so far it's working OK, although small for my hand (it's not possible to use scroll wheel without moving whole hand back). For 24$ price it could of been a better product.
As a pretty consistent customer, I have had only one contact with the Customer Service Department. The -person I contacted was most professional and had the knowledge to help. The followup was surprisingly helpful. These people are serious and anxious to make the customer happy and satisfied.

I ordered and payed 16 items last February 8,2015 amounting to $30.23 (including $0.99 shipping & insurance) and i never received them. It says it was shipped on the same day and takes 10-20days but it's more than a month now and i'm afraid i will never get them. Whenever i check the tracking no. It's always an error. My first order was from light in the box and everything was fine. I don't know what's going on with "mini in the box" and i never heard anything from them regarding my order. I don't want to lose my trust to this company but it seems like going that way. I should have believed the credit card company because the payment was declined 3x so i have to use a different one. I even got a fraud alert on my email regarding this matter. I hope the company will do something to clean their reputation.
